We called as soon as they opened and they were quick to help. Being from out of town and passing through, this was a huge plus. They gave us a bit of a priority so we could be on our way. Once we were towed there they got the part in less than an hour for our 1989 Chevy RV. They were honest, quick and very nice. If we breakdown again, we hope it is close to them.

Oh my goodness, Integrity Automotive!! I have so much (good!) to say about this godsend of a place! We had to have a transmission replaced 3 hours into our 2,000 mile drive home. Thankfully we broke down near La Grande and Integrity Automotive was recommended to us. I mean… for real, there absolutely couldn’t have been a more perfect place to have the necessary repairs done. When I say necessary repairs, I’m talking MAJOR mechanical work done…. an ENTIRE transmission had to be replaced. Everyone was amazing! Simply, perfectly amazing! I mostly talked to Tara (who was an AWESOME individual that had it all together!) The “behind the scenes” people that I (unfortunately) didn’t get the opportunity to meet, worked so incredibly hard to get my vehicle back to running perfection! They put in extra time and effort to get us back on our journey! I made it home and my truck ran like it was brand new…. actually BETTER than brand new. And let me just say, there were A LOT of hills that could put a real strain on a transmission in those 2,000 miles I had to drive. If I lived in the La Grande area, this would be where I would take every car I own!The TL;DR version… AMAZING place with great, honest and hard working people! Look no further! GO HERE!!!

Went in for an oil change which was done. They sent out a bogus text of the things they checked with the oil change. They made it look good checking all the boxes but they did not physically inspect what they checked off. What caught my attention first was the mark on heater worked, it hasn’t worked for a year! Then it was down hill from there when i started double checking things. I would prefer they would say they didn’t check things so i would know it needed checked! If my wife was traveling for work and they said things where checked and they weren’t, who knows where she could of broke down! I WANT TO TRUST MY MECHANIC!

Nice staff that communicated with me every step of the way. Ive had them do work for me several times and have always been happy with the price and quality of service.

Yesterday when we where climbing the blue mountains our van died. We got it started again and going. This morning we stopped in at this shop. They were great. Talked to us about the issue. Gave us great advise and we are on the road again. I would highly recomend them to anybody that needs work done on there rigs in the area.Thank you Integrity Auto!!!

Very knowledgeable, they took the time to figure out exactly what my car needed. Drives much better now! Loved the detailed inspection report that was sent to me also. Will be my first stop for mechanical issues in the future.

I have a disability that is difficult to accommodate. The whole crew at Integrity Auto not only met my accommodation needs, they exceeded them, and were so considerate and kind to boot! They efficiently and expertly took car of my cars issue, while working within my accommodations! I dont get that very often. These are terrific people!!!

We were traveling through when my car started acting up. They got us right in and get us back on the road with in a hour. They were super friendly and watched over our hamsters and bird while they fixed the car. I cant thank them enough.

The employees are beyond kind and so supportive. My friend and I were in a rough bind and the wonderful staff at integrity auto was patience and helpful and went above and beyond average to help us out including giving us their personal cell phone number in case we needed anything and dropping us off at our needed destination. Quite possibly the best situation that could come from our tricky situation happened because of this rad crew

We were on a road trip to Washington and the transmission on our vehicle went out. This is the only shop in town that cared about our situation and dropped everything they were doing to get us back on the road again. Quick diagnosis and whenfix, I and another local repair facility were stumped on intermittent cruise operation.

I have Integrity Automotive to thank for recovering our trip into the Wallowas for backpacking trip Sept 2016. My water pump was leaking profusely, and on that Monday they indicated they could get it repaired if parts were available that day. No one else in town would. My Jeep was dropped off at 10 and they were done at 2 the estimated time, with dual road tests by different techs. The repair amount was normal and as expected for this repair, all in one day for my ad hoc request. I could not be more pleased. We made it to the trip campsite far before sunset, and had a great trip that week! Thanks to the team at Integrity!

Was charged for gas in a loaner van that I drove to Cove and back to their shop. They drove my vehicle 60 miles and never put any gas in it. Humm not likevi drove it very far. This was after a week in the shop and paying for repair and driving it a mile to not have it fixed then another 2 weeks in the shop.

They charge double on parts and my check engine like back on next day
