Blew an air charger clamp on my brand new Anthem. Its a poorly designed crimp on clamp used for ease of assembly at the factory. I replaced it with the proper spring t-bolt clamp, which I carry with me. I came here to get the clamp reimbursed under warranty. I was told I needed to wait for their mechanic to look at my truck. Why?! I had already repaired the issue! I left to find another Mack dealer who can think outside of the box.

Guys at service desk were amazing and helpfull.They took me in same morning and solve the problem afternoon!!Great job!

Had a piece of equipment from United rentals wreck my mudflap hangers on the last load, got the parts cheap, staff was extremely helpful. Really they went above and beyond, i would do all my repairs here if i owned the truck. I highly recommend this facility.

I came here because I had only heard good things. That wasn’t how it went for me. I got a truck from them with an inspection sheet that said everything was good. The truck lasted about two weeks before I had a serious issue. After a mechanic I know inspected the truck he pointed out a large amount of problems the truck had so I took it back to them three weeks ago and haven’t heard a word since. I haven’t been kept informed very well and have a very hard time getting any emails returned!

The most dishonest, rudest people you will ever encounter under one roof. When you complain and want reimbursed the general manager then tells you the service provided was at 1/2 price.... The same free service if you go to Nextar Mack in Huntsville, AL. Compare prices for parts at the same Nextar... You will be amazed!! The GM was to call me back... Something he never did as well as Brad ( owner) from cooperate office... Kept my truck 3 days never brought it in the shop (but charged shop time) finally ran the code after day 3 then say they dont have record of the code. Read all the reviews and choose wisely! I have dealt with Nextar in Huntsville, AL in the past, they are further from me but well worth the trip!!

The unit was clean and mechanics very prompt and courteous to me and my needs...On way to office,got a check fuel filter light.... Took it back and had it tended to in no time.... We have a new Anthem, and it was do its first PM Service, we had some other minor issues that come purchasing a new truck. We had fog light issues and course the fault codes wouldnt duplicate. Im so impressed with them finding the fog light problems, easy fix, also all other minor repairs. Hats off to Duane and all of the mechanics who worked on our truck. A special shot out to Matt. Their parts department provides world class service. Troy, our outside sales rep really makes everybody at the City of Franklin shop feel like we’re part of the Mack family.

Kept truck a month then charged me for charges already paid for. Wouldnt recommend this Mack Dealership to anyone.

Please,please,please do not go there!!!!!! They want to charge me for EGR valve around 3400$, like 6 hours labor, also parts 1500$ plus 2 hours diagnostic plus fees etc etc. Rip offfffffff!!!!!!!! Just stay away guys!!!!! I dont know who its the manager, just terrible place!!!!! They charge me 405$ for diagnostic!!!! Diagnostic and estimate should be like 2 hours, I was here from 9:30 till almost 2:00 to tell me 3400$. What a waiste of time!!!! OMG!!!

Had a service call to I-24 exit 97 EB Beechgrove, TN. Needed a oil pump replaced and had to make call to Cummins dealer in Nashville to see if they had the part. Service tech from McMahon drove from their facility 13.5 miles to Cummins and then 33 miles to exit 97, total miles round trip 93. We were charged 4.25 hours labor for tech to make this run plus another hour to do the actual work. We were told during the initial call we would be charged 2 hours travel plus the time for placing the oil pump which was 1 hour. When they finally put together invoice they charged a total 5.25 hours labor @ $140.00 per hour. We were expecting 3 hours total labor and got sucker punched for extra 2.25 hours. The service manager claimed it took tech 4.25 hours to leave their facility go to Cummins and to truck. Hope the tech enjoyed his $315.00 lunch period we ended up getting socked for.

It took this shop 4 hours to do a PMI. Speedco, 1 or less. Complete incompetence on behalf of this dealer. Id recommend going elsewhere for a PMI. These people have no appreciation for their customers time. None. Complete joke. And when the paper work came to the window, it wasnt complete and I had to wait for it completion. No apologies whatsoever.

This was the worst experience that Ive ever had. If youre an owner operator please dont go here. No complaints about the work done, but extremely expensive and extremely rude office employees. Please be weary and read the reviews on here.

They are slow. They dont have a clue how to fix a truck right. Supervisors are rude and disrespectful. By all means dont lease from here, because if you need anything done to the truck, they will keep it that much longer, because they can.

I try to buy a used truck there and the sales man Matt Gantner keep giving me the run around saying that he did not have a key for the truck left him my cell to call me when he had it ready and never did, very bad way to do business

Phones and mail are not answered for a long time, after signing up to the service I really regretted that I could sign up! The truck was broken, the original defect was not eliminated, instead of the promised 2 hours for repairs, I stayed there 3.5! Everywhere he was late and suffered losses. The masters are unqualified and very slow at the same time! If you break down, or need additional ordering of parts, choose another company.
