My bumper was hit on my brand new car. (Toyota Corolla Hatchback). Caliber was wonderful and my car looks brand new. Rick Perez was great.

After being hit from behind I went to this company through my insurance. I was in and out in no time. They are also next door to a car rental place so I was able to walk over and get that taken car of as well. My car was finished faster than anticipated and I was constantly getting calls to need me updated on the status of my vehicle. When I picked up my car it looked amazing. I could not even tell it was in an accident. They also cleaned my car really well inside out. I will definitely come to this place if I ever need work in my car.

My hood would not open up I have been putting Irish Spring bars at night to deter rats. Realized I left one of the soap boxes close to the front of the hood inside…It would not open up… Took it to my mechanic and And he was unable to fix it..Went to five other places… Was recommended to go to some collision places as they would have the tools etc. to get to the latch under the hood to open the engine… Took it to one place Near Fletcher parkway… Was told it was going to be a minimum of $300 as they would have to pull out the whole front replace it etc.…Another mechanic place… $200 to $300 estimate… My final stop with this place… I had remembered it from years ago when I had a different car that was rear ended and they did amazing work then…Ashley at reception was a hoot thoroughly enjoyed Her personality… Dave… A manager offered to come out and give me an estimate… Long story short he drove it around back after about 15 minutes came back with the squished Irish Spring box in his hand… Him and another guy muscled it open he didn’t charge me or anything.. thank you for not trying to make a quick buck from a gal who didn’t know any better.. y’all are truely amazing.. professional.. and honest. Thank you! 🙏

After being hit by another driver, I had the car towed to Caliber as they were right up the street and the other driver’s insurance recommended them. A week and half later I finally got an estimate from them. Around that same time, the insurance company gave me an estimate of what they were willing to pay. Both estimates covered the same inventory and labor but that’s where it stopped. The insurance co was $1k difference than the one I got. Caliber did honor the lower price. Still, if it wasn’t for the insurance bargaining power I would have been shafted by Caliber for being a “walk-in”.As far as the quality, the repair looks great. Paint blended nicely and they used OEM parts.Customer Service: After a month and half, they knew me by name. Unfortunately, I was the one who called. No one called me unless they were returning my call the NEXT day.

Awesome experience. They got my Toyota Tacoma back to me faster than what was originally quoted. Took it to them on a Tuesday, it was available for pick up that Friday. They had originally estimated that it would take 10 days to fix. Highly recommend going to them for any repairs.

They are honestly the most professional repair shop that I have been to. Theyre knowledgeable and on top of their repairs. Definitely recommend them.

The service was great and the staff was very professional. My car was hit on thanksgiving and when I brought it in to Caliber they were able to give me an estimate on the spot. The only complaint I have is that I called a few days after getting my estimate and it was like I was never there before. They didn’t have any paperwork from my transaction. I seemed like a rare case though as I wasn’t getting repairs done through a standard insurance claim. Otherwise, the staff is great, the workmanship is phenomenal and they were extremely quick.

I own a 2016 Dodge Dart with a fake hood scoop. The hood by itself with paint and installation was almost $2000. The car repair took longer than estimated, but in the end it was done right.

Jessica at caliber collision was amazing. She jumped through hoops to make sure that I was completely satisfied. She even looked in my car for something I lost while it was their shop to see if I had left in there. She had my car ready before the time it was promised to be ready. And she Stayed in constant communication with me. This is my second time taking my vehicle here and I was highly satisfied the first time also. Jessica is the reason I felt I had to leave a review. Absolutely the finest service we have ever experienced. Mike is fantastic. We have had the misfortune to need their services 3 times in about a year and highly recommend them, especially Mike - a great guy. Have also recommended them to 2 other friends who were equally impressed.

Jessica was awesome to work with. Great communication. I had a couple small issue I had to come back for. One we think was prior to my accident but she and her team took care of it anyways.

Mike was extremely professional and he assisted with taking care of my needs while being able to restore my vehicle back to its pre-loss condition. My Ruby Red has been here 3 times. 1st was because of a tire piece flew right into the front of my car. 2nd A Buck ran in front of me and tore the front of my car and Both times Calibur took care of her and put her back together. This last time she was totalled because I was rear ended and now I had to say goodbye to my Ruby Red. I sure miss her😥😭

Brought my car in after an accident that wasnt my fault, insurance approved car to be looked at by mechanic and bodywork. Car was supposed to be seen by a mechanic before bodywork was done. Didnt take car to a mechanic, just did the bodywork, returned my car to me in an unsafe condition, brought car back, returned it again saying they needed approval from insurance company, they already had approval the first time! Manager was rude and disrespectful after my complaint about letting me drive a car that was never looked at by a mechanic and was unsafe to drive! Both insurance and myself decided to bring my car to an independent mechanic, since Caliber, would have to send my car out, (no mechanic onsite) car was fixed and paid for by insurance as it should have been the first time! Bodywork was sloppy and ugly. I will never take my car back here again.

