Our kitchen re-model has been a turn of bad events. Initially when we signed contract with the Cabinet Pros, the agreement spelled out 4-6 weeks for 100% completion. The project started on May 10th, 2021 and it is now August 29th, 2021 with misc pending items still needing detail or re-work.The tile work spelled out install and he considered this patch work using two inch trash pieces visbile to the common eye and the grout thickness not maching any of the house flooring. We provided the appliances being installed with model numbers and there was a mistake on the sink which caused us to re-order two doors (out of my pocket) and trash two drawer fronts/two doors.There were several missing items which Antonio (CEO) pointed our attention to the agreement and drawings he provided (black and white). We abided by them and worked with him as much as possible. The relationsihp turned sour on August 27th, 2021 as we reached out to him on our final payment and a concession, not a discount for not completing the project on time, numerous re-work visits by his crew, and a lack of attention to detail. He flipped the coin on us and raised his voice saying he would not give us a discount and it wasnt his fault.As a consumer, Ive never had anyone in a position of ownership raise their voice towards a customer!There was no ownership over the craftsmanship of his employees, and he changed completion of work to usable condition. We decided to spend $25k with him as his online reviews seemed solid but our experience defers.Im only posting photos of floor work and of the backsplahs but I can have several more.

Can say enough good things about Antonio and his great team of experts and artisans at The Cabinet Pros! We waited almost 7 years to finally do our kitchen and picking The Cabinet Pros was the best decision we made (and there were a lot of decisions!). His whole team communicated project plans and timelines effectively and also kept to those as well; offered great design suggestions; was friendly, punctual and did an AWESOME job from demolition to final trim piece! The product quality was second to none and we plan on using them for our Master Bath renovation as soon as were ready!

Very happy with our new cabinets provided and professionally installed by Cabinet Pros. We had stopped by several cabinet showrooms and they all wanted us to be our own general contractor by managing everything except the cabinet install ourselves. We really wanted a one-stop shop so we found Cabinet Pros. Valerie was our first contact and after the quote we decided very quickly that this is the right company for us. Antonio made very nice 3-D drawings that showed every detail. Arizona Tile provided beautiful quartz.We started 3.5 weeks ago by moving out of our kitchen and set up a make-shift kitchen in our living room. Friday 7/16 was the demolition and removal. Today 8/9 we are 100% complete and are thrilled. All of the techs behaved professionally, did great work and thorough cleanup. I would have any one of them back again without hesitation.Antonio, Valerie, Nelson, Herbert, Kyle, Manuel, Freddy, Daniel and Rey. We really appreciate you all.I cannot remember the names of the quartz counter-top installers but that team worked into the late evening to get ours done cleanly and beautifully.The Home Depot appliances, kitchen faucet and garbage disposal were professionally installed by another team called Installation Pros that were part of the complete package. Cody and PJ were great to work with and did great work. They came fully prepared with every necessary part. See a separate review for them.We are very happy that we chose Cabinet Pros and we recommend them highly.

I found The Cabinet Pros at a Home Show in Pomona and got an estimate from them. The rest is history. I was so happy with their price and how they took care of business. I had them redo my kitchen and they did such a wonderful job. They were always on time and honest about everything.I was especially picky about the Granite. I knew exactly what I wanted. Antonio took me to the warehouse and I looked at I think every piece of Granite until about half way though I saw what I wanted. I got so excited I started yelling, and then I looked around and everyone was looking at me. That was embarrassing, but hey, I knew what I wanted. Antonio was so patient with me. What a great guy and s great company I will refer them to anyone.My neighbors got their kitchen done from another company right before I did mine and it was a mess. I got an estimate from them and I am so happy I didnt go with them. If I would have done my kitchen first, The Cabinet Pros would have got my neighbors’ job as well.

I cant say enough good things about The Cabinet Pros. They remodeled my kitchen in a very professional manner. Antonio was especially wonderful. The company was extremely professional, punctual, and efficient. They informed us about when they would be there and always stuck to their schedule.I would highly recommend them, and when Im ready for my bathroom to be done, they will definitely be who I use.

I usually don’t write reviews as in the last two house remodels working with contractors has not been easy for us.This time around we decided to put our trust in Cabinet pros for our kitchen and bar remodel. We did our due diligence and heard a lot of great things about them through our friends who had a great experience with them.So we signed a contract with Antonio and we have to say, this project was the fastest, cleanest, most professional, and most wonderful experience we have ever had.So this is how they were different from our previous contractors.1. They are FAST. They don’t waste time. We expected a 4-6 month project but our project ended in 4 weeks and it would have probably ended sooner if we we had finalized our selections. They literally showed up on first day of work with all the cabinets already made.2. Antonio, the company CEO was ALWAYS available. No hide and seek, No unanswered messages and calls.3. They are a group of good, honest, moral, kind people you can trust.4. They didn’t cut corners to increase their profit. All materials used were the highest quality unlike what we got from previous contractors. They would advice us to change our selection if the material had questionable quality or wouldn’t last long even though they could have continued with our cheaper selections to maximize profit.5. The services don’t stop after project is over. They guarantee their work and make themselves available if you run into problems. Our wallpaper contractor scratched up our brand new cabinets and Antonio and his team took care of it for us.So here we are with an incredible transformation. Thank you Antonio and team from the bottom of hearts for your professionalism, honesty, outstanding service, and great price. No one believes how much we paid for this beautiful kitchen. Your work has taken our estate to the next level. Everything looks so beautiful and there are no words to express our gratitude. Highly Recommend! Cabinet Pros I’m so impressed with the quality of work, communication, attention to detail, and all around excellent service.Long Version: I had just bought our house and although the kitchen had just been remodeled 4 years ago by the sellers it was just not to my liking. One of the things that made me reluctant to change the kitchen was the quality of the cabinets. Just by feeling them you could tell how well they were made. Unfortunately I couldn’t tell who the craftsman was bc there were no stickers or signs that I could find when I opened all the drawers and cabinets. I went to trusty yelp and started looking for custom cabinet makers.I saw that Cabinet Pros had some really good reviews and I could tell they were legit so I made an appointment. Antonio showed up to our appointment on time and was professional and friendly.I started by listing all the things I didn’t like: color of cabinets, granite used, placement of sink, dislike of lazy Susan, etc. When I stopped to take a breath he smiled and said “I actually remodeled this kitchen for the sellers” oh wow! It must be a sign I told myself.Antonio and I talked through the things we could change and the process. He was prompt in emailing me back that weekend with a reasonable quote that would allow me to keep my existing cabinets and make the changes I wanted.I had a redesign of my sink to place it middle to the window, changed the range to a cooktop, and added a microwave oven combo. The work took about a month from start to finish.Throughout the entire process Antonio kept me informed and updated. Communication was easy bc I was able to text him too and he ways responded back.The day the work started Freddy and Martin were careful to protect my floors. They were organized as they did the work of removing my cabinets and reinstalling them again a week later with a new configuration. I had opted to paint my cabinets a more modern color grey and the painter Antonio was amazing as well. After I had my countertops installed Freddy came back and literally checked every detail of our kitchen to ensure it was perfect! Wow!Once everything was done, Antonio (the owner) came back to make sure we were happy. He even inspected our shelves to make sure they all faced the correct way.I am extremely thrilled with how beautiful our kitchen turned out. Not only that, the attention and detail that Antonio and he crew showed is so obvious especially to the quality and detail.I would definitely recommend Cabinet Pros. They are professional, detailed, and they take pride in their work. That’s rare to see in the industry these days but these guys truly deliver. Thanks so much Cabinet Pros!
