I had to run into this Publix to get a few items for our cooler bag for Disney, and it was so big, bright, and beautiful! Mind you, Im a regular Publix shopper because Im a Floridian, but this one seemed to go above and beyond to offer a really nice experience for shoppers. I especially loved the Disney souvenir aisle; it had some super cute items, cheaper than the park!

Very consumer friendly...great products and prices...a true neighborhood grocery store!

I expected a lot more Vegan options from tje way my friends hyped Flordia Publixes up...I was a little disappointed.

I love publix but this store has tourists attitude. The bakery does not take orders seriously. I had ordered bread for our stay 3 days earlier. When I came for it. They either gave it away or never made it. I set 6pm pick up. I arrive at at 6:20pm. I settled for old tasting bread.

The Publix at Sunrise City is one of the grocery stores that many of the tourist visit to stock up on food and drinks for a stay at or near the many Orlando theme parks.I live close to this Publix and can say that they do remain busy. Despite being busy, the employees are extremely positive and helpful. I see the same familiar faces on a weekly basis.The store is clean and well maintained and the produce is always fresh. We have not experienced issues with expired food from this store.Its a great place to buy your groceries but do expect to wait in line at checkout during peak hours but then again.

This Publix were very professional & the service time was the quickest we ever had. Pharmacy dept. were very accommodating. All Publix hold good customer service but this one in general worked w/us making it easy for us to pick up our medication( a simple transfer ) Thank u Chad, on behalf of my spouse John Salinas.

Jarek and Chris in the meats department were very helpful very kind and helped me to the fullest extent with my prime rib. It was also the freshest of the fresh he happened to be just cutting into the prime rib I wanted and gave me it right off the chunk. Amazing people amazing customer service! Please recognize these two men :)

I love being able to go to a real grocery store. I love the people who work there always so nice and I use their app today it wasnt working and the manager still took off all my coupons and my $5 perk for shopping there. Youll never see Walmart do that!

Great shopping experience. Shopped here while on vacation. Store was well stocked later in the day. Produce department stocked with fresh fruits and vegetables. Overall prices were higher than my Publix at home.

First time visiting this chain. Its a nice store, clean, and the workers are very courteous and helpful. Prices vary being as Im from Texas things are much cheaper but overall a great store!

This Publix is never ready for their guests! They never have any kind of fried chicken! You can go any day, any hour, low or high season and they just have spicy wings!

The bakery was horrible. I have been to Publix everywhere in different states. Ive never experienced a bad experience until visiting this one. The manager was in there cutting bread and acknowledged us about 2 minutes after we were there. Only by saying hi after seeing us there for about 2 minutes. Finally an associate came up but after she grab the trash can with her gloves on then coming to say did yall need something. First of all I need for you to change those gloves after touching the trash can to prop open your cooler door. Then after asking about a cake that she said they didnt have and then walked away without saying Is there something else I can help you find. At least something like that.Well I felt like they didnt need or want our services. We left empty ha and went to the Publix down from them and received the Publix service were use to.I never ever had a bad experience with any Publix. Ive been going to them maybe over 15 years. They need a refresher course.

Keeping to the Publix brand, you pay a little bit more but dont have to wait in line at Walmart and get much better customer service in a much better environment.

This is one of my favorite Publix Super Markets. Its always clean and has what Im looking for.

Its different than some grocery stores. The manager actually tricked me to go to the Disney aisle causing my kid to have a meltdown. Just sad. Every other time was awesome. Get it together manager/supervisor and dont be sending people off....especially when they have kids with them!!!!!

I was only in town for a few days but I found everything I needed and the employees were very friendly and helpful!!

Went to pickup my food order, I was the only one waiting in the deli side. two ladies in the back room were talking one of them had the mask down and touching her face, she kept looking at me for about 2 minutes she kept touching her face. Finally she decided to go out instead of washing her hands right away she put on gloves. This is unacceptable first she needed to washed her hands then put on gloves I guess they do not trained them properly.,instead of asking me first what I needed she went to the person that just got there. I spoke up told her I was first, told her that I was here to pick up my food order. Never again I will get anything from this publix knowing the do not care about guest health and been sanitary.

Was able to find parking easily. Got what I needed and made it out within 30 minutes. Friendly cashier and the shopping cart I used was wiped clean prior to me using it.

Theres plenty of parking, but no racks for empty carts, so theyre left all over the parking lot.The stores in the area are only a couple of years old, so everything is shiny and new. Publix has wide, fully stocked aisles. A beautiful produce section, bakery with yummy chocolate cake and other goodies, a deli which serves up Boars Head meat on your sandwich order, or hot crispy chicken to go.Its a SUPER supermarket!!

Clean store, but some items are almost out of date. Wal-Mart across the street has one month fresher fate codes on certain items. I think this is a warehouse issue, not the store.

Publix is just great everywhere. They sell this inflatable pool toys for such great prices there.

This was the only time Ive ever been disappointed by a Publix sub. Not only did the the staff get one of our subs wrong, but the sub rolls for both were hard as a rock.

I didnt appreciate being followed everywhere as if Im stealing, when Im only shopping like everybody else. I actually bought a bunch of stuff and I feel like they didnt even deserve my money after treating me like that and after reading the reviews about bugs..
