The owner helped me get my wedding ring resized. I had hurt my ring finger and was unable to wear my wedding ring for months. She added gold to make it larger and it fits perfectly!Highly recommend this place for a more personalized service.

Not from here but stopped by to get an ankle bracelet and walked out with way more than expected!! Service was great, quick, and easy. I feel like a lot of jewelers just want to sell you anything but not Rose, she listened and stayed focus on what I wanted! But of course everything in the store was so nice that I had to get more! also keep in mind Rose, the owner, buys and sells gold! It was great! Highly suggest!

I brought in jewelry that needed some repairs. I got a call they were done two days later very fast. Picked them up everything looked great. Dropped off some jewelry to be cleaned and loved.Cleaning up my jewelry box glad I found them.Lama

On October 19, 2020 I took my watch Tissot for batteries to be replaced and the lady with black hair damaged my watch by breaking the back gasket so I had to take it to a real watch repair store and it cost me $65 to get it fixed. If you care about your watch please stay away from this store. Always use certified watch repair store. I used Magic Touch Jewelry and Watch Repairs. Please take my advice and NEVER take any watch to this store.

The new shop is really nice and has a lot more space. Rose at Royalty R has always helped me keep my timepieces in tip top shape. She knows how to repair crystals and make other repairs. She is conscientious so I know that when I get it back it will be fixed right. And she doesnt charge a crazy price, her pricing is fair. She has a nice selection of other jewelry there too. Rose takes good care of her customers.

I have been this Royalty Jewelers’ customer over 10 years at different location. I have been treated like Royalty. She is extremely helpful and has been giving me and my family the proper advise for selecting what is appropriate with reasonable price.
