Wow what a let down went in to the store and waited to be helped after waiting for a couple minutes and no one came I leave with my daughter . As I went to my car somebody fineally gets out of there car and doesn’t say hello doesn’t say I will be a second begins to scold me for leaving because he was helping another customer . I didn’t even know he worked there ! when I got there there was two cars in the parking lot and there where three people sitting there talking two in the car one out of a car . For the most part I try to stay local and support local businesses but I will definitely not be back . I don’t like to be scolded in front of my daughter for no other reason then you don’t even want to say I’ll be with in a second Especially if you know nobody’s in the store to help somebody . If you don’t like your job buddy go find another one.

Went to have some of my Bose speakers replaced in my 99 Escalade I thought everything was good until a year later when I go in to replace a door handle I find that they used wood screws to screw in my speakers the wood screws are through brand new holes that they made very rough speaker fits real loose original tabs from the speaker are now broken so that the wood screws would work have it done anywhere else the prices are inflated the people have no idea what theyre doing and the workmanship is garbage so I can figure out how to upload pictures Ill add a picture on here

Beware, this store is a RIP-OFF.They have no idea how to install a stereo. They also never attached the antenna. So I have no AM/FM radio. AWESOME. This store will say they installed new speakers that you bought, but really they leave your old speakers in and charge you anyway. They installed my stereo so that it blew a circuit over half volume, charged me an extra $50 to fix it, they said it wasnt their fault.

Although they have a decent price on some cords, this business doesnt want to compete. I was told they dont compete with online. So i chose to look online, even with including the price of shipping, I could still buy the product for $30 cheaper. There was no price negotiation even though I showed I could get cheaper but would still be willing to buy local if the price was even $10 less. I was told no. Too much mark-up, non-competitive, and not knowledgeable. I have now researched the product and see that the product that was a great product has many bad reviews and has issues working right. I hope some research and consideration into products will be done before going into this place for anyone. I am now glad I didnt buy the inferior product for more money from this place. Please step it up if your gonna mark it up.

Update: July 28,2014-The Alpine head unit purchased from this Sound Man, amazingly just stopped working on its own. It would short out if the heater or ac was turned on, screen would flicker, shut off, etc. After deciding to purchase new car audio equipment from a more reputable business and FREE installation after purchase, they asked me if this was something that I had installed myself. I explained the below situation to them and was informed by the employee (who was not a teenager working under the table like Sound Man) that it was by far one of the laziest and poorly done installs he had ever seen. Lowering my rating from 2 stars to 1. I wish I could put 0. Seriously, go somewhere else. You wont regret it.2013I really hope that you take the time to read this before taking your money to this business.Let me explain why:After purchasing a $999 Alpine Navigation/Bluetooth/iPod unit, I was charged roughly another $100 on a wiring kit specific for my 2008 Jeep Wrangler, and told another $125 would be for a Professional Installation. After 5 hours of professional installation I received a phone call from employees stating it had been completed. I quickly learned after returning home that I was unable to change any of the settings on my Alpine head unit because the transmission lock was not properly installed. After explaining this to the employees the following day, I was first asked if this was something that I could change in the settings... After explaining that I couldnt even access the settings because it was incorrectly installed, I was finally able to get the employees to admit that they had never sold or even installed one of these Alpine head units before. That same day I was asked to leave my Jeep at the business so they could fix the problem. After having my vehicle for an additional 5-6 hours, I called the business only to find out that they hadnt done anything to try and fix the problem because they had no idea what to do. So they contacted their Alpine representative who advised them of a bypass that could be used to alleviate the transmission lock issue, however, it was illegal. So I was asked by the staff to write out a release of liability. Me. They want me to write it. I agree, but now they realize they dont have the part for the bypass and it needs to be ordered. When the part finally does come in, I bring my Jeep down for now the third time since my initial purchase. I am quickly appalled at the fact that the employee is now asking me to pay her parts and labor to complete a professional installation that hasnt even been completed in the first place. After calmly explaining my frustration to the employee regarding my spending nearly $1300 on a Alpine receiver and a professional installation and it being anything but professional, she throws a fit in the middle of the store with customers present, stating FINE, FINE, just give me your number and well call you when its done, but were not going to do the bypass.I am not an angry or confrontational person by any means, but I will not stand idly by while a dishonest business tries to nickel and dime me on an installation that was never completed. If youre going to do something, do it right the first time. If you are going to charge your customers $125 on a professional installation, you better do it right the first time as well.Poor customer service. Poor knowledge of products. Poor business ethics. Just an all around poor experience with this business, I hope for your sake, you take your business elsewhere.
