Arrived here to get some slip on shoes to wear outside. The store was hot, also employees were cleaning up the floors without any approaching to ask if I needed any help. Shoes on display didnt look very well made, some had glue showing just not the best quality. Went to check out and just a normal, you find everything ok, which I could of appreciated more attention than I received. From now on.... I will be going somewhere eles that has better quality, and employees that act happy to see you shopping in their stores.

They have a lot of great shoes. The prices are about the same as everyone elses. The problem was I couldnt find anyone willing to help me.

Went to Marions and Kokomo shoe carnival. Marion was very helpful and friendly but Kokomo not so much.

They have shoes I like having shoes sometimes when I need shoes and they have shoes they sell shoes which is good if youre in the market to buy some shoes this place has said shoes

The bearded man has been good to Kokomo. Always making sure customers get the best deal in town. Hopefully his female co-workers are inspired by his legacy.

Bought shoes, everything very easy to find, sales people were very nice

I simply asked for assistance. I needed to have a child measured for a correct fit. I was shocked the employee barely got the instrument on. Mumbled a size and walked away VERY QUICKLY! With no further assistance! Needless to say I didnt buy shoes there.

As a former shopper and employee, i loved this store,good people work there too bad they lose hours when customers do not want to sign up for shoe perks.When you are aked for your number to bring up your shoe perks it is not the cashier trying to be pushy, yet it is...if they do not meet a quota on new sign ups they get their hours cut!Because of this, i walked out.I also called and had my info removed from their perks system.i give this place 3 stars because all but 2 managers are bearable,the store is clean and yes you can even get good deals!I will not give 5 stars because i think basing someones ability of being a cashier,with signing up new perks members is the most ridiculous thing i have ever heard.

Store was nice and organized, but when I asked about the 1/2 off discount, she said they dont do that very often. Thats why I went there to begin with, yet someone else here mentioned getting the discount.Next time Ill go to kohls and get $20 back in kohls cash.

Went in to get the husband some new work shoes. He always waits till theyre barely hanging on. Got some good deals, walked out with 3 pairs. We were in there probably an hour and we didnt feel like the associates were hovering or pushy. Ended up getting a pair of shoes an associate recommended for a great price. My husband said it didnt feel like he had shoes on! Place was clean and well organized. I would shop there again.

My husband and I had no problem finding good deals on quality shoes. Usually there is some sale, like BOGO, going on, and returns have yet to be a hassle when product, receipt, and payment method are presented. We primarily purchase Nike and Chucks there. I still like what Makalu ladies shoes produces, and they also carry Levis, Sketchers, and other name brand sneakers, as well as work boots, hiking shoes, winter and dress and casual boots, dress shoes, casual shoes, house slippers, socks, stockings, shoe laces, shoe cleaning and waterproofing supplies, and hats, scarves and gloves during the fall and winter seasons. 8/5 Came in Sunday about an hour before closing. Super busy since schools starting. I didnt catch his name... wish i did, but there was one particular young man who was amazing. Took care of our family measuring our 3 kids and helping us by recommending different shoes in our price range. He took care of us all while helping SEVERAL other families. It was packed and he appeared to be the only employee on the floor. This gentleman did an excellent job!

Had exactly what I was searching for, thought I would have to go down to Indy. But alas they had Sketchers and good price purchasing two pairs.

Clean. They do Social distancing very well. A attendant sized my sons feet.We found what we needed in a matter of minutes we paid and out the door.
