Is this how fed ex drivers park? SPEEDING up & down my road with music SCREAMING from the truck!

Found it fascinating that they dont take cash anymore! I must be getting really old

The most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with. The ladies in the office have no problem arguing and cussing at each other within ear shot of customers. The tall blonde will tell you her life story along with how her husband is trying to poison her while people wait outside. As an non uniformed women with tattoos stands by to converse with customers offering no help. How do they even have jobs... After being a regular weekly customer Ive finally had enough and will be taking my shipping need down the street.

I have been living at this address for 3 1/2 years, not one time have they delivered a package to my address. Always to my neighbors house. I am standing out here and waiting for them today. It makes no sense to me that UPS & USPS CAN FIND MY HOUSE.This company is horrtible.

Just wanted to say great parking

I understand only having 1person at a time in the store during covid, but the lobby is very small and this being the only location to ship fedex with a tracking number is ridiculous! There were 5 cars waiting in the lot which only has 3 parking spaces. This is not set up well to take care of customers.

Had a a package that needed a direct signature and the driver couldnt do the bare minimum and come knock on my apartment door for a signature. just says contact wasnt made and will redeliver tomorrow. i work and cant keep guessing when the driver is going to show up so i can wait at the mailbox to sign it. the most frustrating and lazy delivery service ive had to deal with

Easy in and out at lunch break. One person a time in the small lobby but that wasnt a big deal. And I like employees that are smiling.

Horrible horrible service... they never can find our address which has been there for 20 years and to get them to pick up and explain how to get there is even worse !! Ups and the United States post office always deliver with no issues ..Then you call and get people that hardly speak English .. now if u go to the Kokomo store always super nice and friendly however people work and can’t always make it there so no local number to call either ... UPS IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO IF YOU WANT YOUR ITEMS IN A TIMELY MANNER !

I am confused on why they cant print out their own labels at all and ship from the store. This is causing our customers to get irritated with us because we do not print off FEDEX labels unless they are premade. Get a new system as to where you can print off your own labels for customers!!

The only FedEx pack and ship center is a hike out of town. I arrived shortly before close on a Saturday, trying to ship a large item with a prepaid return label on my phone(in email). I had no means to print the label at home so that is why I made the trip to the pack and ship station - ignorantly assuming that they could at least help me print the label. I was told that all the systems were frozen and that I needed to drive myself back into town, to staples, to print the label myself before returning. I asked if I could leave the item and when their systems were unfrozen on Monday an associate could print and ship my item. I was told that was not an option and the employee stated that she doesnt even work Monday.If it were not for the fact that the return label was prepaid through Fedex, I would use UPS 100% of the time. I could drop off a pillowcase full of water at UPS and theyll figure out how to pack and ship it with minuscule involvement on my part. I will not be returning to this FedEx (or any if I can help it) as a customer. I would give zero stars if possible.

Not worth the trouble.

My husband left on a hunting trip for 10 days and forgot all his meds. I went to Fed-X about 7 PM. On Friday night, and they delivered his meds out of State by 11:00 AM. Thank you

Was suppose to receive my sons thickener for his food and drinks and it was suppose to come in 11/12/19 then 11/13/19 and I have been home since 1:35pm when they could have delivered it. Now theyve changes it to tomorrow that it will be delivered and Im not happy when it starts suppose to be a 1 day transit not 3! Im going to see about using a different company for shipping things.

My problem is with the tracking department. I havent been receiving all of the texts that i thought i would be receiving, & just like 3/12/20, it shows my package being delivered to final shipping store, but it never shows the departure from that store, headed to its final destination. If you would show that final departure, that would give me an idea of what time i need to be at the final destination to receive my package. It really would be helpful to see that final departure from FedEx. And now today, 3/17/20, im sitting down here at my church waiting for my package which originally was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but then changed to the 18th, but then at 3:30 this morning i discovered that that the delivery date changed again to today!

I received a text saying,,, my package would be delivered by 10:30am. My husband also had a package that was supposed to be delivered the same day but they texted him by 8:00pm. I opened my door at 8:00am and waited. I decided to close the door because it was 12pm/cold and nothing. They showed up at 12:46pm Stuck a note that they attempted to deliver and no one was home,,, I only moved from the front room to the kitchen witch is still where I can see and hear the door. I immediately called them because it had only been 20 minutes since they left. Customer service said they would attempt to bring it back between one and five. Then someone called me from the Kokomo IN office stating that she attempted to call the driver which was a new driver on this route and the lady was late because of the weather and stated to me as soon as she pulled over because she cannot answer the phone,,,, she would call her back and therefore she would call me back and let me know if she’s going to be come back or not she would at least call me before she left the office which will be before 7:30 I still yet have not received my package this is the next day 2/7/20 and it’s after 1pm I have still have not received a call about my package this was a package that was due and paid for a important event. I waited downstairs till 7:30 they closing time to make sure I would here them if they came. The lady that called me back from the Kokomo office is very Unprofessional calling me honey the entire time she was talking to me about how the weather is and why they were late and I’m trying to tell her that FedEx is the one that made arrangements not me to be here at a certain time. Because I was told that since I didn’t get it last night when I called them before they closed. customer service Told me that it would be here by 10:30 today I went out and got my 77-year-old father to come over to my house and wait for them while I go out and run my errands. I definitely paid for inconvenienced service.

