The staff at the UPS store Kuna helped me plan my marketing materials and brought them to life. They made the process smooth and easy. I highly recommend this store for all of your print needs.

I walked in and was instantly approached by a friendly gent named Mark. He asked what I needed, within seconds my UBS was plugged in and my documents were printed off. When it came to the less than $2 payment, he told me not to not worry about it, just come back when you need us... I still went to my truck and brought back in change to show my appreciation. I highly recommend this store when you need to print off any documents, Mark will provide you with superior service!

I love using this UPS store because everyone is so helpful and friendly. I’ve shipped & faxed from here a few times. Tonight I thought I was losing my mind trying to do an amazon return and I couldn’t find my phone anywhere! Danya was kind enough to help me attempt to log on to amazon on their computer. Danya then called my phone number and low & behold, my darn phone was wedged inside the depths of the console in my car. Thank you Danya for being so kind & helpful. Thank you to everyone at this store for being open to serve our community. I appreciate the service with a smile!

Brought in return item to Amazon in a sealed box with return label attached. This store chose to consolidate this and it has not yet been shipped. This was a timed shipment with a penalty for late delivery. They tell me I need to request my future shipments not be consolilidated. This has never happened at other UPS stores. They acted like they could care less. I will not be returning to this site.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, I submitted a print order and they were quick and efficient. Location was easy to get in and out of. Id recommend this store for others to ship, print or any needs they accommodate.

I seriously cannot say enough nice things about Lisa. She went above and beyond when I had to ship something urgently to a panicked soon-to-be bride a state away. While she was assisting me, I also watched how she was so kind and attentive to everybody that walked through the door. Really phenomenal customer service! Please give her kudos! :D

Mark and staff are endlessly friendly and helpful! Every printing job Ive sent them, no matter how big or small, has been completed perfectly and super quickly. They are quick and friendly to communicate any questions or clarifications with my printing requests. Ive used notary services and shipping services from this location also, and again, nothing but extremely quick, friendly service! Highly recommend!

This stores employees continually provide outstanding service. I have a mailbox at their location and visit frequently. The store is well taken care of, their prices are fair and the employees are knowledgeable. They even called me when an item arrived they knew I was expecting. Great store and service!

Mark and staff are always friendly and kind. They are extra helpful when you have print jobs. They are computer whizzes! Ive had them print Christmas cards, birthday invitations and special documents- they can even print large scale items. You can print on glossy or cardstock, color or grayscale. Their color printer is very high quality. They also can spiral bind any books or documents.Mark is a smiley and happy person who makes a special effort to get to know his customers by name. Its also a great little spot to purchase stamps! These guys make shipping simple and a fast positive experience. I have used a variety of services provided here and have always been very happy. I am especially impressed with the personal touch of old school customer service provided by Mark and all staff. It is obvious that they believe in developing business relationships, not just providing services.

The staff always seem extremely irritated if you bring in pre labeled packages. In fact, one gal actually sighed when we stated the package was already labeled. I guess if they cant make money off of you, they dont want you walking through the door. This is not a one time event. Ive waited months before leaving this review...

Ridiculously unhelpful. Tried to mail a package, but had no label. The lady behind the counter became annoyed with me for not having a label prepared - which is why I came to the UPS store. She was incredibly rude to others in the store too.
