The safety course was wonderful! After that, nothing here was good. I got jerked around by my salesman after being approved for financing. So I walked away. My hubby decided hed try and the same thing happened with him. So, in the end we went to Woods Cycle Country in New Braunfels. The staff there are professional, courteous and trustworthy. All the qualities we didnt get at Mancuso. Well worth the drive! Also got a better price!

I’m very disappointed in this location. I just bought a 2021 Can Am Defender Limited. As part of the purchase, I added on a variety of accessories including a roof system with radio, speakers and lights, upgraded rims and tires and an extra underseat storage cargo box. I also negotiated aftermarket warranties. Rather than negotiate a price per item, we agreed to a package price inclusive of the machine, accessories and warranties. It was close to closing time so it was to be delivered the following day.When delivered, I noticed that one of the underseat cargo storage boxes was missing and some items (screws, washers, etc.) had been sealed in the roof system when installedI and rolling around during travel. I reached out to my salesman who apologized and said he’d send someone to pick it up to have everything fixed including adding the missing storage cargo box. It was brought back a few days later apparently fixed. However the cargo box was still missing. I reached out to my salesman again, who again apologized profusely and was asked to drop by and pick one up. I showed a few days later and was told they had no extra storage boxes at that time. I left. Again, my salesman apologized and told me he would locate one and bring it to my house himself. I explained that it was no big deal and I would stop by again later.When I dropped by later, I was told that they had extra boxes but I’d have to pay for it because it wasn’t added as a line item on my purchase order. What? My salesman tried to work it out but the sales manager lady refused although everything is documented through text messages and I had specific conversations with her about the package price. After paying significant money for this package deal, I’m surprised the dealership would take such a hard stance over a $100 box. It’s now a principle thing for me. I do not plan to drop it.

Very nice, Large facility. Sales staff is very friendly and helpful. As with every sales process the negotiations are a pain. Warranty push, high rate in house financing. Get your financing before you go. Financing you get there may not be the best you can get. Shop your financing and get it before you go. Adrian was a great help in sales!

Absolute worst experience ever. I placed a deposit on a side by side to be delivered before the endo of the month. I was later informed that the side by side would not ship until the last day of the month. Ok. No worries. The day before it was to be shipped I was called and informed that if I could not pay for the machine in full before the end of the month I was not going to be allowed to have it. However, they would not have the machine before I paid for it! Extremely shady organization that is trying to pump sales on equipment that they dont even have in stock!

My wife and I drove our motorhome from 200 miles away to attend a rider safety class on October 11th & 12th. We stopped by the dealership on Friday, October 10th, to ask if there would be space available on the property for us to park the motorhome. PLEAS PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!! Staff here is rude especially Rachel!!!! My husband bought a bike from here before she arrived and the process was smooth and easy. I go the next week to get one and my bike was sold from under me without my salesman even knowing. Then I call to check on my husbands license plates and they have been sitting there and no one thought to call and say something. Then she gives me a whole attitude because I said no one called about em. Please go to southwest or any other location!!!!

We purchased a Polaris Ranger from Team Mancuso in August and didn’t even walk in the store! We could not have been more pleased with the product, process and fabulous customer service we received! Though we had an idea of what we wanted, our sales representative, Michelle Paxton expertly guided us through our options of machines, availability and price. The entire process took less than an hour! As we completed paperwork, we realized Michelle lived close to where we do and she offered to deliver it that night! She pulled in after her long drive, unloaded the machine, handed us two T-shirts and a delicious chocolate cake that comes with new purchases from team Mancuso Powersports South!! Received a call from the service manager Casey Taylor about a recall on my Ranger. I told him I was not able to get the ranger in right away because of prior commitments, he told me that was not an issue that he would gladly come by and pick up the ranger at my convenience and return it when repairs was complete. I have been riding ATVs for 40 years and not one time has any dealership offered to do what Casey and Team Mancuso Powersports did. 5 Stars is not enough

I bought a used Goldwing from these guys back in February 2019 and everything went great. I did not have a way to pick the bike up so they came and picked me up at home plus there was no pressure or BS with my experience, everyone was nice and professional.I paid cash but still had to speak to the F&I lady who was very nice also and no pressure from her to buy things I did not want.I spent my life in the car business and I know how dealerships can be but this was a pleasant experience...

