Ive been coming to Reyes for over 5 years now and have only had very positive experiences. From small repairs to much larger ones. Their pricing is fair. Quality of work is great. Their customer service is spectacular. The one time I had a small issue, they immediately resolved it.Personally calling out Daniel. Hes informative and great to deal with.Reyes will continue to be my mechanic of choice in Kyle.

I went in and asked for an inspection the lady told me there was two cars in front of me and I waited in my vehicle because it was too crowded inside and it was hot outside she did the two cars that were in front of me then she did about five other cars behind me and she never came back to me not very professional very bad service.

Absolutely dont recommend Reyes to anybody.I have had 2 cars worked on and i was never happy.After letting Jasiel know the issues that needed to be adjusted he said you get what you paid for even though I never asked for cheap labor.They have very unexperienced painters they caused damage to parts of my car that werent damaged when taking it apart to paint once painted they assembled it incorrectly also drips and orange peel everywhere!over all very poor customer service and quality is the absolute worst they dont care about your vehicles or customers.I have pictures but dont know how to add them.I advice everyone to go elsewhere you will not be happy!

They damaged my Ford Fusion so bad, it was never the same. I have to trade it and they never took responsibility. Do not go here for any mechanical repairs. It was some years back, so I needed to warn others, that going for the cheaper prices like I did can cost more at the end.

Before I ever went to this place they told me it had bad service and that they were not professional. I don’t recommend this place at all because y’all are only going to waste y’all’s money and trust me IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!!.

He charged me 300$ to replace a water pump then it malfunction again within 5 months then I got another mechanic to fix it for half the price and to find out he didn’t even use a brand new part (water pump)

Glad we have this auto shop in Kyle. If you need auto advice, body work, inspection, repairs, etc., look no further. They have gotten us out of a bind several times, quickly, and for a great price! (you cant find service like this at the chains like Firestone or Christian Bros). Highly recommend!

Hands down the most reliable, reasonably priced, respectful and honest auto place in the austin area. Being a female I’m always worried about being ripped off but they always answered every question and explained things to me so I knew exactly the work they were doing. If anything came up they would call before fixing something I didn’t okay to fix. I’ve taken my car there 4 or 5 times and walk away happy every time! They are the best!!!

My daughter bought a car there about 5 years ago. It runs great, even though its an older car. I now use it. I love the car. They are a great business.

On Dec 14, my son brought my husbands pickup to Reyes for a state inspection. The inspector told him there were some lights out that needed to be replaced. My son was surprised, and explained that the truck has basically been sitting since early September when my husband was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer, and told him that my husband was in the hospital where hed been since Nov 21. He explained that hes been occasionally driving the truck for my husband, just to keep it running. When the inspector learned our situation, he offered to replace the lights. My son thanked him and asked how much we owe for the bulbs. The inspector refused, and said under the circumstances, he wanted to cover it for us. To be honest, in our current situation, every little bit helps. The least I can do to repay that kindness is to leave a positive review....Thank you, sir, from the bottom of my heart!My husband is not be able to drive it right now, but hopefully the day will come again when he can, and he will bring his truck to Reyes for the next inspection.

Terrible place..They don’t know what they are doing and the owner has a very bad attitude and a ton of voice which is extremely unacceptable when it comes to doing business..I stopped by this place to have my car checked but to start with I was misinformed when I called a day prior to get info..if they can’t give a simple info right; I sure don’t trust having them do work on my car...Don’t waste your time on this place; go somewhere else...I specifically called yesterday and asked if there is a fee and the assistant clearly said there is no fee and when I stopped by there today the owner tried to charge me 90 dollars...I DONT DO BUSINESS WITH SCAMMERS...