Dropped my car off at Poway but too busy. They moved it to LaMesa. Mike and his crew totally rocked this repair. Daily feedback texts on progress. Long initial estimate but finished in half the time. And the work looks amazing. Really happy with how fast and smooth repairs went.

Caliber Collision of La Mesa provided outstanding service in the body and trim work on my 2005 Toyota Tundra. As I was limited for time, management and staff were very supportive in expiditing my repairs. As my insurrance dedictible fell short of the total expense, Caliber Collision provided extremely fair pricing. I was particular impressed by the Facility General manager, Mr. Padilla who provided clear and concise information regarding my repairs. This is a well run facility that provides superior customer serviuce. Should I rquire additional body and trim work in the future, Caliber Collision in La Mesa will be my Go To Facility.

Raul was amazing from the beginning! He was efficient, knowledgeable and made the process way easier than I had anticipated. Upon my car being finished, he drove my car to my work place due to there being a conflict in me being able to pick my car from Caliber Collision on the day it was ready. The BONUS was that he offered to drive my rent a car back to Enterprise which is located right next door to this location. Where else can you go and receive this type of customer service! If your unsure about this place, DON’T BE! They will take care of you and you won’t be disappointed!

My car was damaged by a coworker in a company vehicle while I was parked at work. I called around but most places just cared about getting me in through the door. I called Caliber Collision in La Mesa and they immediately answered all of my questions with out the pressure. I arranged to drop off my vehicle, have a rental car ready and all without any delays. From there they handled everything directly through the insurance and had my vehicle ready without any delays. Highly recommend them if you expect great customer service!

Had a 7:30 appointment this morning for an estimate. I was early. I was immediately greeted in a sincere & friendly manner by Sandra H., a customer service rep. She verified my appointment, offered coffee while courteously preparing the paperwork. I was then introduced to Hector R. who examined my vehicle and had me on my way in less than 20 minutes. Very profession and responsive to customer concerns.

Took my car in because someone smashed my trunk in. They ordered a new trunk and when it came in I took my car in. Rental car place right next door so it was fast and easy. I picked my car up exactly one week later and was very happy with the work they did. Car looks beautiful where they fixed it and painted. I wish the whole car looked as nice.

This place is great! There is plenty of staff and just random people to talk to. My experience with the two receptionists, Robyn and Annie is great! They are on top of everything, like answering the phone with the best customer service. You wouldnt expect it, after all, they deal with (rude, happy, sad) all different kinds of people but there attitude are in tip top shape all they want to do is help the situation by setting up an appointment and they offer you the best pop corn freshly made by Annie and the best cookies make by Robyn . Thank you all for making my experience better!

I cannot say enough good things about Caliber Collision. They repaired my moms car so that it looks brand new!!! In addition, Jessica, the most wonderful customer representative ever, drove my mom home in her newly repaired car. I was so grateful because of the heavy holiday traffic and my mom, who is in her 90s, had never driven in La Mesa. They followed me to my moms house and I drove Jessica back to work. It was such a wonderful gesture and I cannot thank her enough for her kindness. I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone. Everyone in the office was polite, helpful, offering hot drinks and popcorn, and the car was repaired in a reasonable amount of time considering the damage. Five stars all the way!!

Theyre great here - somebody rear-ended me and caused an atrocious amount of damage to my trunk, bumper and tail-light.Javier was amazing about giving me regularly updates on where my car was at in the process such as calling when the estimate was done, when insurance had responded, when theyd ordered parts, when theyd painted it, etc.They did an outstanding job and were extremely kind and helpful throughout the stressful ordeal. Even detail cleaned the car before I picked it up!Annie at the front desk was also very kind and personable throughout whenever we communicated as well.I highly recommend them!

Beware that they do not color match nor do they warn you that they do not color match on insurance work. Also took an extra 3 days over initial estimate and they could not give us an accurate ETA till 1 day before it was done. The office does seem well organized however. Overall underwhelming work and experience.

About 2 mouths ago I toke my car to get it fixed there. True they are friendly but what they say theyll do is not what I expected. They told me that it will be detailed information thought the whole car but no just where they fixed. This one really gets me I had $10.000 Bill only replaced one tire but not the hubcap that came off the tire they replaced. Thats why I didnt even bother going back there how can they explain that to me.

I went in for an estimate for multiple dents and a damaged Sideview mirror. He took it back to have the tech review the Sideview mirror and came back and had fixed it with no charge.

Holy moly, this place was pretty great. Took in my old POS for some work and the service manager tossed in a repair to my door handle (free of charge). Thanks!!

Our front grill and bumper were pushed out of place when hitting an extra high curb at the left front. Didnt seem like it should take too much to loosen, realign and tighten back up. Stopped by and talked with GIgi and she spoke to her manager after quickly reviewing the situation. She said it couldnt be be done at the moment, but if I could return in the early afternoon, it could probably be done while I waited. I stopped in a few minutes after 2 and sat down with one of their small snack pop-corns. She returned back with it straighten out within a half hour and the pop-corn only about 3/4 finished. - NO charge, and they wouldnt even accept a tip from this senior citizen. Yeah!!!