I ordered a crib, a crib mattress, and a changing table all 3 said they were delivered at the same time on the same day. I had been home ALL day and we have 2 dogs who bark when someone comes up to the house and no one had been here. I call FedEx to figure out where my stuff is and they tell me to check the mailbox.... ITS A CRIB, A MATTRESS, AND A TABLE IT IS NOT GOING TO FIT IN THE MAILBOX. I check it anyways for a sorry we missed you slip and nothing is there. They check their delivery records and tell me it was left on the front porch and I repetitively tell them it is not there it has never been there. They basically tell me I am SOL and that they will talk to their driver to see if they know anything but odds are it was just delivered to the wrong place. So what are they going to do? Nothing. $550+ dollars worth of stuff for our new baby and its just gone with a welp sorry.

We bought a new backpack and shower head and it was supposed to be delivered to Walmart for us to pick up. It was supposed to be at Walmart yesterday 1/4/19. Come to find out the delivery man from fedex claims that he tried to deliver it to Walmart and no one was there. This is a 24 hour store where someone is always there. He probably forgot to drop it off and instead of going back to take it he decided to just lie and say he tried to deliver it and claim no one was there. So now my son has to wait for his backpack because of fedex incompetence . And Bev from customer service kept trying to say she checking Walgreens when I kept saying it’s supposed to go to Walmart. This is whyshipping cost so much because they can’t get to to the places on a timely manner

Inconvenient. They cant even scan an e copy of a shipping label. I had to leave to go to another business to pay to have the panel printed, then make a return trip.

Driver didnt leave my no signature package then advised i come to location after 7, but failed to mention it closed at 730.

AVOID HAVING YOUR PACKAGES DELIVERED BY THIS FEDEX! This is the second time in a row that FedEx has failed to deliver my package. I put specific directions to deliver to the Private Residence on the property and they always try to deliver to the church instead. This time I don’t even think they tried to deliver to the church cause there is no door tag and I literally sat and waited by the window nearly the whole day waiting and saw a truck drive right by but never saw him pull in. This package was supposed to be delivered yesterday and it was a day late already - now I have to wait until tomorrow because THE DRIVER DIDNT EVEN READ THE ENTIRE ADDRESS! Very frustrating. The customer service agent I called was very pleasant over the phone but THE DRIVERS ARE 0-2 FROM THIS FED-EX! I asked the customer service rep if we could stop this from happening again in the future and because I have not lived at this address a year they cannot put a special note in their system. 🤨😒😠 My AMAZON package however was delivered perfectly today and right on time! So you know IT WAS THE FED-EX DRIVER’S FAULT THAT FED-EX CANNOT DELIVER PROPERLY! Hire better drivers, please!

Constant incompetence. Their inability to deliver a package on time or to the right place is unrivaled. Most disappointing service I’ve ever had by FedEx or any other delivery service.

Worst fedex shipping office imaginable! Asked the lady at the front desk to print a label out for a package if it was possible and got a response of “that’s not my job!” In return?!?!?!?... great job fedex! Way to set the standard for customer service! Will avoid your company at every option from now on.

Delivered our package to another business close to us, knowing it was supposed to be delivered to us. They left a note on our door because we were closed (they tried delivering on a Saturday for some reason). The note said Your package is at XYZ Company. Why would they knowingly, purposely deliver a package to a different business? We then had to contact that business and make arrangements to come get our package. Luckily they had it! But it was a filing cabinet that we then had to carry across an entire business complex.

Could you please train your employees on how to handle your customers packages. This is multiple packages you all have delivered that has been tore up and this time my item inside has been broken. I dont have the time to send it back and wait for another one to arrive do I have to fix it myself and deal with it. Very disappointed in your service.

The driver cant seem to never find the correct house on a dead end road with 2 house on it. Every time we get something shipped through FedEx, they always deliver to the wrong house.

Tried shipping a large item using an international corporate account and they refused to take the item because they made the excuse it was too large to ship. If I can carry it, its not too large to ship.

Been waiting for a package to be delivered from 40 minutes away for nearly a week now. They keep saying nobody here to sign for it even the we were all here all day Saturday and most have been here all day Tuesday as well waiting so we dont miss it. Have no idea where they have been taking my package

Package was supposed to be delivered Friday 12/28. Called them and they told me the business was closed and that they wouldn’t be able to deliver it until Monday 12/31. But I shipped it to my dads house and not a business. I don’t think they tried delivering it at all because someone has been there everyday.
