I write his description down📝VERBATIM🗣,then take that written note to Big Blue. I give the note to the Big Blue rep.They take the note & locate the part described. If there is a question regarding which version of the part, I call my husband & 🤳hand my cell phone to the Big Blue rep. I dont go in this store much, just because of the location. The staff were nice. An employee in the back of the store was helpful. The prices are good in comparison to other stores. The only thing is its kinda crowded. They have a lot of merchandise, but doesnt seem like they have enough room.

Zero stars! went to the store because I saw a sign advertising a sale on planters. I asked looked at the planters and saw that they were ceramic and some were large and very heavy. The cashier, who was leaning over the counter, asked the manager if he could tell me about the planters. He stood there with his hand on his hip and said “what about them” in a curt tone. I spoke up and said I’d like to know the price. He said the best thing to do was to get one and bring it in. I stated that some of them were heavy. He told me to get a buggy. I asked “Are you serious?” and he shook his head yes. I said ok thank you and walked out if he store. I called back and spoke with him and told him about the poor customer service he provided and that I had never been treated that way as a customer looking for help in a store. I expressed that the planter still needed to be lifted and put into the buggy. Maybe a man would be able to but as a small female, it was inappropriate for him to ask me to lift something that heavy when I asked for help. Hebrendered no apology at all. I will never step foot in there again.

I all ways like to go and look. Its hard to come out and not buy something. I went today looking a particular item and first clerk i saw was Johnny on the spot. While i was entering the store i spotted a item outside i needed and on the way out at the check out i decided to get that item also. Good Store To Shop.

A great place to shop. However, it is hard to find marked prices without taking items to checkout to get a price. Would be nice if items were clearly marked. It reminds me of shopping at Walmart were many items are not marked either. It is nice to have at least a friendly person to assist with locating needed merchandise. I do recommend the store when someone ask where they can possibly find a certain item. I have shopped and browsed the store enough to know the merchandise fairly well. One thing that would be nice is to mark prices on all outside plants, not only the bedding plants ( which are usually marked ) The outside appearance would be a nice place to welcome customers but is usually uninviting because of disarray of merchandise. Still one of my favorite places to browse and SHOP. Best of Luck! David Broadway

Purchased go kart as a Christmas gift. Wont stay running after 1st day. They wont make it right. $1900 mistake.

I was stopped as soon as I walked in because I wear a backpack purse for my health conditions and was told to leave my purse with someone up front while I shopped. Im sorry but I dont trust anyone, especially if I dont know you I will not leave my bag in the hands of someone I have never laid eyes on. They lost our business, we were looking for farm equipment so we were about to make a large purchase but now.Theyre loss. Not everyone is a thief !!!!!

Good place with a good variety. Just be prepared to not find anyone that can answer a question. Lot of kids work there with little to no knowledge of the departments they work in.

Went to this store for the first time and was very disappointed. No one said hello to us the whole time we were in the store. Workers looked at us and did not say a word. These were nots kids, but adults who should know better. I never felt like a store did not want our business as I did going to this retail establishment. I prefer giving our business to the small none chain businesses. I will never go there again after the way we were treated.

Make sure if you call to check on something that they might have that they actually go and check. This has bit me in the butt 3 times. I called them and they say they have it I guess there just checking a computer. But when I drive 30 minutes and get there they dont have it. take the extra 5 minutes and drive to Lowes.
