I came in and I ordered a full set of fairings for my CR250 from Gilbert who was absolutely amazing. They were exactly what I wanted and the service was absolutely amazing! Gilbert was definitely here to help in any way shape or form. Personally, I dont know much about bike stuff but he definitely helped me out every way he could when ordering. Gilbert ensured that they were exactly what we wanted and in perfect condition before calling me to pick up my parts. This is my second time coming to this location after purchasing a 2021 yz250f 3 months ago. This time I went for a 2015 Yamaha R6 and it was the same easy process. Christian has been my guy for both transactions and You can’t find better customer service. Easy over the phone transaction both times to just go in and sign since I am very limited on time. I spent some time searching for a good deal on an r6 and I came to Moto United for my first bike. I met Christian who was awesome for showing me all of the bikes and going over details. Hilda was awesome as well as Bryan who dropped off the bike and stayed by to explain things and let me ask questions. There was also a cool dude who walked up to me in the parking lot and passed on some knowledge about the clutch, throttle control and such. I got some high quality gear there. Parts department is super friendly and Im glad I took his advice on my helmet. This place has everything. I came because of the reviews so I hope this review helps someone else also!

I just recently got a used watercraft and I wanted to take it out next week. But when I went to started it, it wouldnt start I call the parts department and talked to Gilbert he was so helpful. I told me to check my starter relay and sure enough that was the problem he had the part in stock I picked it up and changed it out. Now it starts up with no problem and I am ready to go out and play with out missing my trip. Thanks Gilbert your a big help.

Best OHV dealership in socal !! The staff is super kind, helpful, and fun. They have good deals, a wide variety of bikes and toys, and none of them are looking at you just for your money. I bought two new bikes from them and they were just so attentive, fun, and fast. I didnt bring my truck with me the day I bought the bikes and Joey loaded our bikes in his truck and dropped them off at my house (which was like a 45 min drive btw) free of charge. Overall, this is the most genuine and honest dealership there is.

Drove all the way from northern Arizona to look at one of their pre owned bikes, a Yamaha super tenere. Does appear that most of the pre owned bikes were in very good shape. Solid dealer with experienced people in every department. Christian and Victor in sales handled everything with professionalism and knowledge, very happy with my purchase. 10/10 would definitely consider coming back again.

Worst Service Department ever. I dropped off my Polaris Rzr back in March because I was promised a 3 week repair. Today (3 months later) I picked it up because nothing has been done to the Rzr. When I asked how much longer it would take they couldn’t give me an answer and to make me feel better they told me they have Rzrs sitting in their lot for at least a year. Apparently they lie to customers to get business but the service department is horrible. I called multiple times during the process but it was impossible to get someone on the phone. It wasn’t until I started driving to the location to get some answers. After 3 months of wasted time I decided to pick up my Rzr without being repaired and I am now taking it to another shop. I hope no one goes to this business because like I said, they will lie in order to get business. I hope they contact me directly to solve this issue because they wasted my time for 3 months.

I give it a one star only because I have to give them a review. Walked in looked around 10-15 minutes not a single person said hello or acknowledged me. Also not a single Customer in the shop other than myself so it’s not like they were busy helping other customers. Two sales person at the computer eating lunch opposite end of the show room didn’t acknowledge or even make eye contact. sales man behind the counter in parts just kept on staring at me. Definitely go somewhere else if you want any type of customer service

Parts department is always there when I need them for something! Especially Raul & Gilbert they know exactly what you need and can even help you find it else where. Good people good vibes all around.

They catch issues with my bikes that other dealerships missed or caused, like when they caught that the other dealership put my wheel on backwards and disabled my abs as a result (among other things). Their work can take some time though.

This place is aswsome. I want to give a shout out to Mikey. Every time I come in I see Mikey working hard mopping and sweeping making sure he keeps the place super clean. I want to hire him to clean my house. Great job Mikey keep up the good work.

I didn’t know this is a robbery after I called other dealers and they said they will never charge more than 1000$ for something like that.When I called them to get some details about that they started to ignore me, put me on hold for 15+minutes, then guess what.. they’ve blocked my number.Imagine yourself 2616 is almost 1/4 of the retail price. Super friendly staff and quick service. The problem here are their prices. I needed a replacement battery quickly and didnt have the time to order online. The battery cost me $80+. Walmart sells the same exact battery online for $20.99. No exaggeration.

I really like coming here because the staff is amazing. My first trip was awhile ago to check out some oil and basics. While this shop doesnt have the size or selection of berts or chaparral the employees are the best part. I came back later and bought a Yamaha 50 from Joey. He was nice and super helpful with what we needed and gave us a great price that was what I was looking for. I went and bought gear for my son from Joey and Raul. They were awesome showing me sizing and how things should fit with regards to snug but not tight. Now after I had some gear go missing my wife went to see Jason and replaced some gear and then some. Long story short, I go here because I value the customer service I receive from the employees vs rock bottom prices from a cashier that wants you in And out.

