Seattle Hot Tub Company is a wonderful company to do business with. We purchased our hot tub there several months ago. It was delivered on time and they took extra care not to damage our shrubbery.Shortly after we had it delivered we decided to move. Again, Seattle Hot Tub company came out and moved our tub to a temporary location and then a couple of months later came and moved it to the new house. All was done professionally and with care to our property.I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a hot tub. They are nice, not pushy, and they follow through.

We were unable to take a vacation so decided that it was time for that hot tub that we have been talking about. We just didnt realize what a pleasant buying experience we were in for. We were dealing with a limited space and discussed our needs with Nelson. He was not only exceptionally professional, but he was willing to deliver, and set up the hot tub, within 24 hours. We chose a Celebrity Hot Tub and couldnt be happier. The set up went very smoothly, with Nelson being extremely detailed in explaining everything that we need to know about maintenance etc before he left. We are so happy that we chose Seattle Hot Tub. I was on hot tub info over load! As many stores as we visited, we got not only a different opinion, but a pretty scathing reviews of the other guys. But not at Seattle Hot Tub. We felt we were in great hands and were being told honest and true information. The good and the bad of hot tubs, used and new. We were recently in the market for a new hot tub. We called all of the other sellers and they sold me on the hot tub they wanted me to buy. I called Seattle Hot Tub and talked to Nelson. He listened, educated me and gave me a number of options. After a great conversation, I got exactly the right hot tub for our family. On the day of delivery, Nelson came to our house and gave us the orientation himself! We are first time hot tub owners and we a bit nervous about set up & maintenance...we had a slight issue on day two( user error)...I texted Nelson at 930 at night and he responded right away. He called the next morning and he & Ryan the co-owner solved the problem. We are into week two, use our hot tub every day and couldn’t be happier!

We highly recommend Seattle Hot Tub Company. We had them service our old hot tub for small issues over the past few years and decided to get a new hot tub. They helped a lot with deciding which tub to purchase. The new tub came quickly and the delivery and set up was smooth, including haul away of the old one. It was in the back yard and down a slope but they had no issues! The customer service was great!

I was happy to learn about the high quality of the tubs and the one of the best warranties in the business. We bought a Marquis Epic and use it everyday. My husband and I have owned a hot tub for the last 20 years. Our new Marquis is by far the best tub weve bought. The hot zones are amazingly powerful for your back, neck, shoulders and feet. Great service.... They delivered in record time for my party. I wish my neighbors builder found this company before he had to rent some type of crane to move it in the back yard, that a couple of guys from here would have done in a few minutes.

I purchased a hot tub from Seattle Hot Tub and everything was great for six months. My tub started having electrical issues that could not be isolated to determine the root cause of the problem. I replaced the main breaker and the GFI breaker, but the problem persisted. Nelson and Ryan replaced my tub with a brand new tub no questions asked. That is the definition of customer service and integrity in my book. I highly recommend Seattle Hot Tub for anyone looking to purchase a new tub.

I love my Marquis hottub and after a couple years when the first small part broke (small plastic handle to inline bromine/mineral dispenser) I called and they sent out a replacement part free of charge. They just asked for my address and said its on it way, no charge. In a world of deteriorating service, its nice to run into a business still doing things the right way.On another note, I researched and checked out Jacuzzi, Sundance, and other brands, but decided to go with a Marquis tub from Seattle Hot Tub Co. After almost 3 years or use, Im still very happy with my Marquis hottub and would highly recommend the brand to anyone shopping for spas.