Purchased a Polaris 570 from here a few weeks back and the experience was great. So great in fact, when a touring model showed up in their inventory I sent my sales rep a text telling them that I was interested in it. I asked if I would still be able to get the 2% interest rate that Polaris was offering and they responded with a pic of my credit application. I immediately responded that I did not want my credit ran again, I just wanted to know if I could get the special interest rate on this model. I was assured that they would not pull my credit again. Shortly after, I get a notification from credit karma that I got a hard pull on my credit report. I told my sales rep that I specifically said not to run it and the sales rep responded with Im sorry. Sorry? sorry isnt going to fix my credit score. Especially in a country where credit seems to be worth more than cash itself. Im not one to write negative reviews so I decided to wait a few weeks before posting this review to see if the company would contact me to inform me that they at least made an attempt to remove the hard inquiry from my credit but that hasnt happened so here we are.

I have called for almost 3 weeks trying to get an appointment with this place and was pretty frustrated because I just bought my 2020 Slingshot and was trying to get her in for the 500 mile maintenance. I was transferred and put on hold for over an hour and eventually gave up. I also called in the morning when they first open and was told that someone will give me a call back but never got a call back. I decided to just come in and spoke with Isac Saenz. He was a GOD SEND!! He explained to me why they were so backed up (Due to 2 Kawasaki shops being closed) and busy and I understood. He kept my slingshot and worked on it the next day with fixing all the recalls and also my maintenance. VERY VERY NICE and HELPFUL GUY and i would definitely take my slingshot back here. Sometimes you just have to understand what the business is going through and take that into account too. I really appreciate all the help i got here today and if you need help, reach out to Isac Saenz!!! He was very very helpful!!! Thanks Isac!!!

Been looking for the right buggy for my family and someone told me about Michelle at Team Mancuso south. I called her and she was always quick to respond and beyond helpful. She didnt try to push my purchase either which was a plus. She was straight forward from the start and had lots of helpful tips to get us in the right buggy. I highly recommend going to Mancuso south but only ask for Michelle!! She was gone one day and someone else tried to help us and it almost caused her our purchase. I wanted to express my gratitude for the customer service at Mancuso South. After I experienced a misunderstanding with the service department on some repair work on my Honda, I contacted Phillip Orange, who is the General Manager at that location. He met with me to understand my concern and personally assured me that the issue would be rectified in the future and worked with me to make sure that I felt that my concerns were being addressed and I was being fairly accommodated. This required Phillip to work with one of their other dealerships in the Houston area to make sure no one dropped the ball. He followed through as promised. It is refreshing that customer service is taken seriously at Mancuso. This is just one on hundreds of reviews that are posted that reinforces that fact.

I took my Spyder in because the clutch is slipping badly. I was told they wouldnt fix it, take it somewhere else. I bought it at the La Marque store and they wont repair it? And they want me to buy a new one? Wont be going back to Mancuso since they wont service what they sell.The response from the GM isnt at all comforting. If they cant manage their service department, Ill go somewhere that can. RIght now my Spyder is not ridable, the clutch is gone. Sitting in my garage or theirs makes no difference to me. I have 2 other shops (not Mancuso) I am contacting to do the work. Im sure Ill get my Spyder back before Mancuso could even start.

I called down to Mancuso this morning to see if they had some Honda small engine parts that I need, but the guy who answered the parts line (cant remember his name) was anything but interested in helping me solve my issue.I ended up calling Brookside in League City and received great service there. They didnt have the parts in stock, but were able to assist with a parts list which was very helpful. I then called Eastside Honda Powersports parts department. Jason answered the phone, searched online and located the parts I need. They will be in this week. I have to drive over to Mont Belvieu to pick them up, but I will have the parts necessary to get my machine up and running.I called Mancuso back to let the manager know all of this because I wanted to share with him/her so they could correct the indifferent attitude on the part of his employee, but no one answered the phone.Why do I tell you all of this? Because it speaks to a total lack of customer care on the part of a business.

