The store is now called Kingston Market Ive been shopping there for years it has really changed over the years they have done a complete upgrade serving hot food the store has clean floors & aisles friendly and courteous I always leave a tip at the meat market never ever had a problem with the meat tho I have heard others have I have never have I love the music I love dancing in the aisle. I just love the atmosphere to me a it is a pleasant place to shop there I will continue to shop there

The food is good the only problem with the places doesnt open up till 12 and the food never ready till 1

Tried the al pastor and chorizo tacos...fast, friendly service...most importantly these tacos are legit. The market itself is interesting too. A taco uptown will cost you $5. They are $2 each here, but you have to get at least two per. Not sure why it took me so long to come here.

From the looks of the outside and location, you wouldnt want to go in to this store front. BUT Im always pleasantly surprised by the food from their kitchen. I havent eaten something here that I didnt like! Only giving 4 starts because location is shady/scary/do I really have to leave my nice car alone for 5 minutes 😂

Very good food. I was a bit shy going in, but well worth it. This is real deal authentic mexican food! It might not be as upscale as some other restaurants in town, but this place is better tasting and cheaper! Win-win. Ill most certainly be going back and taking pictures of the food next time!

Delicious and authentic Mexican food and grocery. Everything Ive had theyre has been absolutely delicious. I definitely recommend El Mercadito!

Wonderful little shop for great food and some basic needs.

Really good food but they won’t give you change to pay the meter in order to park and eat there. So if I don’t have change I have to skip it.

Since the owners are gone, this place is no longer the same. Customer service is lousy, they make mistakes and dont even offer an apology. The girls who work at the front are not at all polite, much less educated. There are already several occasions in which they give me a very bad taste service.
