Very good experience with our salesperson, Mike. We’ve been sleeping on a foam bed from Wayfair that got completely worn down and is very uncomfortable. Mike wasn’t pushy- we tried different beds/price points and got into something we both really like & didn’t cost a fortune. Place was pretty empty and we all wore masks, so felt safe. Good financing options too (0% for 36 months) and our delivery is in 3 days. All around good experience.

I have been off purchasing a mattress due to price and quality. I saw many TV advertising on Beautyrest but the price was not in my budget. I googled and found mattress Firm and a Beautyrest mattress in my budget. I live in near the LaGrange area and called the store. Mike was very helpful and with the free golden delivery I finally was able to purchase the mattress.

Jim helped me get everything I wanted with the credit limit I was approved for. I don’t have the best credit so I was worried I would be limited but he was able to help me find a mattress and pillow for my sleeping type (side,stomach). I felt like I was given undivided attention and care. We started off with testing out firm, medium, and soft to find what I liked best. For stomach and side sleepers a firm bed was the best option as the back needs to stay supported while on stomach. He had me test out some high end options so he could see what I was enjoying and what was giving me good support. THEN we talked prices. And ran my credit to see what I would be approved for so we would know what range of beds I would be able to buy. He showed me all different options within my range and we settled on a Serta iseries. I got a saw price and was able to get my mattress delivered the next day! Also I’m not nervous about not liking it because I have 120 night trial period where I can exchange if it isn’t working out how I thought. All around very happy I went to this location and very happy to have Jim as my sleep guide. Very knowledgeable and I trusted him.

Alice was incredibly helpful! We started shopping for our mattress at a different Sleepys location, and needed it shipped to yet another location. Alice helped us pick the mattress that was best for my back, and sold it at literally the best price we were likely to find anywhere. She was friendly and went above and beyond at every step, even when it wasnt clear we would even buy the mattress from her location. Finally, Alice helped us set up pickup at a Sleepys store on the east coast. Super convenient, excellent service, best price! Thanks!

I hadn’t purchased a mattress in a long time and had been researching information on memory foam mattresses online. To be honest it was very confusing. When I arrived at the Mattress Firm store at 115 N LaGrange Road, LaGrange, IL. I was greeted by Jim. I explained I needed a mattress, but also needed to be educated on my options. Jim was great!! He took the time to explain everything and was patient as I tested several mattresses. I found a mattress I will be happy with for a long time to come. He also worked with me in the pricing. I would highly recommend stopping in to see Jim if you are in the market for a new mattress.

This mattress buying experience has been the most enjoyable and easiest buy i have ever had buying anything for my home. Staff was super friendly and very knowledgable. It is 11:45 and still waiting for Sleepys to open. They were to open at 11:00. We came here at 11:00 and no one here. We left and came back at 11:20 and still no one here. Twice we have made the trip to pick up our mattress and bed frame which was planned and no one at store.
