I had purchased a 3 piece luggage set. I finally got around to using the largest bag for a trip to Europe. Well sadly the wheel housing collapsed on its first adventure! When I got home I contacted Travelers Club. I spoke to Monica, who walked me through the warranty process and had a new bag sent out in no time.

Good staff. Friendly and professional. Got me loaded in 2 hours. The lot is a bit small, but theres enough room to straighten out and back.

I bought this and took it on one trip and the handle pin fell out....grrr, (strike 1). OK then....I get that sometimes cheap products made in China may have faults and break on occasion...fine. Im a reasonable person, so I reached out to their customer service via their website thinking they may stand behind their product and replace it...Ive never even received a response...nada! So no replacement (strike 2) and no acknowledgement of my issue, nothing but radio silence from the customer service team (strike 3). You guys SUCK!

So, if have Travelers Polo and Racquet Club Luggage, you may want to read this. You are out of luck if you need replacement parts for you TPRC Luggage. They do not stock them. So, if you are out of warranty the only choice you have is to purchase new luggage. Well, that will not be a new set from Travelers Polo and Racquet Club for sure. I left a negative review on their web page regarding this issue and they refused to post it in order to keep their ratings up.
