I just use parts department and have always had good service even on weekends while haying.

We needed two lawn mowers repaired. Tri-County picked them up, repaired them, and cleaned them quickly. Their staff are very nice and professional. Much better than any other small engine repair we have done business with in the valley.

Purchased a Gator in 2016 from Tri-County in LaGrande, exactly what we wanted, they delivered it to us in Harper Oregon, took the trade then also. Was a great experience. Just now had to get VIN number for a recall on the steering, very very helpful, found the VIN right away. Would highly recommend these people, very courteous. Paula
