Marc did a great job with my nose piercing and was very knowledgeable. My mom and I went to get our noses pierced together and we honestly had a blast. We are both curious people and kept asking questions which Marc was very capable of answering. The piercing looks good and I love it!

Check-in was quick and easy and I had little-to-no wait for my appointment.I had my nipples pierced by Matt and I was walked through the entire process as well as aftercare. I expressed that I had a metal sensitivity and was provided with jewelry to accommodate that.I absolutely recommend Pinpoint Piercing looking for quality piercings for a reasonable price.

Really love the way the piercing looks. Marc did a great job on the actual piercing itself and keeping me calm while it happened. Although we weren’t able to get anything for aftercare there, he was really helpful and let us know where we could get some. Will definitely come back here if I decide to get another piercing.

My son recently got a tattoo and was supposed to come back in a week to do touch ups on it and the artist made his appointment on the day they were moving so therefore he couldnt get it done so then he made another appointment for today and calls him less than 10 minutes before his appointment to say he wasnt able to get him in today and he gave him the number of the other tattoo artist and it ended up being the owner Matt and he was rude so i called the actual shop itself and tried explaining it and he kept interrupting me and said we are not to call the shop or his personal phone (which apparently was the number the guy gave us in the first place) and i am very unhappy with them and will not be doing anymore business with that business which is disappointing because we really liked Trey and were planning on having him do alot of work on us but we will absolutely not be giving them anymore of our business!

The customer service was nice however the one star is for the quality of work. They pierced my smiley crooked. Once it was reprieved correctly it was no longer crooked. So I spent more than I should have for this piercing. I knew something was off!!!!!

First, the staff was incredibly accommodating- very friendly on the phone and eager to serve a potential customer. The location is extremely easy to get to, and upon arrival the shop was very clean, organized and well displayed. The industrial piercing my daughter got was done in a matter of seconds, all while her piercer explained everything he was doing step by step. He was very kind and reassuring- extremely professional. 10/10 would recommend!

Tranell did my first tattoo and he was great. Helped with the design when I told him about what I wanted. He nailed it and made sure I was doing okay the whole time. Also the building was very clean and I saw him sanitize everything after he was done with the previous client. I will definitely being going back in the future.
