My daughters insurance lapsed and we had to wait to fill prescriptions. Pharmacist was very nice held her prescriptions until insurance was reinstated. When insurance was reinstated, he filled prescriptions right away. We only waited 10 minutes.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERCalled and was transferred to the electronics section 8 times. Every single time nobody would answer. Finally asked to be transferred to a manager. Was on hold for 10 minutes. So I hung up, called again. I asked the lady if there was anyone to do an inventory check on a product for me (a product that is over $500 DOLLARS ) SINCE ELECTRONICS wouldnt answer the phone. I asked if there was anyone who could check to see if they had an item in stock. She told me they couldnt do inventory checks over the phone. Which is a complete lie. She told me they were TOOO busy to answer the phone. Do not recommend this Walmart for your BIG PURCHASES. Go elsewhere.

Very horrible customer service. Asked for help and the lady just painted and said go over there and u might find what ur looking for... employees complaining about managers not helping and other employees not finishing their jobs and not getting into trouble Walmart is going down hill

Extremely frustrated with the Pharmacy at Kokomo Walmart. I called in an Insulin prescription refill on a Tuesday and was told that it would be worked on and they would text me when it was ready. I didnt hear anything on the following Wednesday. I called all day Thursday and was unable to reach any staff. I called again Friday and finally was able to speak to someone and they informed me that they were three hours behind and they would get to it when they could. I told them that I had called Tuesday to get my prescription refilled which I was now out of and they replied with yeah well well get to it when we can. This was for insulin! Not vitamins or something unimportant! They couldnt even give me an estimated time of when it would be ready. Here it is, a week later and it is still not refilled. Very unprofessional. I ended up going to a different pharmacy and had to pay four times as much for the prescription but I had no choice. I wont ever go there again.

Awful customer service and stupid polices.