I bought a 2016 Can-AM Spyder RT Limited in April 2017. Id been looking and researching the Can-Am for almost 6 years and finally decided to pick one up. The folks at Mancuso were willing to make a really good deal on one of the leftover 2016 models.I inquired about the RT Limited via the internet and was contacted by Blake from Mancuso the next day. Because my mind was basically made up to purchase one, Blake made the process as quick and easy as possible. No pressure to buy anything I didnt want or to use their financing. Ive had the trike for 2 months now and so far I am very satisfied with the Can-Am and with my experience dealing with Blake and the rest of the Mancuso staff. When we came back the 2nd time the guy we started to talk to kind of just left us, but we easily found somebody else, but we asked him for prices then he left and we thought he was going to come back, so we waited for almost 20 minutes. Still really easy to find what we wanted, and they always are friendly. Make sure to keep a Kawasaki KLX 110XL I think saved for me! It could be some time since we haven’t sold our go-karts, which I was wondering if you guys could make an offer, since they are slightly modified and one of them is a small one like the two orange and red one you guys have outside, and the orange I think that’s inside that’s somewhat bigger, still they are a little older but they keep braking on us so we have a whole bunch of new parts, but we just need something else. Sorry for such a crazy long review

They handle there business in a customer focused way. The Manager Blake is very helpful, my sales rep Taylor and the Finance guy, Charles made my deal was so smooth and easy. I was blown away on how fun and easy it was to buy a bike, accessories, and even insurance. I got plenty of information when I asked any questions. . I have bought many cars and bikes and this place is number one, for either beginners or experienced riders. They even offer rider training and delivery. Financially I got a great interest rate and did not pull any scams unlike other dealerships do. You can feel confident you will be treated fairly and with respect.If you ask you can get a free chocolate cake and T-Shirts to take home! Just go there and buy something that brings happiness to you life, either a bike, Atv, to the bigger dune or rock buggies, to kids bikes.

There was a mix up on the vin on a bike I bought in 2018 new from Team Mancuso. I let the registration lapse for a year but when I went to register it the vin did not match the plate. I received the wrong title/ vin vs the vin on the bike I was given. Called Team Mancuso and spoke to Jocelyn about my concern. You can tell a good business and person by their response. She jumped right on it and was fantastic. Jocelyn had to go to the courthouse and change everything and even got me new plates. Thank you Jocelyn for communicating the entire time! Called dealership put $1,000 deposit down on used Polaris with 3.0 hours 33 MI 3 days later I drove 960 miles to pick the unit up had 6.9 hours and 74 miles the back tires were burnt from doing burnouts the two rear vent panels were missing they ordered the $16 panels that were missing said they had title when I got there they said it was at other dealership its been 10 days still havent received them cant ride without them and they made no adjustments to the price they got people there mistreating the units taking them on Joy rides no way you can put 44 miles on a unit pulling it in and out of the shop that was their excuse talk to management seemed like a nice guy I think they owe me a set of rear tires the corners are knocked off not new tires not what I paid for

Whatever you do if you go to this dealership do not trust the finance department. They will not tell you about promotional interest rates you are eligible for, they will just assume you would rather 1000 off up front instead of saving nearly 2500 in interest over the life of the loan. They will also tell you one monthly payment over the phone and then when you drive 4.5 hours to pick up your bike they will give you a new higher monthly payment amount. I would not recommend this dealership at all.

