Oh was an extreme asset to my business these past two days. I was in need of a rushed order and Oh went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and confident in my product. Very bad customer services. Initially when she started her business, she was very helpful. Later when her business got better, she was pretty much always late to have my job ready and this happened a lot of times.Her prices are also little too high compare to others. Her banner printing especially takes a lot of time. Moreover, many times you go to her store and she is not there. It was very tiring to wait for her to come to her store.For my last project she took so much time to complete my job and later when I request minor changed, she refused. Even thought I have been coming to her store for more than 4 years.Finally, I have decided not to go there anymore. Enough is enough. Please dont go there if you want timely delivery and other issues I have mentioned above.
