Slow and pricey. Did fit me in so had to expect some wait time. Over 2 and half hours to replace 2 tires and do front end alignment. Was over 500 for that. However not pushy with trying to upsale. Took no for an answer without further pushing. Friendly enough staff and professional.

They fit us in with out an appointment only waited 1.5 hrs. That was fine service was good but did not top off fluids such as windshield wipers just a pet peeve I guess. When you spend over $100 on a v6 oil change it would be nice!

Would have given them 4 but for the long wait to be acknowledged and the prices!

Had a very pleasant experience here. Came to get one of my cars inspected. Had to get 2 bulbs, walked out less than$50 including cost of the inspection. I mean, its Firestone. Quality. You get what you pay for.

Were not honest about pricing up front charged me $100 for an oil change when I could of went to precision tune for $40. If they had been upfront i would of atleast kept getting my tires there but is over now also.

This Firestone usually does good work I have no complaints there. But today I went there for four tires and to get my bulb changed in my headlight overall he took nearly four hours to do the work they seem short on staff and the person working on my vehicle told me they didnt have the knowledge on how to change the lightbulb in my vehicle. So along with tires I got some windshield wipers and that took nearly four hours, entirely too long

Called before driving to store only to find when I got there that the tires I needed were expired. They had been on the shelf for over five years so they could not sell them to me. Wasted my morning!

The employees there were extremely helpful and actually knew what they were doing. The previous place I went to used an impact wrench on my lug nuts and made them swell up. Once I bought replacements, they put in on the correct way that wouldnt damage them. I can really appreciate this.

Scheduled an appointment online which was confirmed the following day just to get there and have them tell me they need to reschedule. I go back on day and time of scheduled appointment and they are closed FOR SEVERAL DAYS! Probably due to covid (total speculation on my part) because even though they claim to have a mask policy none of the employees were wearing one.

Very satisfied so far ! Lawrence was very helpful and friendly! Probably going to start getting oil changes there ! Very professional and engaging!

This is the best Firestone tire place i have ever dealt with. Larry was so helpful, he got us all the discounts there were available. we will definately be going back for more work on our truck.

Great service, the associates I talked to were knowledgeable in the automotive field which is obviously important at an auto care facility! This is one of the 2 stores I trust to take my miata to. That should not be taken lightly. Only reason I didnt leave 5 stars is cause every now and then the wait is a little long, however worth it for quality work. Keep it up guys

This guy joe at front desk was very friendly and helpful. The first visit was ok. The second visit was suspicious. Went for an oil change. They said the cap was broken so I had to replace it, costing 67. I was upset. Very suspicious. Then right after I started having problems with my brake lights. I have this gut feeling that they are making things happen so you can come back.or they just dont like you. I was busy talking about trump while they were looking at fox news.

I love the staff. They are great!!! I do think that the rates are too high and the company should rethink the rates and become more competitive.

1st time made an appointment still waited 30 min before being seen.....2nd time chose an available online appt time and was called back and told that time is already taken can we reschedule....3rd time chose an appointment time got a call saying they have nothing available with several times listed online ...so whos in control of updating the appointment website ill never go back they just seem to never have it together and to top it off they re Never friendly

This Firestone is the best Firestone I have been to so far. All Firestones that I have visited have done great, but Larry and his staff make sure you have the best experience possible and that your automobile is properly serviced and youre completely satisfied.

Ive been having issues getting my heat and a/c to work in my Nissan Altima. After visiting my local Nissan service shop, I had been given an incorrect diagnosis, and charged for a repair that did not fix the issue. After contacting firestone, I explained to the service manager Nick the issues & my frustration with replacing so many parts. Nick assured me that they would thoroughly inspect my system and lend me a helping hand in finding a solution. Upon arrival, I was greeted with respect and remained informed on the progression of the troubleshooting process of my vehicle. The end result was a completely functioning a/c & heating system due to the experience and knowledge of Cliff the technician who repair my issue. I am thoroughly impressed and I do recommend their services to anyone experiencing car issues. They were honest, prompt, communicated well, & had the best prices in town! Thanks Nick & Cliff-

Had an appointment at 3:00. The guys didnt get to my car for 2 hours. And there was only one car in the garage. All I needed was an oil change. No apology for how long it took. Never going back.