Im a first time customer with Mancuso South and had a great experience. Kyle Logan was great help and able to help work around my work schedule making purchasing easy for me. I would also like to mention Casey in service. Casey and his team helped me out in a time crunch. Also one more shot out. So I was just browsing around and a salesman named Richard Carter came over and showed me around. He was really professional and knowledgeable about every vehicle that I looked at. Shout out and kudos to Team Mancuso Power Sports, Blake Mancuso and Kyle Logan! I am a new rider and went in with my best friend to buy my first motorcycle. We put bikes on hold and when we came in they had them both ready to test drive.Being a new rider; I had many questions and wanted to check out other bikes too. They answered all my questions, gave sound advice and were super friendly and patient through it all. The finance process went smoothly and we left with two Honda CB500 sports bikes. Highly recommend them. Any bike you are looking for, let them know and they can likely find it.

Bought a road star about a month ago said it would be fixed but the lights kept going out. I asked the GM if they would take it back for another bike and he said yes so I bought a more expensive bike Harley Davidson 2013 break out. It wouldnt start on the floor I asked if the battery was bad he told me it good. They delivered it to me and a day and a half later it wouldnt start. Bought it back and the GM Philip had the parts department give me a new one. I was told by the salesman that I would get a key fob that will start and lock it later but when it was brought back to me it was a security fob and didnt even work.they told me that Harley Davidson would have to program a key fob for me that they cant so I asked for just a set of keys so that I can lock it. The parts man Mike told me one and a half weeks or two weeks (Harley Davidson told me 2-3 days) I ask why so long and he told me have I ever heard of covid-19 but I guess they havent because no one wears a mask not even in there basic driving course that they have you sign a waiver in case you get covid-19. Still waiting. Have to say the GM is a great person. Still havent received my keys over two weeks now today is 10/28/2020 called them and asked about my keys and was told they will call me right back I asked to have the GM Philip to call me. They told me after the sale that they didnt have keys for the bike. Tomorrow will be a month and still no keys fob or regular keys. Very disappointed. What do you mean bikes I return one bike which I mentioned in the first post because the lights didnt work inwhich your salesman said would be fixed and it wasnt and I didnt even mention that your service department when changing the back tire pulled loose the underside of my back seating in which I had to bring to five star upholstering and have it repaired at my own costs because I didnt want to have anything to do with dealing with yall again. Stop lying to people and passing the buck. And once again one bike was returned because the lights didnt work and you couldnt fix it not multiple bikes that you stated. If I could give mancuso less than one star I would. stop passing off other peoples junk and reselling it for a greatly higher price and try and be honest. Mancuso South hasnt been upfront or honest with me at all. Again stop lying to people and posting lies.

I will recommend this place because i had went to some other places and i would not qualify for an atv and they would not treat you with care and respect and when i came to team mancuso south as soon as you walk in they will try to help you and get what you want thanks to KYLE tech/sales he took care of me and had me informed what was going on made my dream true now i have 2017 can am 850 xmr ready to ride come and see them you wont regret!!! 100%sure !!!

Id like to thank the sales staff Richard Carter for being so knowledgeable and being able to assist me with my first time purchase of a 4 wheeler. I called in on a Tuesday morning and spoke with Charlie in sales and I wasnt feeling the enthusiasm from him over the phone so when I got there I asked for someone else and they gave me Jonathan he was great and helped me to save money on my insurance approx 300.00 dollars I really appreciated that help. The buying process was good to even though the interest rate was a bit higher than I wanted to pay for 72 months. I still got the bike and a 5yr. warranty for less than 200 a month which was somewhat close to what I wanted. Thanks again Team Mancuso for the cake, that was extra special. Keep up the good work.👍

Great experience overall. Salesman Kyle Logan was very attentive and worked hard to get us what we wanted. Such a large selection to choose from, but they need better management of inventory to not waste buyer’s time. We double checked on the availability of one before heading over and it was actually sold earlier that day but it wasn’t updated in the system. Tried to work out a deal on another, but more $ then we wanted to spend so we left. Kyle called us back the following day and they apparently had another one closer to our price range in the back. I give 5 stars b/c Kyle was awesome. They should have a spec sheet on every piece of equipment (with added accessories) that is easily accessible (like when you buy a car). The finance/paperwork was super quick and easy as well. My hubby even did it on his own 😉. Did I mention we got a chocolate cake when we finished the purchase??? That was a nice touch.
