The cashier was awesome, but several couples lined up in 2 registers…a female floor employee walked up to us all and literally yelled at everyone to line up in a different, designated area. She looked at us and rolled her eyes after “communicating.”…my wife and I have never been treated so poorly when spending $300! I will never go back to this location, and I will encourage others to avoid this location. South Bay customer service is always so awesome …I was literally shocked at the experience. And it was such a shame…La Mesa location was larger with a great inventory.

It has some good options of whiskey but the prices can be a little bit high.

Ordered online for pickup and was ready really fast. Didnt have to wait that long as well for pick up all around great service. Even had the beer I was looking all over for.

Very helpful staff and with mocktails coming into existence. There are alot of different syrups and bitters to choose from . We were asked 3 times if we needed help and my wife got exactly what she wanted and I found my favorite fun in the garage shots. Wow!-Wow! This shop was terrific! Last Monday, I went there, and the champagne and beers were really good and all right. I shall certainly come back as a happy customer. The room was tidy, not noisy, and had a great smell. Besides, very accommodating, polite, and sweet were the waiters/waitresses who were working. Thanks for your day. This shop will not be skipped by anyone!

Amazing Place selling amazing alcohol. Its one of the places that I bring family to get something when they are visiting from out of the country. Its an alcoholic Wonderland. If your more of an upscale alcoholic drinking the stuff behind glass, youre allowed the opportunity to hit the little paper button thats located on the glass that sounds a signal over the intercom of the store if you need help in whatever section youre in. Its comical so if youre trying to purchase scotch youll end up having a Scotsman say something about Scotch over the intercom in the store. Its a little bonus. Good selection. Good staff. And amazing non-alcoholic drink section.

I love La Mesa Bevmo. The selection is good and the employees are really nice and helpful. The only problem Ive been having is ordering online. When I order online using BevMos $10 off $75 coupon and pick it up the next day, the coupon is removed and I am charged full price. It is a hassle for me and the employee because I have to wait while they refund the difference on what I paid online and what I was actually charged. Look at your receipt carefully.

Ordered online for drive up pick up. Nobody came out had to go inside where It felt like I was bothering them? Since they did not actually bring it out youd think they would be nicer? Offer discount? Nope just attitude!

This store is great in particular because they carry a great selection of my favorite beer Einstok, Icelandic Beer. especially the berry ale however that one super popular so it sales out fast. But nevertheless this is my go to store for Einstok.

All employees were helpful and had great conversation/drink recommendations except some old big tall dude that was uncomfortably starting across the store at me.

Its a great place to look for all kind and different liquors, actually you learn what other countries traditions and festivities. Love it!

This is a great BevMo! The staff is very friendly and helpful, they have a great selection at reasonable prices, and the building has a good layout. The parking lot gets full and is laid out weird, but thats a small issue.

Dont go here for cheaper wine options. The local supermarket is cheaper like cupcake wine.They do have a big selection.Craft beer selection is limited and they dont tend to get the latest beers. I instead go to Palm springs liquor in La Mesa

Cant check customers out to save their lives. 8 people in line. They dont open a 3rd register. Lots of other staff in the store. The service and awareness of customers has consistently gotten lower and lower each I have come to this store in the last year. I will happily go elsewhere and pay significantly more money for my purchases.

Nice store! This was my first visit. The employees were very helpful! Lots to choose from. Pricing seamed on the lower side. At checkout, I was given a discount card. I saved over $7 on a $50 purchase! Not bad at all. I will definitely be going back there!!

I had been trying for weeks to get a particular seasonal beer in. It didnt look good until Michelle stepped in and I dont know what she did but she made the impossible happen. She was able to get me a case of what I needed. Every time I have been in this particular location all Associates appear to be helpful and seem like they enjoy their job.

Slowest Bevmo store in San Diego. And they never have correct inventory according to their app. You can drive there for some specific product( which their app says is available), and they wont have it in stock!!!

I ordered one item. I was finally able to speak with someone and was told my order should be ready before they close. I placed my order at 11:30 a.m. Due to the current situation, Bevmo should disable the pick up times and update their website with a statement that orders could be delayed due to the high volume of online orders. I could have gone to a grocery store but wanted to support Bevmo. My mistake.

Their online ordering system leaves a lot to be desired. Just easier to shop in store.

Wow--the quantity and variety of nips is unbelievable--if you are looking for a small amount of a hard liquor of any kind for a recipe or just to try before investing in a whole bottle, youll probably find it here! Plus a nice selection of non-alcoholic sodas (ginger, grape, root beer, etc). Friendly service.

What needs to be said its the best place to go locally to get your libations and such. The prices are great even if the big club warehouse stores may offer a few items a bit cheaper. The big stores dont have the variety and they dont have people like BrentHe is a very knowledgeable person that has help me make better quality purchases. He is honest and will tell you truth and he does try to upsell you. The nice thing is he can give you customer feedback real time based on what the customers tell him after a purchase and a tasting of said product. I highly recommend you check it out and if you need some great info ask for Brent, he is a busy man but he takes the time to help.

BevMo! Is a great place in general, and I like this location over most of the others. They have a great selection... Seriously great, and the people are always helpful. I noticed a large area devoted to cigars, so I plan to check that out next time.

Has selectively but not fully made any gain as a worthy store for me to shop at. Price higher than small liquor stores Ive been to. Went to this location for soda selections as gourmet upscale brands exist that i have not seen elsewhere. Avoid.

For the most part I have always had good luck and good service at this location until the other day when the service was so bad I actually felt the need to fill out one of their reviews on the receipt! If you know what you want and get it yourself youll have no problem, if you know what you want but need help getting it dont expect good help.

If you are looking for some fine wine or spirits, BevMo! is the place to go. The have beverages for just about every price range and the staff is well trained to help you find the perfect amount of bubbly without breaking your bank.

If you cant find it here, just experience the plethora of choices to treat your palate to. Love the beer selections, local, foriegn, and everything in between. Liquor, wine, soft drinks, snacks, accessories. Staff is ready and willing to help.

Huge selection of IPAs. Great customer service. The lady there recommended some great beer. I will definitely be coming back there for some more soon.

A large selection grape variety and prices reasonable

Ordered three items online due to this Covid stuff and it took over 3 hours to get those items. I ordered at 3 and My scheduled pickup time was 4-5 and its already 6 and its still not done. How hard is it, just put them in a bag. And on top of that I saw at least 6 workers in there.
