I was not very pleased with the staff memebers when I walked in the store. I was demanded to wear a mask, and it is very sad that the management of Bi-Mart decided to comply with Tyrannical Goverment.

It has been awhile since I had been to Bi-Mart and was excited to stop by. Unfortunately, they are still pushing the wearing of masks in this store, even after the CDC has posted its not necessary. They were also out of a few items that I needed. I think Ill shop elsewhere for now.

I always enjoy shopping at Bimart. Despite a very busy morning, the young lady at the pharmacy was able to help her customers in an efficient dance between 2 counters and the outside window. It was lovely to watch.😺

Really liked the employees and the store, usually can find what I need and I try to go here before heading to Walmart due to the ease of shopping here! But being pushed and physically blocked by an EMPLOYEE while putting a mask on!!!!! I get employees are doing their job, but physically pushing a customer?!?! Did call corporate and they specifically said their policy is not to physically push or touch any customer especially while putting on a mask!!

This store is so cute during the holidays! They have some pretty sweet deals in this store has some things you just can’t find elsewhere in town. I don’t go here often but when I do I always leave with something I didn’t go in the store intending to buy! Usually there aren’t super long lines and the employees are nice. Great little store.

The pharmacy people are amazing they are the best pharmacy we have ever experienced hands down.

Found everything we went in for. But there were lines and only one register was open.

I used to go to my local Bi-Mart all the time. So I always drop in when Im in a location that has one.

No more bimart for me. Harrassed for not wearing a mask properly. What a joke. Couldnt wait to leave, dont plan to go back.

One thing about moving to Texas is no Bi-Marts. Missed it! Enjoyed coming back! Very clean, can always find anything you need for camping or backyard.

Love this place to wander looking at makeup, hair dye, random things. They also have the best seasonal fun stuff. Have had the occasional distracted assistance that could have been better.

There is a variety and its always clean. Some great prices on mostly everything.

The prices are comparable with larger stores and I always find a great deal on a sale item. Staff is helpful and friendly. They even helped me load my purchase into my vehicle. Everything from dishes, televisions, paint, toys, and camping supplies to hair color and pharmacy.

Typically find what I need. Always go there for any of my hunting necessities. Always friendly staff and great customer service.

Love Bi-Mart but really disappointed in their policy about ammunition. My 19 year old is off to college and cant buy shotgun shells for duck hunting. Rediculous! Hope they rethink this soon.

Went into bi mart today too get a tooth brush had my mask coving my face was not high enough the manager was very very rude not professional at all, told me too put my mask higher, I told her it’s not a law, she said I do not care get out of the store then and do not roll your eyes at me, in a very rude angry voice, will not go back too that bi mart or any other bi mart, will not support them any more has lost my business for good!

The local Bi-Mart is very typical of this store chain. The local one is good, well stocked, and the employees are generally friendly and helpful. Great place for fishing supplies and camping gear.

Were Bi-Mart and all of the city planners blind when they approved this location? Lets build a supermarket and place it where people and especially out-of-towners can easily miss seeing it from the highway if theyre not paying attention. And lets not put any signage out on the highway either. What a bold marketing strategy!At first I was wary of a store that caters to bisexuals. But if this is how theyre generally catered to, then Im tempted to go bi too! I found Bi-Mart to be the best place to stockpile my fallout shelter before Kim Jong Un sends his retaliatory missiles flying and the valley slowly chokes to death in a cloud of radioactive dust.

Absolute worst customer service ever! Wanting to look at tvs and the lady helping us was so very rude. We were just trying to help out and she did nothing but belittle us! Turned around and left. Dont think I will be shopping there anymore!
