Really, really nice lamps great deals, very friendly workers.

I have heard/ commercial on TV and finally went with my sister in law to look at all the beautiful lamps, lighting and ambiance was very nice.

Amazing customer service, attentive staff, sales rep will help as much as they can, and try to meet your expectations.

I was very frustrated after I left the other afternoon which is the reason for my one star one word review.To elaborate, I went in looking for some outdoor fixtures to install on new outdoor lighting around a new slider I just installed in my master bedroom. I tried to ask questions of a staff member a number of times on different fixtures and he seemed annoyed about my questions on motion sensors, dusk to dawn operations and quality of construction. His responses were short and almost seemed annoyed by my questions and had the attitude that he had better things to do.

This is the place to see the whole range about what is available in lighting. It always seems to be a busy place so be prepared to wait. Maybe a number system would allow the consultant to finish with one customer before she has to run off to the next one.I was happy with advice I received so it was worth the rush.

Great spot with tons of lighting option. A bit on the high priced size but good reduction to MSRP listed on products. Service was top notch.

The customer service, by Alicia, at this store is one of the best experiences Ive had in trying to get a replacement part for a ceiling fan. Alicia went above and beyond in her communication and willingness to find the part needed. Amazing! I would recommend this store to ALL. And... surprising to me... they dont just carry light bulbs and lighting fixtures... They have decorator items and some furniture...like bar stools, water feature fountains, mirrors.....

Very good customer service. My lamp bulb couldnt be replaced (a built in LED light) but I was given almost $45 as a credit toward a new purchase. While there I browsed their unique decor and found a gorgeous conch shell on a stand on sale. A good experience.

Every time Ive come in Ive gotten helpful and knowledgeable service. This last time, Jenny and Esteban went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed (which included a ladder, rummaging through tons of bulbs and looking up a lot of info). This store has a good selection for many different tastes and excellent customer service.

Great selection of very nice fixtures and pieces at a reasonable price. The salespeople are very attentive but not pushy. The prices can get high for the nicer light fixtures, but the quality is there to support it. Weve purchased over 5 different lights (wall sconces, chandeliers, stand lamps) and weve had most of them for over 8 years. They still look amazing, and not a single one has had an issue.

Got the table cheaper at Amazon. Lamps plus is still a good place

Quality ceiling fans available with competitive prices. Dont get your ceiling fans from a large construction warehouse.

Something for nearly everyones taste. We bought three pole type lamps for our family room. Very reasonable prices for top quality merchandise. Salespersons were very helpful and knowledgable. We shopped at the Morena Blvd and La Mesa branch stores. The Morena store is very large with a correspondingly large selection.

Everything you want or need in lamps, light bulbs and lighting. A million more things you didnt know they sold, like furniture and area rugs. (Who doesnt need a crystal chandelier for their dream room?) Ideas you never thought about spring up when you walk in to the store. Very friendly staff. What they dont have, they can tell you how to get from their online store. Or, theyll help you order it on the spot. I could spend all day in this store (and apparently, Im going to need a much bigger house.) New manager, Mark, is above and beyond expectations in all aspects of helpfulness and courtesy.

Employee were very rude over the phone and not very helpful in store I called for a price adjustment for a nightstand I had purchased in store and spoke to Marcela and she was annoyed that I was asking for an adjustment and I spoke to the manager and he was also rude won’t be buying from this store ever again.
