Took my Lexus in here for vibration underneath the car. They fixed the vibration for a very affordable price. Good company that will not take advantage of you and fix your issue at a good price. Would highly recommend.

Criminals were almost successful in stealing our catalytic converter, but it was still attached. George and Anna were able to fit us in and get the work done. There was more damage than thought, but they were able to do the repair and at a fair price. We are very grateful for the help and quality work.

This is an awesome shop. After the entire exhaust (from header to tip!) was ripped off my car hitting a curb they were able to salvage it and have it back in less than 24hrs after i dropped the car off! I couldnt believe it as the exhaust was a bent and torn up and a dealer would have charged 10x more to replace it! They are all extremely nice and charge very fair prices. Will definitely use this place again.

George and his crew at Muffler King did a fantastic job on a complete custom exhaust system for my ‘61 Fury. The cost was very reasonable; the quality of the components and workmanship was great. They had to adapt a modern Hemi engine exhaust to a 60 year old car and made it better than factory. The mark of true professionalism is when they do the work for the customer’s car as if it was their own car, and they did it on time and within budget. What else could you ask for?

Excellent work from Muffler King! The mid-exhaust hanger had broken loose on my VW GTI. The dealer quoted me almost $2k to replace the assembly but suggested a good muffler shop could weld the part for much less. Muffler King fixed it quickly for under $100. These guys did a great job modifying my exhaust on my E63 AMG. Aurther was very knowledgeable and helped me decide exactly what modifications I would need based on my goals for the end result I was looking for.I dropped my car off in the morning of my appointment was scheduled, which happened to also be my birthday. I asked if possible could I pickup before 4pm so I could attend bday dinner.It wasnt more than a couple hours I think around 11am they called letting me know car was done, everything tested and ready to go... happy birthday!Great guys, convenient location, quality work and fantastic service!

These guys did a great job replacing my exhaust kit. They scheduled me in quickly. Their prices were considerably better than other places. They do a free diagnostic test for you. The only downside is that there is no support to get you back home after dropoff or for getting back to the shop when your car is ready. I recommend this place for any exhaust work that you may need.

My friend took her car to muffler kings and when she got it back they had caused damage when lifting. They were very rude and unprofessional about handling the whole situation. Do not take your car here.

When my very rare Isuzu Vehicross was new in 1999, I had a custom exhaust installed elsewhere. Since then, and even after multiple muffler/tailpipe replacements over 190K miles, there was an annoying vibration, especially at idle in D. Last month Muffler King replaced another worn out muffler and tailpipe, and it is vibration-free after 20 years ! Thank you MK!

I called and scheduled an appointment for my 02 6.8 v10 excursion. customer service over the phone was excellent! I was at work so my wife took the truck in. Tim Did an amazing job putting a new catalytic converter and flow master super 10 exhaust on the truck. My wife was super nervous and scared due to not knowing what parts where being installed. TIm and the muffler king shop made her feel right at home! I am very happy to hear they were very friendly and I will definitely recommend! My truck sounds exactly what I wanted! These guys did a killer job with a custom rebuild of my 1985 VW westfalias downpipe and exhaust manifold. They were extremely communicative and flexible when it was clear nothing could be done without a new manifold that was hard to find. They didn’t charge me and gave me time to find the part, bring it back, swap out the rusted broken one which was pretty messed up with frozen bolts, rusted through, you name it. Did a custom downpipe weld to the rarer two output downpipe on my engine in a couple of days. Awesome folk - Tim knows what he’s doing. Fair price for a really tough job too. Will absolutely be coming back next time.

Stopped in for a loud exhaust rattle. Thought it was a hanger, as I know my car well and do my own work when possible. Turned out to be a rusted fitting. Tim got me in within an hour, and his team got me out an hour later, at an astounding price, with some old school customer service thrown in. Kudos!

Just called and these guys are great. I looked for muffler options on a modified exhaust for a 2008 smart passion that was failing on the car and they had no problem explaining they could build re replacement part installed and that if the cat is good I would not need to replace the 800 dollar exhaust or install a factory new single all in one for 400 plus install. so are they good or what. Great place for repairs. I had a crack in the exhaust pipe. They did a very quick repair for a reasonable price. The dealerships and other muffler shops would have wanted to replace the whole pipe and maybe more for an expensive price. Why replace when a repair will work. I USED to do all my own work on my cars, but age and a bad back kind of got in the way of doing that.I called them up, while I had my pickup in Northwest Differential, and told them I wanted a muffler with good flow through, but QUIET, and they told me what they had and what it would cost me, and did a great job!In fact, the Ford dealership recommended them to me, as they dont sell mufflers anymore.So, honest, friendly service, and great workmanship!I know where to go when I need another muffler!

I have been going there for over ten years. I recently moved out of the area and still drove over 25 miles to have Muffler King work on one of my collector show cars. Although their quoted price was about 20% more than a local muffler shop for replacing my catalytic converter, I still went there because of their previous excellent customer service. After replacing my cat I noticed a rubbing noise in my exhaust and that the rubber support rings had fallen off the rear of my exhaust. When I stopped by to get it looked at I had to show my receipt which was not a problem. Was told my work was done in May. I said it is a show car and I havent driven it since the previous work. Was then told that I needed to pay 1/2 hour labor to look at my car and that I would need to pay for the rubber rings that lasted 30 miles of driving. Also I needed to bring my car back in a week. Replacing the rubber rings would have taken about 5 minutes total and the rings cost about $2 ea. x2. Myself and my friends will find a new muffler shop. BTW, the local shop that did not change the cat put on the 2 rubber rings in less than 5 minutes and didnt charge me. I drove all the way to Muffler King for nothing.