Sold my son a car with metal to metal brakesFront and Rear...when we bought the car we were told it was inspected by their mechanic and the car was all good, no need to check they said.....rightttttttAlso had to replace the tune up and intake manifold within two weeks after buying itIts not like we good a great deal either

Come here if you want to pay $295 for a battery change and then get talked to like your the crazy one for wanting an itemized receipt.... (still got no itemized receipt)not to mention these people left the car dirty inside and out. My car windows were left opened and bugs and debris from the trees were everywhere.OH and need I mention if you are FEMALE be prepared to be talked to like an idiot who doesnt understand right from left.So if your looking for a mom and pop repair shop to get HONEST PRICING avoid this place at all cost.4 customers lost but it doesnt matter bc theyll just make the money up by ripping off anyone that needs a simple service done.

My car was sent here to have roof rails installed. I couldnt get someone on the phone to tell me when it would be ready. Instead I get stuttering and bs about how long they thought that they had to do it and bs. I got my BRAND NEW car back and it was a disaster. They had punched dents into the roof, sanded pain and not reapplied finish, and warped my roof to the point there were gaps between the rail and the roof. It got sent back and they used touch up paint to fix the cracks in the paint and parts of my interior were either not connected correctly or damaged. Poor, careless service. I took it to a Ford Body shop and the initial damage estimate was $1600.

Great place that gets you in and out for a State inspection. They are very polite attentive to taking care of the customer. I would recommend anyone to them also the last bad review was from the shop when you first come in not to friendly.

I bough a car from Mr. J Reyes and the experience was the WORST EVER!He intentionally cleaned the engine compartment to cover up the four different leaks. I specifically asked him about leaks and he said (Verbatim) NO this car has absolutely no leaks, look under the hood!. To take matters further, I asked him not to start the car until I got there so I could do a cold start. When I get there the car is running and he said it was because he had to move it. Come to find out the car needed to be jumped because the battery was dead... Not a huge problem, so I tasked Mr. Reyes replace the battery before I came back the next week to purchase. He said certainly. So I call him the next week before heading out to purchase and he said he had no time to replace the battery. So I bought a brand new battery and installed it before leaving his property and he took the old one. I said NO PLEASE, I need that, it comes with the car right? I just bought this New Battery and I need to return it to get my core fee. He insisted otherwise. So fast forward three weeks later I got an oil change and the tech says that I have four major leaks and there was a Hammer lodged in the engine compartment. He gave me an estimate of $2200 to repair all the leaks ( I paid $1800 for the car). I immediately called J Reyes and he said No warranty AS IS! I said what about all the leaks that you covered up and assured me were not there. NO WARRANTY AS IS!! I drove to work the next day and the transmission gave out. I called Mr J Reyes and he was very short ( HE said I am not a mechanic) I asked for help in troubleshooting my problem, so I got the car back to his shop. He had it for 9 days and had no advice for me. Keep in mind, I have a rental car while he is supposedly looking for a transmission or some means of getting me rolling again. I tried more than forty times to call/ text him and he would not answer/reply unless I tried from a different number. When I finally got him to from my work phone he cursed me out and said I should not call him back to back.... Meanwhile he has MY CAR and will not accept my communication attempts.There is too much to include in one review but I managed not to go to jail and chalk up my manhood and my loss!I also met two others one lady and one gentleman who have had similar experiences with Mr. J Reyes.I WARN YOU!! STAY AWAY!!They might be good for a minor inspection, but I would protest in front of both the Old and New Facilities daily if I did not live 45 miles away!Stay AWAY! They cant be trusted at all!!No matter how nice he is before getting your money, He will cross you, lie to you, not answer your calls, curse at you similar to a couple of other review stories.Dont give them anything and encourage anyone/ everyone to stay away!I only rated a 1 Star because zero is not an option!

Went to work for this guy briefly. Incredibly crooked, had a staff of meth addicts and thieves, had NO working knowledge of automotive repair or running a business, and couldnt pay for the work once it was completed. Stay away from this place.

Thanks for the quick svc on inspecting my car and the friendly svc. My advise to you is to move your sign to the right so people wont confused you with the the automotive facility. Buy a new up graded sign with the arrow pointing toward your business=). Sad that ppl can not read but can give criticism to the wrong business! Again thanks for the great svc!
