Jasmine did my hair and was amazing. She was very kind and knowledgeable about the products she used in my hair which smelled great. Overall satisfied with the service. Would definitely go back!

Speaking from the salon. Garbage honestly. Spent hours getting a teal green hair treatment and it was very disappointing. I came in with faded green and blue hair with brown roots. I came out with basically the same hair just with my roots lightened and spotty yellow. I was quoted 120 and they almost charged me over 200 for literally just bleaching my roots. I also had some left over bleach residue in my hair after.

Despite how busy it is during holidays, associates greet everyone who comes through the door and are very friendly. They ask if you need help and listen well. Chloe did an awesome job on my eyebrows and came highly recommended by other young women in town. Great store for such a small town!

Made an eye lash and eye brow appointment on-line for my daughter. Booking was smooth and very convenient. When my daughter got to Ulta the staff did apologize that due to covid they are unable to lashes which online should of definitely stated that!My daughter who is 15 loved Chloe and felt comfortable with Chloe My daughter’s eye brows are amazing and love the tint! Everyone is very helpful finding and recommending products.Its nice to walk in and say Im looking for a product that does (whatever) and Id like to keep it in (this) price range.They always offer up many options and brands in several price ranges to choose from. If one of them doesnt have any experience with a specific product, theyll immediately get another associate that has either experience with it or knowledge of it.

I love this place! I get lost in all the products, but the employees are super helpful and they have an amazing return policy if the products don’t work out for you or are the wrong shade.

I walked in and was not greated at all, was not asked if I needed help finding anything. I stayed and watched others walk in and was greeted(those who where wearing makeup and slim and dressed nice) Im in dress clothes, on the bigger side and was being pointed at, giggles going. But not one asked if I needed help finding anything or treated equally.

Liquor is essential, video games are essential, my dog looking her best is essential, but looking our best is a luxury, i guess. Its ok, the employees at this particular location were not helpful, and did not have knowledge of products, and were neglectful, unlike any Ulta Ive been to. By the way, every product you can get at Ulta, you can also get from Amazon, and its always cheaper! Never again will I visit this location, if they ever decide to open for business, that is. Such low standards!

This review is specifically for the salon. Myriah, the lady who cut my hair, was a doll. She listened to me, took the time to really discuss with me what I wanted, and then gave me a great cut. The other stylists seem to be equally customer oriented. I watched two other stylists consult with each other with a customer, trying to solve the issue of her damaged hair (not damaged at Ulta). It was refreshing to see everyone there taking their time.

Horrible. Just buy your make and go on don’t have services done there . Period.

Pretty good business for this town, they were VERY helpful and complimentary. I dont know why Ulta here had a one star review.
