Jacob is as nasty as they come! There are 2 separate incidents that occurred which I will not be returning.I walked into FedEx with a gift box with a bow. It was a gift for someone. Well, Jacob I guess thought he was top flight security…he questioned me 4 times of what was in the gift box. This is not their protocol and very condescending on Jacobs part. I felt I was being interrogated by the police. It wasn’t liquids or any explosive, and he did ask that and I confirmed it wasn’t. He also asked was it fragile, I said yes, and he that wanted to know what it was — I was being general, but he kept pushing to see exactly what it was — he wanted to know all the contents in the small gift box. Then, when I told him what was in the box, he corrected my word as if I was pronouncing it incorrectly. That’s not protocol, and definitely a concern for me. I ended up going to another location because I felt my package was unsafe.Second incident/last straw. My mom went in to print something, and she was at the counter with another customer who was being serviced by Jacob. Jacob placed the receipt in the customers hand — which is politely and respectful, but when my mom was being serviced, he placed it on the counter which was very rude. The only difference between the customers were race.Jacob, you have poor customer service. I’m a business owner, I work with clients every single day in person and by email, and I can assure you that is not how to treat customers. Perhaps there needs to be a staff customer service building lesson to Jacob. I’ve never had issues with any other representative there, but him on 2 occasions. Because of that, FedEx LaPlata has lost a customer, and I will being taking my money and service elsewhere, and I will ensure that anyone I know who services this location will go elsewhere.

Jason, the store manager, was very rude. He assisted another customer before helping me. I had been there five minutes before the other customer came in. His tone of voice indicated he did not want to be bothered with what I needed done.

Jacob is rude. Just like the comment below stated, seems like he is that way towards a certain race of people. I had a similar experience. I wont be servicing this location anymore and will go to UPS Store which is right across the street or go to FedEx Waldorf, I get better service there and it’s not based on my race or skin color. Jacob needs to be talked to. Hopefully managers or the store owner will see this and actually do something.

Wasted way too much time already trying to pick up a gift for my cousins son. Definitely not going to go into two pages describing how bad this experience was. Suffice it to say I will not be using this location or FedEx Office again. Would not have chosen to use them in the first place, but this is who the vendor used. Had I known that I would not have bought this gift.

I sent different packages to both of my brothers. Verified the shipments with the rep. My brothers received the wrong packages. It has been a nightmare ever since. Talked to store manager, still waiting for resolution.

Jason is the best customer service representative Ive dealt with in a very long time. He was helpful, knowledgeable, patient, efficient, and a very kind man.FedEx/Kinkos should recognize him as a hard worker with a great attitude! Thank you Jason for doing an exceptional job!

Customer service absolutely sucked. Lady behind the counter acted like she couldn’t be bothered with anything and made it clear she didn’t want to be there. Not the least bit friendly or welcoming, I’ll stick with UPS.

Customer service has been so terrible both times I’ve been to this store. I have never typed a review for any business, but this place needs to know to hire some new people. A guy named Brian has been the employee I dealt with . He was completely clueless. He couldn’t answer any of my questions. I knew more about this equipment in the store than he did. He kept doing things incorrectly, multiple times, and it cost ME more money because he was so clueless on how to do his job. I was asking him to assist me using the equipment he works with, and yet I knew much more than he did. My fiancé and I both smelled alcohol on his breath on the 2nd visit there, and on this occasion he appeared intoxicated, due to swaying, glassy eyes, slurring, and confusion. I attempted to call the store tonight to get his manager’s name, and I had to call 5x before he even picked up. The first 4x I called, he would pick up, and hang up after it rang 1-3 min (depending on the call). On the 5th call, he answered after about a minute, but he did give me his manager’s name, being Jason. He just does not seem to be intersted in trying to do his job or learning how.

Perfect experience from this store manager, he was nice and willing to work with me. I had a confusing process with apple and he knocked it out in less than 5 minutes.

I work with this office on almost a daily basis. The Office Manager is above and beyond professional. All of our copies, plans and scans are done with accuracy and professionally.

Went there 3/20/18 at 6:45 pm. Sign on the door saying back in 30 minutes, sorry for the inconvenience. Not a great business practice...especially since there was not a departure time on the note for frame of reference, so how long would I have to wait. 30 minutes from when???

A HORRIBLE experience. Ive been there twice and each time was met with RUDE employees - even the manager. Ill never go there again. Customer service is lost on them.
