Went there to replace my truck batteries under warranty, Ms Elizabeth was so courteous and helpful. You must ask for her. This Napa is the best one I ever been to.

All Napas are very pricey compared to other local part stores. They usually have what you need be it for automotive, construction equipment, or agricultural if they dont they are pretty quick to get it. Customer service is outstanding!

Typically a good place for parts but cant get through to them on phones and have been hung up on twice now in under 15 seconds of call time

I travel all over the coast here in the U.S for work with my crew boat and this is one of the better ones. Guys and gals here are all very helpful and go the extra mile to get you your parts. Better then my home town NAPA and I love my NAPA!

Worst napa experience ever. The person attending me at counter was non attentive and had a bad attitude. Told me they are a independent and do not honor napa warranties from other stores. Dont waste your time here. Save your self the time wasted and go to a real NAPA.

It has been years since Ive been in Napa La Porte however I immediately remembered why I love coming here not only do they have pretty much everything you need the staff is extremely friendly and it feels like a very at home environment I remember being a kid and being able to sit on a bench at a Napa with my grandparents waiting on parts for the tractors and feeling that way when I was young not much has changed in 37 years

This is a REAL auto parts store, the last of a dying breed. The guys here are top notch, know exactly what they sell and how it works, and have never let me down. Ive been going to this Napa (Allen & Kerber) for years now and couldnt recommend them more. They are not the cheapest place to go, but you have to understand youre paying for the best auto parts service that, more than likely will save you a costly trip to the mechanic or save you from buying more parts than you need to fix something.

They had the random lawnmower belt we needed so it was a good experience.

You can not beat Napa, you go in and they will get you what you need period. The employee had to double check if the hose that I was replacing was compatible with what they had and that was it, its already installed on my truck and Im on the road again.