From the time I called to make an appointment to the time I left I felt like everyone here treated me like family. Everything was straight forward. No gimmicks of any kind from these people. Also, a side note, my car is very low, which is a problem for some shops, but the guys here are awesome and took care of my baby without any issues! For a couple of years now Ive been dealing with a custom exhaust on my 01 S4 that just was not done right at Dan Fast in Bellevue. The 3 inch pipe leading up to the muffler was hanging way to low when there was more then enough clearance for it to be higher. Not to mention they werent very professional nor polite. I dont recommend them to anyone. Anyway, I figured I come here and give it a try since I used them along time ago for a quick welding job... and Im glad I did. Exhaust sounds awesome and way done right! Almost looks like a stock exhaust as the bends were perfectly done. Super friendly and extremely affordable. Will for sure come here again in the future. Great service!—Tim was super helpful, kind, informative. I don’t know car speak and felt they took great care of me, very professional, when needing to get a catalytic converter replaced on my Honda CRV 2005. Even when I called in, they were logistical in setting up without needing a ton of auto numbers from me (just car, make, year, issue). I had called around to different auto (not muffler) shops prior. Overall the replacement would have cost me 4k at a Honda shop (they educated me to go a muffler shop). Other auto shops quoted me at 1k to $1200. Muffler king was less than half the lowest price after tax. Tim let me know about a sound he heard to still get checked out at an auto shop, helped explain it to me as well as to the service person I called. Very thankful to have gone here!

Had a Isuzu that I was told needed new Catalytic converters from another shop, only one was rattling. After talking to the owner, Tim, at Muffler King, he said only 1 needed to be replaced and the rest of the exhaust was in good shape. I was referred by a friend and happy to get the recommendation. They gave me same day service to patch a hole in my exhaust, and the price was right. I will happily do business here again.

Previous owner did a muffler delete on the car, which was fine. What was not fine was the shoddy welds done on the exhaust hangers, which were half broken when I got them. The right side ended up completely breaking and the exhaust hung down a bit. Took it to Muffler Kings and they suggested a different way of hanging and welding, which would greatly increase the strength and durability, for the same price as fixing what was there. They broke the left side weld off for me and matched them to be the same. I am super appreciative for their expertise, work, and price. I will for sure be bringing the car back to them after a motorswap, for a full top down system.

Now I need some brake work done and was searching in the Totemlake area for brake work this weekend and he does it, so I am waiting to receive his call on Monday

This place is great! My car blew out the glass pack going over the pass. I took it to Muffler King to get fixed, they did a great job. I had previously called Midas to see what they would quote me, total waste of time. They told me the WHOLE exhaust system would need to be replaced ($1,000 easy). I knew that was a lie so I went to Muffler King instead. They were straight forward with me, gave me great options and got the work done that day. I am a customer of theirs for life! They rock!

I went to two different auto shops for a repair i needed on my Toyota Sienna, they both quoted me over $3,000. On a tip from a friend i got one last opinion from Muffler King and boy am I glad I did. They were able to fix the issue for less than $300 because they know how to fix things and Fab their own parts. Most all other shops in town will just make you buy a brand new Toyota part which is a waste of your money. Next time im in need of any repair, im calling muffler king first. Great service and very quick fix for a fraction of the price of the other guys. Whats more is that what I paid, came in less than what they quoted me originally because they determined I didnt need one of the parts. What other auto shops are that honest? I had never heard of these guys before, but now this is my go to every time.

Would have gone here due to positive reviews, but they refused service based on my make of vehicle.

Ive had Tim work on several hotrods in the past with terrific results and today was no exception(12 E92 335iX). I came in with half of the performance exhaust I bought hanging off the back of the car, dangling from a few hangers. It didnt fit like the seller said and left me too McGuyver something together at midnight to get to work. I dropped off the car at opening, described my situation, talked about the different possible fixes, shook hands and went for a walk. Grabbed some lunch(Chick-Fil-A) and before I finished, Tim called and said he was done and to come by when I could to pick up the car. I returned to see my ride parked out from. I went in, paid the man($250ish), hopped in my car and headed for home. The car sounds as amazing as Id hoped it would. Quite when cruising around but deep and smooth on heavy acceleration. Drop the hammer and it sounds like a modified Supra on nitrous! Id bring my car back to Tim at Muffler King anytime. I dont trust anyone to work on my cars but Tim and his shop of techs know how to build an exhaust right, dont over charge, work fast/efficient and have a friendly, laughing attitude. Thanks Tim. Had a similar experience as the other 1 star guy below. Above average work, but not so much in after sales service, and only THEIR time is valuable, no one elses is. the owner actually suggested me to go to firestone to get a free check on something they may have screwer up, because they are too busy, yet, they had time to argue with me on why they cannot step out the shop, and listen to my car for 30 seconds.for the amount of money they want to charge to be a premium shop, they certainly dont possess any premium quality with their condescending and cowboy attitude.
