I walked in to get my covid vaccine and there was a man standing at the pharmacy window without a mask who was then seated in the area for people there for vaccinations. There is a sign on the door stating masks required but they are not. Do not come here if you have any risk factors. You will not be safe. Get your medications somewhere else. The staff was friendly and efficient with me. They need a system to enforce masks to make it safe for people to get their meds here.

My daughter went into the store to have her prescriptions transferred as she had just moved there. A week went by and she did not get any follow up with progress. She walked back in to see if maybe they just forgot to let her know that her order had been filled. Nothing had been done. They made it seem as though they were going to help her but when she follow d up they told her that the other pharmacy hung up on them. She asked them to call again. In the meantime I called our pharmacy and initiated the transfer fax. An hour went by of her waiting in the store. She again followed up and they said they forgot she was there and waiting because she decided to walk around the store. Then they said they couldn’t get her insurance to work and made her pay for the 1 prescription they filled. She is young and was upset at this point and didn’t even try to figure out why they didn’t fill the 2nd prescription and left. I called and talked to the pharmacist who admitted that he forgot about her, didn’t know why the insurance wouldn’t go through (but that maybe someone tomorrow could figure it out), and just seemed to not be knowledgeable (nor have any customer service skills). I asked my daughter throughout this ordeal to have patience and understanding as many businesses deal with being short staffed, overworked, and overwhelmed… but I can assure you we will be choosing another pharmacy to fill future prescriptions. My suggestion… don’t get your meds here!!! I wish I had read reviews before allowing my daughter to step foot in this store!!! ***Update*** if there is a response to your review asking you to reach out to corporate and you do so… don’t expect that a district manager will call you back as promised… it probably won’t happen!

If I could give no stars I would. LaGrande Rite Aid did not fill our orders this week and now Im scrambling to find a pharmacy to switch to. My son is bipolar and is now out of his much needed mental health meds. There Pharmacist is ill or in hospital and did zero to inform any patients about this. They have zero customer service.

Prescriptions where supposed to be auto refilled two days ago. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone. Theyre going to make me go four days without my meds while I work on getting my pharmacy switched since its a weekend.This isnt the first time either, every single month Ive had problems getting my meds on time. I thought putting them on auto renew would fix the problem. Instead it caused them to forget and ignore me.Thanks a lot for the massive headache and withdrawals!

The pharmacy is terrible! I stopped using them because they could never get prescriptions filled right or on time. I decided to schedule a COVID-19 vaccine with them (terrible idea). My appointment was for Saturday July 24th at 9:30am. I showed up at 9:20am and the pharmacist told me he doesnt have them ready and if I could come back in a couple of hours. Well no I cant come back, I actually have things to do. Thats why I made an appointment. I left and drove to bi-mart where they got me right in as a walk in. STOP USING RITE AID PHARMACY, THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!

Customer Service is kind of an important thing. It doesnt end with simply being greeted at the customer entrance. The pharmacy staff will ignore you while you are standing at the window, and once you finally get their attention they will play time wasting head games with you when all you have is simple inquiry. I give them one star for their customer service...and thats a generous score! Dont let them waste you time like I do, get your meds at BiMart, Walmart, Safeway, or anywhere that will treat you like a human being. This store is a joke.

Employees are very nice and they usually have what I need and their make up selection is pretty great too!!

Haily is so helpful she helped us walk around the store and pick out what we needed I never had that done at any rite aid

Called pharmacy at 7:45 pm today. No one picked up called the store someone picked up and I asked to be transferred to pharmacy. She put me on hold. 8:05 pm they hang up on me. I call them back and they say they closed at 8 and that no one was there to help me. I asked for the name of the district manager they were unable to give me any info. No name no number. Who is running this rite aid? Seriously pick up the phone pharmacy you don’t close until 8. I’m sure you’re supposed to be legally open if the hours are posted. Very upset with how they handled things and how the store was unable to give me info.Disgruntled customer.

I like to blast Sandstorm by Darude in my F-450 and put it on a loop when Im in the parking lot. I cant help it. That song is like crack in audio form..........great, now its stuck in my head again.

I shop here quite often...altho I am really getting tired of walking in looking around and having cashier call on intercom then having a man come decide to rearrange products around me. Its quite visable that you are yjinking im a thief. SHAME ON YOU!! I like to shop..compair prices but you make that very unpleasant. I feel rushed...like im being watched. Not only do you do this to me but you do this to my boyfriend everytime he comes into your store. Mind you I am Native and my boyfriend is African American. So does this make you folks at rite aide uncomfortable?? Or do you make a habbit of following all hour customers? Im thinking not.

Weve gotten several prescriptions here and the pharmacists have been very helpful.

They never, I mean never have your prescriptions ready, you can literally call them three days early and they still wont have them ready, and whats even worse is they will txt you and tell you its ready only to find out when you get there, they havent even started it.

I love Rite Aid. Low prices, great service, and a very nice selection.

Great up grade!!! Better people who actually seem to like to be there!!!
