I have been buying from Richards building supply since before they moved to their new location at the old Big R. I have been buying a lot more on a regular basis the past couple years now. All of the guys there from inside sales to the warehouse are all awesome. They have never once had me unsatisfied with their services. Whether its calling for information on products, putting an order in, fulfilling the order, to delivering the orders to my job sites! I have been so happy with their business, when I get sales calls from other suppliers I dont even think about switching. Even if they offer a titlel better price. They treat everyone, even the little guys, the same as the big guys!Theyre doing so good they are expanding to new locations throughout the Midwest.

My first experience with this company was going in to look for roofing for my house. When I asked how much a certain product cost the manager... yes the manager said I would be better off going with a cheaper product. Yes I am a young man but that doesnt mean I couldnt afford it.Months later I was dumb enough to go back and try to get a quote for my house with a high end product. The manager is the rudest person Ive ever met. Hes short when you talk to him and the tone is just straight out rude! Ive been trying to get this quote and its been weeks of waiting even when they said it would only take 24 hrs. Then again it might be cause Im a young guy trying to give them business? But all I know is that Ill never give them business for any of my projects.