Firestone, a message. We all understand the liability of using parts from other vendors. However, if they are certified parts, why turn business away or do a simple waiver for the parts and guarantee your services. I am not an ASE mechanic but, I have been working on my own vehicles for 30 years. It serves to shop around for the best parts at the best price. Some things are just better done by thise thatbdo it everyday and have better equipment to work with. For instance, you can change brake calipers in your drive way and still manage to bleed them properly. However, sometimes, time is a factor and so is frustration. You lost businees because you dont have a waiver. All be it not much, but a nationwide policy revision could bring, tens of thousands of customers who would not give you a second thought. (In house parts my save you money and the headache of frivolous law suits but, helping out all the home professional parts changers of this country, can expand your customer base). Just sayin.

Needed an alignment and called ahead to be sure they could since the Firestone in Goldsboro said their lift was broken. These guys said they could, drove the 30 minutes there to be told that they couldnt. Maybe before you tell someone youre capable of a task, maybe you should inquire about the vehicle, tires, ect. This is a joke. The Firestone I use where I am from has never had an issue with my vehicle no matter what I needed done.

All in all i check reviews before i go to any mechanic shop just to see. Robert G. Here in the Kinston store was Great helped me get what i needed done an set me up with a appointment. Came in the next day an got smoke test done. Mechanic came to the front showed me where the leak was an helped fix the proplem. With no charge since it was very simple an inexpensive. Great service all in all will be back.

Do not go here!!!! U will be better off going to the one in Wilson. All they do is take your money. I was charged $300 for problems with my heater. They did not fix it at all!!!! The next day I called to let them know I was still having problems with it. I took it back to them and they claim they couldnt find a problem

If I could give them a zero, I would! Just stopped there because we are 6 hrs from home and got a screw in a tire. They refused to do anything. The guy said they would not back up their regular customers to help us. What a jerk! I will be contacting Firestone. Im sure they have some say even with franchised stores.

SCAM ARTISTS! They charged me $25.00 fee to diagnose a bad a/c system. Then shot me a quote for $900.00. I went somewhere different, turned out the only problem was a $5.00 relay switch. My explorer has a/c again without Firestones help. NEVER RETURN AGAIN.

If you need a cup of coffee or water or use the bathroom, perhaps this place i,may be able to help. But if you need tires, oil change, or any other type of service on your vehicle....run the other direction.I live about 3 miles aways and have tried to do business with them for years. We own one boat, one jet ski, two flat bed trailers, and five vehicles....needless to say we use a lot of tires and do a lot of service work.Tires: Wear out quickly, but not to worry. they will be happy to sell you another set. The technician said it must be my driving style that caused them to wear out prematurely, LOL. Okay then! And we are talking less than 30,000 miles with a rotation schedule every 5,000 (at Firestone).Oil changes: problem with them under/over filling. We now have a tahoe that uses oil and NEVER did until we started working with firestone....now it takes at least one quart between oil changes.Screw or nail on your tire: Dont bother...first they are too busy, and 2nd if they do get around to it, I promise you are going to need a new tire according to them. Stopped by with my boat (which has four tires). Short version of that story is I drove on to Davis tire on hwy 70 and they had me in and out in no time.My wife stopped by yesterday with a screw in her tire, first they wouldnt plug it (too close to closing time, yet they were still there). 2nd, told her screw was too close to the side wall and couldnt be plugged. So she drove to Davis tire today on Hwy 70, plugged it in no time, cost $10. We use Michelin tires on our Tahoe which are expensive to change.We buy ALL of our tires from Davis Tire on Hwy 70 in Kinston....and we get all of our service work done (rotations, etc.) at Kinston Wheel alignment. Oil changes, etc. we use a real mechanic and not FireStone Complete AutoIf you want to get royally screwed, go to Firestone in Kinston on vernon avenue. It may not happen the first time....but sooner or later, I promise it will. They get Zero stars from me. But dont take my word for it....try it yourself.

I scheduled an appointment online and when I arrived to my appointment, I was told, they already have several appointments at that time. I asked How is that my fault....So I was advised to call back to see if they would have any cancellation... No apologies or nothing...All I got was, Our online appointment scheduler is messed up......I call back to make an appointment over the phone for two days later and the very next day I get a call saying We have a scheduling conflict, can you bring your car in at a later time...They only have two technicians available.......This is very poor customer service! Yet still, no apologies for any kind of inconvenience..........

I am so utterly appalled with this establishment. The price we were initially told seemed to increase with the number of hours we were there which also continued to increase unnecessarily until I finally stood in the doorway and stared them down until they started working again. Talk about the cost of labor! I have NEVER sworn at anyone who works with the public since I do too but there is apparently a first for everything.
