This is only the second time Ive come here and Im very happy I did.My hair is long and the last time I got it cut, about 2 years ago (not here) the beautician did not listen to me and cut my hair much shorter than I wanted.So needless to say I was a little nervous this time, but I had dead ends that had to come off.. About 2 inches..Igor was my stylist. He listened to everything I said. I wanted to keep the length (just wanted the dead ends off) with a face frame and thats exactly what he did! He said I am the boss and he actually meant it!!He also gave me a few good tips that I never knew..I will definitely be going back every 3 months to trim the dead ends (approx 1/2 inch, as he suggested... Im extremely pleased with my new haircut and I have Igor to thank😊

I have been going to this Fantastic for years. The staff are courteous and accommodating. The thing I like most is that Mary listens to me and cuts my hair the way I want it ... consistently!

I will never be back here for another haircut. I went in for a simple trim. I requested 2 inches cut off, no layers, nothing complicated, just 2 inches off. I have very long hair, it is my favorite thing about myself. Tanya cut off 7 inches of my hair. And obviously by the time she was done, it was too late because she can’t glue my hair back on!!! I am heartbroken and in tears over my hair being so short

I took my 9 yr old son. And my 2 yr old daughter to Fantastic Sams this morning for hair cuts. The 30 min drive was well worth it when Lisa absolutely nailed our cuts with STYLE!!! I’m recommending this salon 💯. Thank you Lisa. We all love the style you chose for us. 💯🙌🏻❤️

I have been to Fantastic Sams twice and both times my experience was...fantastic. Sonya cut my hair twice and created a work of art; she is truly a master hair stylist.The salon is spotless, the receptionist is helpful and courteous, and parking is readily available in the lot in front of the building.Due to COVID appointments are required, so please make one before going; they do offer same day ones based upon availability.

This was a very interesting shop that accepted me on short notice on a holiday nun the less. I have very difficult hair to cut and this skilled hair stylist did the job with flying colors. I left with a good cut on the day I asked, which is a to a rare thing to happen. The conversation was typical hair stylist but I did get to warn the one lady to not tell her 15 year old son that he looks cute. So in total it was a good shop.

This is the only place I go to get my haircut! The employees are so friendly and I consistently get great hairstyles from them! I 100% recommend them. Melissa cut my hair today, and she was so friendly, made great conversation, and did a lovely job of explaining how she was cutting my hair as she went along, making it easier to trust the process! I have been getting my haircut here for about 15 years. I seriously will never go anywhere else. Tanya is my beautician who cuts my hair and does my highlights. My highlights are unbelievable. She is seriously amazing. I get so many compliments on my hair color and style. I will never go anywhere else.

Liz has been doing my hair for almost 40 years. I have followed her to four different salons! Although Ive tried a other highly recommended salons Ive never been satisfied. I have very difficult to maintain curly hair and now travel 40 min each way to have Liz cut and style it.

I’ve been going to Igor for 10+ years and he’s never let me down. His work is great on both men and women, and the rest of the staff there is always super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Excellent place to go, for both me and my kids when they were little. I wont let any one else touch my hair except my hair cutter there. Oh, and they are reasonably priced.

I wont trust my hair to anyone but Liz. Shes wonderful! She listens to what you say and remembers your preferences.Any time Ive called to make a last minute appointment, theyve gone out of their way to make room for me where possible and/or find another time when they cant squeeze me in.

Terrible experience here. The man took me a half hour late then said he didnt have time to do my hair because he had another client. Thankfully, Tania, a very helpful woman did my hair. I would only recommend her. I called to complain and the manager hasnt been there. They wouldnt even tell me when a manager was coming in. Never going back.
