Kingston Mazda is the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with. We purchased a 2019 Mazda 3 from here, and came here during our considerations for purchasing a second vehicle. While we ended up purchasing elsewhere, our experience dealing with Sarah A when looking at CX-9’s was exceptional. We went to over a dozen dealerships looking at vehicles and the professionalism at Kingston Mazda was head and shoulders above every other place.
Already shared my car delivery experience earlier in a review. I would like to give an update on the free detailing service I got. You can clearly see the amount of scratches they made on my brand new car (zoom into the picture). There are scratches like these all over the body. I have uploaded the pictures of the metal parts with rust. If you care about your car, money, and time NEVER EVER VISIT KINGSTON MAZDA.

I recently bought a Mazda CX5. Sarah was my sales associate. She was wonderful. Full of knowledge regarding all of the amazing features that come with my CX5. Sarah was confident in her sale and was very excited for me. I was upgrading from a Mazda 3. I already love the Mazda brand so it was a matter of choosing the next right fit. I also worked with Marion in the finance department. Marion helped me work out the best budget and warranty possible. I left there feeling confident with my purchase. Another fantastic experience purchasing my new to me Mazda CX5. Marion is a credit to the team, provided me with lots of information on my purchase and advice on warranties and also went out of her way to ensure I got a great financing rate. Thats why I went back to Kingston Mazda. I bought a brand new Mazda 5 10 years ago and received exceptional service from Judy and throughout my ownership of the car, I have also had amazing service from the Service Team. Always a pleasure and highly recommended.
Would not recommend buying a Mazda. Within the first 6 months the high quality windshield broke. Had to replace that . Then a couple months later was washing the car and the paint started to chip away on me. Only owned the car for 8 months at that point after getting the run around between Mazda and the place they recommended for the quote. They finally just got back to me saying that they wouldn’t cover it. Horrible service and wouldn’t recommend buying anything from them.
I’ve been a Mazda owner since 2011 (my wife since 2008). Unfortunately in 2017 after less than favourable attempt to replace her car that was as written off with another Mazda, we were soured on Kingston Mazda (hence comment above). The sales associate we dealt with in 2017 is no longer at Kingston MazdaI am a huge Mazda lover and decided to give Kingston Mazda another chance. This time I dealt with Erika Simone she was amazing!!She listened to what I had to say about how unhappy I was after 2017 and went above and beyond and kept loyal customer.I would totally recommend stopping in to see Erika if your interested in a Mazda.The Finance Manager Marion was great as well. Not recommended to anyone for services or purchasing a new/used car. Lots of unhidden charges and expect changes in quoted price. They dont even care which car you need, what color you are looking for. I asked for a color that is not in Kingston Mazda lot and ended up paying extra money for bringing car from Peterborough Mazda.
I went on the Kingston Mazda website to book a test drive and I was contacted within an hour by Sarah A. I bought a Mazda 3 sport and I love it. The service was great and organized. Sarah’s customer service was excellent, she made me feel very comfortable, she answered all my questions and wasn’t pushy. Very happy with experience with Sarah and Kingston Mazda. Love my car! 🙂🙂

Bought a cx-5 from Dimitri, everything was very easy and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. The manager Dave and the insurance manager Marion were also very nice and helpful. There was a small hiccup with getting the plates but Dimitri treated my wife and I to a dinner at Sakura to make up for it.
Bought my first car Mazda 3 from Kingston Mazda after a lot of research. Dimitri and both Daves worked hard to give me the best price possible and I was really happy with their after sales service. I would like to give 10 stars for that. After Covid-19 hit the whole world things started changing. The service department started making service recommendations worth 100s of $$ which is not needed for my car. First quarter of this year, went in for annual services paid big bucks and the day after that ABS warning turned on. Low brake oil warning came up on screen, went to Kingston Mazda again. They said it needs to be inspected, hour later they said brake oil is low for no reason. charged $55 for inspection. In Aug 2021, thought of changing my car and I made a mistake going back to Kingston Mazda. Got quote for CX30 Crystal Blue car but I needed a black one. They didnt had a black one in the lot, so raised the price for bring in a car from another place. I paid $233 extra for black color. On the day of delivery (Aug 28th) I got a car which is extremely dirty under the hood and underneath the car and noticeable rust on metal parts. As soon as I got delivery, I went in for a car wash. Front tires was overfilled with air and one tire got tear on the sidewalls(didnt hit anywhere). Informed Kingston Mazda, Mazda Canada, Bridgestone havent received any helpful response. After Making a ton of calls, found the same brand tire and ordered myself. Talked to the sales person, arranged a full detailing service today. Went in at 8.00 am, they said I have no appointment booked. After explaining the whole story they agreed to do a detailing service. Recommended Kingston Mazda to more than 15 friends till 2020 and they all got car from there. NEVER AGAIN. Mazda make good cars but if you care about your hard earned money, time and service DONT GO to Kingston Mazda.I will update on the detailing and other information later on.
Hands Down My Customer Service Experience Here Was Amazing! CCR (Sommer) went out of her way to break my bill down for me in terms I could understand was Pleasant & Very knowledgeable .Mechanics did an awesome job too...No Complaints !

