Wow! I am so fortunate to have found Merlin Embroidery. I needed a last minute project, and WOW....did they deliver!!! Fast turn around, friendly and professional and very knowledgeable in what they do. I could hardly wait to get my husbands surprise embroidered hats and polos back....mind you it only took 2 days! The quality is fabulous and pricing is better than competitive. Bonus....they have an option for after hours pick up. I would go nowhere else for all of my embroidery needs!

Glad to say out of the few times ive been coming here for their embroidery work because of google maps Im glad this location came up, they really give a Spot on 5 star experience everytime. Kevin and Jeremy very easy going folks and hard working men at the same time is incredible along with the staff workers very nice and always acknowledge the customers if no one is at the counter yet. And my product always come out better than the vision I had in mind and is finished in a timely manner with reasonable prices major salute to that!! Easily recommend this spot to people that actually want their logos to stand out worth the trip and price.

I have been working with Merlin Embroidery for many years now and if you want amazing work, fast turn around, and great prices work with them amd you will never need another embroider.

Ive never used an embroidery service until recently and considering what project i wanted done, i took a chance and went to Merlins. I came to the shop with an unusual request project to have a guitar strap embroidered with my favorite imagines; i was amazed at how excited the staff was to get it done. I sent my favorite imagines, they quoted me a price and were super flexible on the payment time. In the end, the strap turned out amazing! It was one of the coolest designs ive seen and the best part was; It was unique and one of a kind. I cant thank everyone enough for taking the time to work on it for me and i hope to bring it back to add more in the future. Keep up the good work guys!

This place is the best. Don’t go anywhere else. I was referred by Golf Mart to go here, to get my custom golf bag taken care of. I was expecting to pay $300+ because I needed the graphic design customized. I showed them what I wanted and they made it for me in the blink of an eye. The price was so low it made my eyes pop out. I came in on Monday at 10am and my custom golf bag was ready by 3pm. These guys love what they do. They truly made me feel like a king. Please don’t go anywhere else, you will be mad that you did.Shop with these guys.The quality was off that chain.I’m only going to them from now on.

We were referred to Merlin Embroidery by good friends who own a local coffee shop, and no wonder: theyre fantastic! We called in about getting our sons new soccer backpack embroidered with his name, and they took care of us right away. Amazing service; friendly souls; smiling faces. We were seriously treated like long-time friends even though we barely met... and it was JUST a backpack! Theyve won us over. I can now say we have a go-to shop for all our screen printing and embroidery needs in the future.

My daughter is on a gymnastics team, and she received her team gear as a Christmas gift. Competitions start this week, and I had a last minute idea of embroidering her name on her jacket and bag so it would be easy for her to identify her gear. I found Merlin Embroidery online. They are within a mile of our house. I went there this morning hoping to have it done in time for her first meet on Friday (three days from the date I entered the business). Much to my surprise they were able to complete it within the hour. I am very happy with the quality and the great service. I also found the price to be reasonable. Now I am trying to find other things to embroider.

Called up about getting a custom logo put on to one of their bags in the morning. Had the logo designed, bag delivered from out of state, and embroidered by the afternoon of the next day! Amazing service and quality. Made me feel like my one off order was just as important as a big business contract. I will definitely be coming back to get more work done!

Jeremey is nice here but, as someone else mentioned below, the owner Kevin is unprofessional, rude and unable to communicate like an adult. They promised us dates and then totally passed them without even batting a lash. Weve used them twice now and it was painful from start to finish. We were hopeful the first time was just bad luck but the second time was even worse. Do not use them if you are on a time crunch or wanting to support a local *friendly* business as they basically work on their terms only. Not to mention their prices are outrageously expensive for 0 customer service or respect for your time. Hopefully,​ Jeremey can leave and start his own place soon as he was far more helpful than the owner, boo to you.And your reply is missing a lot, your original promises to us, your lack of response to my previous email and the fact that I had to hunt you down for an update and when I did, you basically told me you can no longer assist as promised. For someone so busy, you sure seem to have a lot of time to argue online though! Later!

I had the immense pleasure of working with Kevin on a surprise gift for my boyfriend. I bought an adidas tracksuit and wanted to get my boyfriend’s favorite video game character’s icon embroidered over the adidas logo on the pants and the jacket. I contacted the shop through their online website and received a response later that evening. Kevin was very professional and patient; answering all of my questions and concerns very quickly and informatively.I brought the tracksuit in on a Monday afternoon, and was able to pick it up at their after hours locker on my way home from work Wednesday evening.Kevin made sure to stay in constant contact, providing me with progress pictures and updates. I really appreciate him doing so, as I know that he and the shop are very busy. I was helped by Jeremey when I dropped the tracksuit off; and he was very kind and answered any additional questions that I had.I am a bit of a worrier, having had bad experiences with previous projects and companies. But Merlin’s Embroidery alleviated all of my stress and anxiety with the constant communication. I didn’t have to ask for a single update; it was provided unconditionally and without prompting.I can’t thank them enough for their hard work and professionalism. I am so impressed and grateful. The embroidery covered the logos perfectly, they are lined up, symmetrical and are incredible quality. I can’t wait to gift this custom, one of a kind tracksuit to my Metroid obsessed boyfriend! They provide solutions with a smile. I have a polo shirt with some lettering that needed to be corrected. I called all around to see if embroidery shops would take out embroidered lettering and embroider over it but all said no until I came across Merlin. Kevin helped me on the phone, and Jeremy was super kind to stay a little after closing time while I waited for the work right then and there! I came last week to get my shirts done kev from front desk very rude and unprofessional. He had very bad attitude towards me while all I was asking was for some shirt design for my restaurant.

Got quoted 15 dollars for 3 names on doll clothes and came to the shop and all of a sudden its 15 each would not recommend this place to anyone

They are super friendly and rushed my order without an extra charge, even for a single item. Awesome service!
