Nice, save and quite place to live in. The tenants are good people and you dont need to worry about trouble makers or other problems. And our manager Dita is outstanding. She always helps the tenants when needed, tries hard to cut us a good deal with Chris Welsh, the park owner, and her children Kilian and Audrey are her best helpers. My son and I are leaving and we will miss all of you and keep you all and the park in our memories. After all we have been here about a total of 11 years but moving now to be close to our relatives out of state.
Its just a fabulous and beautiful place I could go here everyday I highly recommend it!
It is a small mobile home park but they do allow RVs for a short term. No club house, no pool, just a plain lot, brand new hook-ups, nice and quiet neighbors. The location is perfect, only 15 minutes to Mission Bay, Down Town, or Balboa Park. For La Jolla and Coronado add 10 more minutes.Rent is very reasonable, $950 for RV space, in a clean, drug and drama free park. Our motorhome is 45 so we barely made it fit but so worth it. We emailed the office on Wednesday and were approved within minutes of submitting our application. We moved in on Friday. A nice neighbor helped us get in and hook up.If you dont have a car, the lake is just a short walk away. The same goes for Starbucks and bus stops that take you to the trolley station.
I am looking to move into a mobile home park..and reading the reviews I will be calling to see if there are any openings..or when there maybe
Space rent went up almost 50% this year! My space rent was $445 a month, (grandfathered in & lived on this space, for over a 20 years) now its over $800. There are NO amenities except for a laundry room $3.50 a load. People are having to sell their mobile homes or move them out. The park has only 5 older MHs left. This was a 55+ MHP then went to all age in 1990.
Lived here my whole life. Nice place, very quiet.
Safety measures in place and followed