Having only been to two Mazda dealerships, I can safely say this is my favorite Mazda location. Extremely friendly service staff and quick repairs were made to my vehicle. Not sure about the salespersons but they seemed good at a glance.
I’m very disappointed and I will never get service done here again. Every time I go for a simple oil change I get a recommendation to fix something else that’s not needed. I have about 90,000km on my vehicle and was asked to flush my transmission (an extra $350) which typically you don’t need to do until 150- 200,000km. I was also recommended a platinum fuel induction service (an extra $230) and this is a completely unnecessary service. How hard is it to just preform the service I asked for? Another time I got my AC fixed and they broke something else. This is becoming a theme every time I visit Kingston Mazda.
I just bought a new 2021 CX-5 and I could not be happier. Sarah was my sales associate and she was so kind and patient. She sat with me for 4 hours comparing models as I could not decide which model I wanted. She never once made me feel rushed to make my decision. Sarah went above and beyond to make my experience exciting and stress free. This is by far the best service I have ever received when buying a vehicle. Everyone was so helpful especially John and Marion who also helped me through the process and answered all of my questions. Thank you Sarah and thank you Kingston Mazda! 10/10 recommend!

Very disappointed with my ENTIRE experience. Very poor communication and follow up. Like a previous reviewer, once they had my signature and my money, they couldn’t care less about me. There were MANY miscommunications. The fact that items were on back order was not relayed to me before purchase but was just ONE of the issues. My time (I drive from Brockville for each appointment) was not respected. I took my car in for an issue and left with an issue I didn’t have when I arrived. I immediately returned and was told they had no one available and I could book yet another appointment. I must say though, that the staff are very loyal to each other and have each other’s backs. It was very evident that I was thought of as a “problem” customer. The manager blatantly ignored my concerns and stood firmly beside his sales associate. This was the second brand new car that I’ve bought from this dealership and will be my last! I will buy another Mazda but will travel to Ottawa to do it. I will also service my vehicle elsewhere. On a positive note, the service advisor, Cameron, was pleasant and tried to be helpful-a bright light in an otherwise very disappointing experience. 5/5 for you Cameron!!It really is how you handle the “problems” that sets a business apart. Kingston Mazda is a “fair weather” dealership. If a storm arises, they are no where to be seen.
Got my mazda3 recently here, not very descent experience. The brand new car came with scratches and 2 out of 3 accessories are missing. I have to revisit twice to get & fix everything.Follow up: Walked in today to return the sunscreen I ordered, better experience with a nice and patient manager, hopefully all issues would resolve soon.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - I would not recommend anyone to get service at Kingston Mazda. I dont feel like wasting more of my time by explaining in full detail why I feel this way, but long story short - They gave us a ridiculously HIGH quote for work to be done on our SUV. When we came back to tell them we were told by another mechanic all our vehicle needed was this, Mazda was no longer backing themselves up on the original quote and tried to please us (shut us up) with a free oil change. Now, when we went in for a recall, conveniently the oil change is no where on file. When we explained our situation, even to the OWNER, (he was the one we spoke directly to regarding the quote before) he would not give in and allowed us to leave completely unsatisfied. What a joke. Will never be back.
The wife brought her CX5 in for service and a winter tire changeover. They did their checks and said all was good. My wife then pulled the cabin air filter out herself and showed them a filter that was not good. What’s up? Is it easier to just check the boxes or do the job right. It took a second invoice with a discount to get the situation right but does the customer have to pull the parts in question off in front of them after they checked it off as OK?

Very friendly staff. I was very disappointed when after going to pick up my new car I am told a few of the features I asked for before negotiation the price and were told would be in the cost were not there and my only option was to buy them at full cost.Overall I do love my cars and they people were very nice but be sure that EVERYTHING you ask for you see in writing before you accept the deal because even of you were told it was included, if it isnt written down you wont get it.

