Communication is poor with customers and doctors. Twice I had to reach out to the pharmancy for long delays and then to the doctor myself to fill scripts for my Dad. When the pharmacy is supposed to do it . I dread coming here. Wish customer service was better overall in most places though.

We had UTMB call in prescription for are son just released today and when we called to check status they said it was unavailable but never contacted us or Doctor. Then told us they would check nearby locations but never called us back and this was 20 minutes before they closed now were in panic mode and calling emergency room to see what arevoptions are. The customer service at this pharmacy is awful!!!!! I was put on hold for 20 minutes with no explanation as to what was going on. I called back and Linda H. had horrible customer service. I asked for a prescription request from my daughters doctor and Linda H. told me it could not be done which was inaccurate!! Another Walmart already verified that it could be done! She then went back into the system and realized that it could be done stating she overlooked the prescription. I usually dont write reviews, but this is the second time I have had poor customer service at this pharmacy! Please, get people in your pharmacy with just simple people skills!!!! This is horrible!!!!!!

Super long wait times and customer service could be better .

Unfortunately this isn’t the first time but will be the last time I trust them to get me in & out of Walmart while I’m unbearably sick. They also said that my insurance was “not working” and I’d just used it at the hospital the same day so I paid full price. The 2 stars are because the staff at least has a decent attitude while being slow.

This place is awful. Put my prescription back before the time they said I had left and then said the prescription was expired now, so now I do not get the medicine I need. Rude also ! I feel like suing them!!! Horrible place

Managers are rude and useless. I went to load money on my Walmart debit card and they told me its impossible for them to do it at a register since customer service was closed. Ive always gonna through the check out to do this. I ended up having to go to Walmart in League City where they loaded my card just fine at the register! I will not go back to the la marque location because most of the employees are very rude.

The pharmacist really needs to know what doctors have experience and more degrees from a 39 years of experience.

Really poorly staffed with inconsistent communication. I have given this phapharmcy multiple chances to improve. On this particular evening I arrived at the pharmacy after having confirmed that my perscribed medicine is ready (that took 3 hrs and two calls from my Dr. Office) and still waited for additional 30 minutes. This is the closest pharmacy to my house which is why even gave it so many chances. Do not recommend it. The staff looks overworked and understaffed wgich results in overall poor customer service.

Unbelievably horrible!! 5 hours to get my medicine filled. Told several different things and when daughter went to pick up was staying not ready. Rude Ashley and no one to answer the phones. So unprofessional and should just close, nothing is getting done anyway.

All together will be 3 trips to straightened out a mistake made by their employee.Also 4 phone calls. Two of which the Pharmacy Manager called me to say their employee made a mistake and didnt charge me enough so now I have to make another trip in to pay Again.Extremely disappointed and unhappy with this Pharmacy.

This place is HORRIBLE! the pharmacy is located in the middle of the womens clothing isle, the food in grocery is in the back of the store and the whole place smelled like a high school locker room. The parking lot was full of garbage and had litter sprawled everywhere. Poor quality EVERYTHING. NEVER shop here, find the next Walmart.

Waited in a long line, only two open, only to have the cashier go to another line to check out people in a line that wasnt even open???? Next time I will drive out of my way to grab the few things I needed. NEVER AGAIN

Worse Service ever, they are too slow. They never have prescription ready on time. Technicians are very rude with customers. They need more employees checking and helping customers out.
