Both gentlemen, Ronnie and Scott, were very courteous and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. The instillation took about 30 minutes.I am so happy I chose this company. The water is the best water I have ever drank. Its wonderful to no longer buy bottles of water and be able to get it from my kitchen sink.The only sad thing is....I should have done this years ago.

Ronnie was easy to talk to, tested our water, and recommended softeners without pushing products. After deciding, the contract was signed and softener was installed the same day. Scotts installation was quick and clean. We are very pleased with the experience.

Shared by a happy customer...One word. Water. I can’t even drink bottled water anymore because they all have a funky taste. I live in a large home with a well that is prone to high levels of metals and who knows what else. It has always been rusty and egg like. I’ve had regular softeners before with some slight enhancements but after getting a customized Culligan system, I am blown away. I didn’t think that anything could actually filter my whole house water system at the residential provider level. I was wrong. The softener and the sulfur clear tank (I think that’s what they call it) along with the RO unit have turned my water into the best tasting, best feeling, pure and clean water I could ever imagine. The proof is in the pudding. I have tested it after install multiple times at astounding results. I even replaced my toilets and over a year later they are clean as a whistle. My old ones would water stain from rust really fast. In conclusion it is worth every dollar. The subscription program is also awesome. You want to make sure you protect you investment and service on said investment and the monthly vip program is reasonable and exactly what it should be. Cleaning, service, filters, house calls, salt and more are all available to you at no charge when enrolled. I love my Culligan system. The people are great and the products are the flagships of the industry.

I have been using Culligan services since 2017. My delivery driver is so trust worthy that I allow him to have access to my house even when I am not home. The office personal have always been very friendly and helpful when I called and so patient with this old lady.

Have a system that isnt going through salt as quick as they thought. Had a service guy come out and was told they would hold delivery for six months. Two weeks later a guy delivers salt. Lady at office couldnt wait to get me off the phone after I called to make sure I wasnt being charged. Not worth the hassle or expense

Everything. When my hot cold cooler would no longer let water flow, due to a bad filter, they exchanged it without question and also made good on the water bottles used up trying to make cooler work. They were great!

Life is 10% of what happens and 90% of how you react to it. A Culligan tech came out to sanitize and pressurize my 5 gallon RO tank. After he did it, my RO started leaking. I was concerned because we need our drinking water! The manager, Eric, heard our concerns and drove to our home THAT DAY to insure we would have drinking water. A few days later, he sent a technician and replaced the lines. He heard us, responded charitably and fixed the problem. Unexpected things often happen with old models, but how we listen and respond to those concerns demonstrates the character of our business and the employees that make up that business.
