Robert Donneli really cares about his customers. He worked with me for a number of months to find the right mobility vehicle for my situation. I could not be happier because I’ve gotten my independence back. I’ve dealt with Mobility Works for the last four years with other products and found them to be easy to deal with, knowledgeable and caring. Give Robert a call for all of your mobility needs.
Lamin (la-mean) makes the hassle of finding the vehicle best suited for you, effortless. He truly has your best interest at heart and genuinely wants you to get the accessibility and independence you desire. Tell him what you’re looking for, then trust his recommendations; he won’t steer you wrong! The community thanks you
The entire staff made me feel like I was part of the family. Highly recommend.
Lamin and everyone at MobilityWorks have been wonderful. I’m a wheelchair user who is quite active, they helped me not only install hand controls that let me drive again, but they installed a ‘wheelchair topper’ on my car that lifts up, stores, and brings down my wheelchair. The team is always friendly and helpful. It’s not easy navigating the world of disability and all the gadgets that you end up needing, and the ones that improve your life. Truly, MobilityWorks made a difference in my life that I’m grateful for.
Vicks that guy! Great crew. Really helpful and want the best for you.
Mobility Works is a valuable source of information. I walked in without an appointment and received great information on how to begin the process of an accessible vehicle. Lamin [la-mean] Turay answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently. In addition, they have a very large inventory of new and used vehicles to match to your wants and needs. Please visit their website for photos and helpful information: mobilityworks.com
I am a personal injury Indy attorney who regularly needs transport specific types of medical transport and help for my injured clients. I always reach out to Lamin at mobility whenever I need help with booking a vehicle and he is a complete gentleman and makes the process very easy to deal with. If you need help you should definitely request Lamins help if you call in. I will definitely be recommending this business. To all my attorney friends!
Very nice people, but they charged me huge amount if money to replace two scooter batteries that were simple replacements. They are nice but I am NEVER going back. Too pricey.
Wow. Thank you for renting us a van! The experience was flawless. The van was great! Everything went smoothly. Thank you!
Great place for anyone that is looking for new and used wheelchair vans, scooter and electric wheelchair. And you could not find a more caring and wonderful staff.
Typical dealership sales style. They like to waste your time bargaining until you are tired and give them what they want.
What an awesome experience. We were in need of a wheelchair accessible vehicle for our son and did not think it could ever happen. The team at Mobility Works and specifically Robert made it happen! The understanding they give and knowledge of vehicles/hardware was priceless to us. You can trust them to look out for your best interest and help you meet your vehicle needs. Above and beyond on customer service!!
I have now purchased 2 mini-vans from Better Life Mobility and all I can say is that its the best car buying experience bar none. There are a couple other disabled dealers in the area, but there is no doubt Better Life is the best!I worked with Frank Nelson, Sales Manager, on a deal to trade in my 2009 Toyota Sienna for New 2014 Sienna. I had a couple of things that I wanted, a Limited with the radar cruise control. Frank and I worked on the deal for a couple months as the car wasnt even at VMI yet. He was so easy to deal with and after I put down a deposit, he kept me up to date on the progress of the conversion. Just a fantastic experience!I had purchased 2 other vans previously at the Ability Center and when I finally looked around and found Better Life I saved money and have enjoyed my experiences with them. There is absolutely no comparison between the 2. If you are in the market for a new or used accessible vehicle go to Better Life and ask for Frank Nelson.
Awesome staff: very courteous and responsive to questions. Never once did I feel pressured or pushed into buying a conversion for my grandfather. Great people that know what it takes to treat their customers right - the way Id want to be treated!
Wonderful experience.
Great staff and service
Received one day earlier.
Wonderful service by Marc Stevenson. He brought different vans to our home for us to try in our very difficult driveway. Outstanding service! We only have the best things to say about the company.
I purchased my mother’s van here and I have to say that my salesman was very helpful and provided me with all the necessary information. He walked me through all the steps I needed to purchase my van. In case you are looking for a wheelchair accessible van and you are not knowledgeable enough when it comes to these particular vehicles, I highly recommend Better Life Mobility Center in La Mesa. Mo I want to express my gratitude for giving my mother her mobility back and making it possible for me to take care of her.
I paid $10,000 for something never done. And still is not working I am very unhappy.
They didnt fix it
During June and July 2014, I contacted 3 mobility centers in the San Diego area in search of a company that provides a handicap accessible van and was willing to work with the VA. All my contacts were either in person or telephonically. The 3 businesses I contacted were, Ability Center, Golden Boy Mobility and Better Live Mobility. The only business I was comfortable working with and believed was forthright with me, was Better Life Mobility. Lou and Frank helped me obtain a van with100% VA funding and no out of pocket expenses for the individual I am caring for, Robert. The van was a 2014 Dodge with 19,000 miles. They even found a white van which is the color Robert desired. After I obtained delivery of the van, they continued to assist with me by installing additional adaptive equipment in the van. They again worked with the VA and the additional work was at no cost to Robert. Bottom line, Robert received a $48,000 van (with the color he desired) at no cost to him! I highly recommend Better Life Mobility. If your are a Veteran, Lou or Frank will walk you through the VA process and help you get the same benefits Robert received! Thank You Lou and Frank............Demetrios and Robert
Had one of the drivers in spring valley run a red light and I had toslamon my breaks to avoid a crash...called the main office to report to a manager they sent me to voice mail and two hours later still no return call. ALSO the Prius she was driving has no passanger mirror.
Use this place for work. Always been helpful, great service.
Great service and very good office personnel.
I will not rate this place with any stars, because they suck! I went there a week and a half ago and sat there for well past and hour just waiting for a price to fix a problem with a scooter I bought from them. No one ever gave me a price, they ask for my phone number and told me they were short handed and that they would call me with a price in about and hour, 3 days later I called them because i never heard back from them, they told me there mechanical guys were all at lunch and they would call me back in a couple hours, later that afternoon I called them again, then they told me the guy had went out again, and after I let them know how pissed I was that they were ignoring my problem again they assured me they would call me back...of course they didnt, when I called them again, they had some other reason why they still couldnt give me a price, oh yea they said their guy had to go to the hospital and again they told me they would call me on Monday, today is Tuesday of course i never heard from them, and now Im just looking for someone else that fixes scooters, because this place has the worst customer service i have ever ran across in my life!!!!!!. I guess the measly small amount they will make on fixing my scooter that i bought from them, just doesnt rate the customer service standard!!!! I certainly would advise anyone thinking of going to this place for any thing, to find some other place to go, because if you are handicapped and need your scooter fixed so you can be more mobile, forget it, because these people dont give a damn!!!!!!!!!!!! I am now stuck unable to go anywhere because my scooter is broke, and I have wasted a week and a half of my time, trying to get these jerks to help me! worst customer service I have ever ran across in my entire life!!! and that is no exaggeration!!!( unfortunately, unless I clicked at least 1 star it wouldnt let me post this review, but truthfully they dont rate any starts at all!)
Really bad warranty service.Ramp broke down over weekend and shop is closed, and the technician on call wouldnt answer his phone..
Terrrible customer service
