Took less than an hour with my appointment. didnt try to tell me a bunch of stuff was wrong. was very friendly and helpful. the rate for the part and the labor wasn’t half of what other places have charged.

I was in Indianapolis a few weeks ago for a baseball tournament. One of our games was at Champions park in Kokomo. I was having some battery trouble before I left for the game. I stopped into Midas to see if they could take a look but I mentioned to them my son was playing a baseball game. I was worried the repair would take to long for me to take my son back to Indianapolis for his next game. The great team at Midas took my car in right away and diagnosed it was a bad battery. They replaced the battery right away and I was back at my sons game before it started. I would highly recommend Kokomo Midas for any car repair.

Great place to take your car! Was very pleased with the experience, and Jerry was very thorough with explaining all that was done and might need to be done in the future.

Came in for a quick tire rotation on our Ford and was in and out, they had complimentary coffee which we helped ourselves to 😁

Couldnt diagnose why my check engine light was on. A few weeks later I went to mousers on north washington and they told me it was my ac compressor. They got it fixed in less than four hours and now theres no issues

They did not do the work to my truck like they said they did I told them to make sure the truck was highway worthy as I was pulling a 32ft camper fully loaded 1200mi they said I was good to go drove for about 2hrs had to pull over at another shop and they informed me that the truck was not safe to be on the road the whole front end had to get rebuilt

A great place to go...if u want to get screwed on price. Even as a single woman, I know that $600+ is way too much for rear pads & rotors, and machining my front rotors! But since my rear brake pad is now broken, I have to pay over $200 to replace the rear pads!

Terrible just Terrible they lifted my car for an oil change. Thats all I wanted. Ture rotation was free. They come back 5 minutes later and tell me they refuse to work on my vehicle bc it had some rust. Whats the rust UNDER my vehicle have to do with yall doing the oil change like I paid for 😒

Asked for estimate for exhaust leak. They quoted $1,170. I asked for options other than replacing major parts as they quoted. They provided no alternatives. I went to a nearby shop and saved $990. Fas-Lube Under Car will be my go-to place from here on out.

Just came in to find out whats going on with my can and man for a $20 brak inspection they go above and beyond looked over everything and gave you a full list of what is going on and what it cost to fix great service will be going back

I came in for a tire with a slow leak. They were going to charge me $40 to patch it, but then they tried to claim that they coulnt patch my tire because it had already been patched once before, and tried to upsell me on a new tire. My spidey sense kicked in and I told them no, aired it up, and limped it back to my local shop, where they patched it for free.

I called to see if they would install tires on my car that I had purchased elsewhere. And John the manager I spoke to on the phone was very rude and stated that he would not be able to do the tires unless I could prove they were new tires.

Very professional group in Kokomo! Great manager; he is a great guy and has been managing a midas shop for around 30 years! Hell bend over backwards to treat you right. Prices are competitive but they always have great coupon offers for regular services. Ive been taking my vehicles here for the last 18 years. They do great a great job and stand behind their work as well.

Quality work, never have to worry about workmanship. Friendly and fast customer service. Lifetime warranty on brake pads. And they never try to up sale. They tell you what you need and you decide what work is done. Finally, they represent their Veterans with a discount. Only place i will be taking my vehicles.

Always great service. More than once checked my car & didnt charge me a dime. Highly recommend. Jerry goes above and beyond to help. Suggests things that need to be watched. Midas is the only shop in town I trust with my cars.

I was a little upset about the price at first but it was well worth it. I know my car was fixed right. These guys went through my whole brake system and made everything like new. Im happy.

Good place for a variety of car repairs. Prices were competitive with other shops. Not the fastest oil changes, but quick. Watch for oil change coupons in the papers to save some money.

I had a concert to go to in Indy. They were by far the fastest to get two tires replaced.Great guys and great prices. If you need to get something done call Midas first.

Not very good. They took forever to change oil. Then took forever for brake inspection. Front brake shoes were put on and they never did a drive test. On the way home right front brake begin smoking. They never checked the caliper to see if it was working. It was stuck. I called never got a straight answer. Took it to another mechanic to fix it.

Decent place but from prior experiences seems like they suggest additional items that need attention now that have a longer shelf life.

Paid 275.00 for a repair that do not solve my problem. Took my 2014 xts back for re-evalution. Midas did not know the cause of the rough ride. The TOLD me to go the cadillac dealership. Midas would not refund my money.

Quick Service But Expensive & Thorough !

After having an appointment with another automotive place on Friday, and not getting appropriate service from there, I called Midas. I told them what they said was wrong and Paul from Midas said they could take care of me the next day (we were leaving town Monday) . When they examined my car, they said 2 of the 4 items did not need repaired! Saved me approximately $400. Will continue to take my car to Midas for service. Thank you!

Midas Kokomo did a great job on my car. I had major issues that needed addressing. As someone not very familiar with cars in general, they took the time to take me out to actually look at my car to show me the issues, what needed fixed, explained every fee/cost in detail, with different options. I appreciated their patience and support! I would definitely recommend their team.