I highly recommend Kingston Mazda! I met with Dimitri, who was approachable and listened to everything that I was hoping for in a used Mazda. He was dedicated to looking for the right vehicle for me despite my specific criteria. A test drive provided excellent insight into the features of the Mazda 3, its capabilities, and how I could customize the car for me. Furthermore, all of the staff were very helpful in breaking down the financing options and process. My Dad and I worked with Marion at Kingston Mazda. She was friendly and so easy to work with. The car I was looking at was a used vehicle and there were some scuffs and cracks on the front bumper. Marion and her manager were so helpful and were able to have all of the repairs done before I picked the car up, even on short notice.
They were doing a great job at social distancing. There was attention given to us, and due to some complications the sales person went above and beyond to help us get all the information to the bank. There was an error on the day of signing with how the financing was set up. As I was not there, my husband didnt catch it. So I was left a little disappointed in them after a good initial experience.
Aneka Smith was extremely helpful in my journey towards purchasing a new vehicle. She was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the buying process, including financing options, different makes/models of vehicles and extended warranties. Back in September 2018, I walked into Kingston Mazda hoping to buy a car but was completely clueless about what my options were, what I had to do about getting a new vehicle or even what I wanted.I asked a few questions on their website and within minutes I received a phone call from an incredibly friendly and professional guy by the name of Dimitri. Had the pleasure of working with Marianne this past week. I walked into the dealership with very high expectations for my kingston vehicle. Marianne was very helpful friendly and knew what she was talking about. I really liked the SUV she showed me but unfortunately I needed something with LOTS of space for all of my gear for work. I was sold on all other parts but it didnt meet my job needs. Other than that it was a great experience!!!

Dimitri at Kingston Mazda is the greatest salesperson I have ever encountered. That may seem like a bold statement but its entirely true. He goes above and beyond what is required when assisting you, even before you are his client.I was looking for a vehicle two years ago; he was an immense help, though I didnt end up going with a Mazda in the end. Recently, I reached out to him again. He remembered me, and my family; we picked up right where we left off.There was a bit of a hiccup with some paperwork and the dealership more than made up for it. After paperwork was signed and I was already committed to the purchase of the car it seemed as I was unimportant from that point on. Lack of communication from sales rep as to the progression of the vehicle and the ever changing pick up date of the vehicle. I would not recommend this location to my friends or family. Highly dissatisfied!!!
They try to sell me a car without Air conditioner!!!!! be care full!!! dont waste your time with Dave.I dont recommend this dealership. I mean I like Mazda, I went there to buy one. I even paid a deposit, but its better to be careful especially with Anika, she will probably try to deceive you to buy one of their cars with a sensible offer and ask for a deposit to make it work. I even declined an amazing offer from Honda, knowing that I made a deal with Mazda. But surprise surprise the offer that she gave you was a car without Air conditioner!!!! and behold, this is the time that DAVE (SALES MANAGER) will come to you with absolute rudeness to tell you that we cant find what we promised you and you should pick another car, he doesnt even bother to make it up to us. they will waste your time.
If you are in need of a new car, visit Kingston Mazda and ask for Erika. She is so knowledge and enthusiastic about cars! Buying a car can be stressful but not with Erika. There was so much to learn about the 2019 Mazda 3 but Erika was very patient with me. It was a great experience.

I went in to Kingston mazda recently to look at a few of their used mazda 3s. Although I was unable to purchase the same day as my visit, Marion was very patient and helpful during the buying process.officially picked my car up this week and i had a few questions for Marion and the service department regarding the touch screen system. She was very helpful, even though she was working off-shift!

What amazing customer service! I had to wait to get my car fixed with my 17 month old. She had a blast! They had a huge play area with a play house, slide, baby lego, cars, books and colouring! Best experience! They were friendly and timely as well!

I had originally went to mazda to see a friend in the sales department but he was busy and was then directed to Marion. She was extremely professional and was not pushing for the sale. When we went for the test drive she was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. During the test drive she was very helpful with any/the multiple amount of questions and if she didnt know in the moment she was very quick to find the answer. Marion made the process of getting a vehicle very relaxing. When I had to go in to sign anything Marion was there to answer anything that had came up since last visit. Marion has since reached out multiple times to ensure that the vehicle is still satisfying and to make sure that there was no questions that came up since our last visit.The only reason that I gave 4/5 stars was when I took the vehicle for a test drive it was pointed out that the tires on it were winters with lots of thread left but the day of picking the vehicle up I had noticed that the tires were changed and not the winters that were on it when I had viewed the vehicle but that has nothing to do with Marion.
Definitely did not feel valued as a customer. I have had problems with the service in the parts department during my previous two visits. In the past the service was much better than it is currently. I would describe the managers response to my concerns about the poor service as indifferent which was disapponting. Hopefully things will improve in the future.
Erika was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. She is wasnt pushy and found me exactly what I was looking for in my price range.