I would prefer talking to one person helping me from the beginning to end.Iraq tosses me to Raul, and Raul tossed me to Brendon. Didnt feel happy about that.I had really long wait to meet the finance manager after paying the down payment. It was much faster with no money down.No test ride at all. I was told it is typical that dealers do not usually offer test ride. I called two other dealers. They said they offer test rides...Tip: You should ask whether somebody left a deposit for the bike you want. I was told the bike I want is taken much later after I spent so much time deciding between two of my choices. Waste of my time and mind...They have a promotion on 2.99% interest rate on financing. Dont think about it unless you have nearly PERFECT credit score. I couldnt get that rate with high 700/low 800 credit.You need to add at least $2000 for extra prep costs on top of the listed price. The other dealers charged around $1400.Accessory shop: High mark up. Narrow selection. Even with the motorcycle training certificate discount and buying the bike there, the price was so high...Big over charge.Overall: I recommend the place for servicing your bike, not worth of visiting if you are far away.

I have been coming to this place for 40 years, even back when they used to be Lebard & Underwood. They have really upgraded the whole store and continue to provide great customer service. They have always been a little pricey, (most dealerships are) but the staff is top notch. As a former motorcycle and jet ski mechanic for 19 years at small service shops and dealerships, I can see why they are still in business and going strong. Keep up the good work guys, you are obviously doing things right.

First time buyer, been doing lots of research, been to and talked to a lot of dealers. Its easy to see why they have such great reviews. I got a great vibe right away over the phone. Once there everyone was very friendly and helpful, not pushy at all. Negotiating was painless and I got a great deal on a used bike. They took the time to go over everything with me and even closed off the back parking lot so I could ride around to get conformable on the bike. So glad to have found this place, it was well worth the drive. Highly recommend.

I recently purchase a 2020 R1M here :). Before the purchase I was shopping around and went to several dealership to get pricing and all seem to be over MSRP and had all types of FEES added on top of the asking price. SMH. I was working with Tyler and told him about the several trips to other dealers and he gave me a great price on the motorcycle and had no additional FEES, he was transparent and straight forward no BS and answer all the questions and concerns I had. Tyler is a great salesperson, he help me out in every way he can and made sure I was taken care of. If you are in the market for a motorcycle or any motorsports get in contact with Tyler he will take care of you. Raul in the parts department help me out with ordering riding gears and had it ship to my house. When I got my gears the glove was too small and Raul took care of it right away. Overall, I had great experience here. I definitely recommend come here.

My teenage son is looking to get his first motor cycle. So we decided to go down and see what they have to offer. They took him aside and explain to him the correct gear he needed to wake as well as information as to a beginner safety class and week as other steps he needed to go through before he should come back and select his first motor cycle. I was very impressed with this information so when its time to purchase then this will be the place go to buy what we need.

Purchased a WR250R, and Victor helped me through the whole process! I was greeted with warm welcome, helped immediately, and constantly asked if I could use some water. Victor had the bike ready for me to inspect, and generously answered all my ridiculous questions and shared some useful tips and stories from his own experiences. When it came to the buying, Victor had helped me with all my ridiculous questions (AGAIN) and assisted me through the financing application! Hildi, in finance, was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with as well! I gave the parts department a visit and Jason was there to answer and give his advice! Throughout I had A++ service! The store was kept very clean and easy to navigate around. I highly recommend Moto United - La Habra as a store to visit and allow the team to wow you yourself!

It is a great place to begin shopping i went in around October of last year and Joey was there since then helping me through my process of purchasing my first motorcycle he is very knowledgeable about his inventory and can answer questions or concerns you may have on individual bikes. Hao took care of all of my paperwork and had my bike delivered the date and hour he said he would have it delivered. overall great experience will definitely recommend to friends and acquaintances.

I would avoid this place unless you want to pay way to much for service. I brought in two new quad tires that I wanted mounted on my quad rims. I removed the rims from my quad and dropped off the two new tires and rims. Moto United charged me $69.40 to mount two tires to rims (non beadlock). Next time, I will drive elsewhere when making new purchases (both accessories and toys). I have never paid almost $35 to have car tires mounted, balanced, and installed, yet I paid this for simple quad tires. I have been there prior to the name change and the service/prices were great, but now they are crazy!I was also told that the tires would be ready around 5:30 - 6:00 pm yesterday and was told they would call me when ready. I was called the next day to inform me the tires were ready for pickup.Buyer beware and pay attention when you make a purchase or drop an item off for service. I will drive elsewhere for sales and service in the future due to high prices.*Update: I just got done reinstalling the tires on my quad and noticed that one of the tires is not mounted correctly. The tire was not mounted the way the rotation arrow is pointing on the tires so the two tires are mismatched with a tread pattern (one mounted correctly and the other now mounted correctly). You would think that spending nearly $70 to mount two tires, the company would be able to get the mounting rotation correct.When I showed up to pick up my tires, I did express to the service writer (Doug) that the prices are extremely high. His response was that he does not make the prices and did not seem concerned with what I said. On the phone, I mentioned that there was not an issue with the employees, but that I wasnt happy with the pricing and I did mention it when I picked up the tires. I also forgot to mention on the phone that Moto United did not keep the promised time for pickup on the previous day.I will also spend more time reading all reviews prior to patronizing an establishment. There are other people who mention the same thing about high prices for tire service.
