I had the best experience working with Kristina from beginning to end! We started working on my project at the end of August 2019. I am very particular and changed my mind about things numerous times and Kristina always went above and beyond to make sure I would be happy with the final product. I chose white zen quartz with a quarter round edge and a 50/50 sink. It was affordable and the countertops were installed within 5 business days of payment. I’m so happy with how it all turned out and highly recommend working with Kristina!

The Quartz counter tops had numerous, 15 or more, flaws, chips, discolorations that I easily saw. Granted the contractor should have seen the flaws when they picked up the counter tops at Granite Empire. The tops were installed then I looked at them and saw the flaws. Granite Empire sent out 3 guys to repair the flaws. I asked one of the guys if they did quality assurance at the plant, he said yes, but we dont have these bright overhead LED lights like you have to see all the defects... I was what???? Took two trips for them to repair the product. For the money one spends on Quartz, there should be no defects let alone 15 or more. The contractor reduced the total cost of the project because of the issues. Just have your contractor inspect the product before it leaves Granite Empire, then you inspect it before anything is installed.The two stars instead of 1 was because the second group of guys sent to do the repairs did a decent job.

Kristina and Granite Empire as a whole were outstanding. My wife and I were in the middle of a full kitchen remodel and we couldnt have done it without them! They were prompt, professional, regularly communicated and had prices well within our budget. They also had the complete tear out and replacement done same day! Outstanding work from an outstanding company. We would highly recommend!

I just got my countertops installed today and I love them. I was very indecisive in the beginning of this process but Ricky was really patient with me and very helpful! He answered all of my questions and never made me feel like I was getting on his nerves. He even made suggestions on their different products when he saw I was getting overwhelmed with all of the different options they have. What a great company to deal with. We ordered our countertops and they were installed within 6 business days. Jasmine was great to work with. I only had one issue and it was a very small one. The installers forgot to seal my countertops prior to leaving. I contacted Jasmine and she had someone out there the next business day to seal them. This company is great to work with and I highly recommend them.

Jessica was a professional and a pleasure to work with. Victor came out 150 miles to SC, measured. And returned on schedule to do an excellent install. High quality, professional craftsmen! I took a chance to save $2000. Dollars and I could not be happier!! Give them a chance you will not regret it!!

Salesperson was friendly and helpful. Price was reasonable. Scheduled to install today between 10-12, I called them at 12 to find out where they were. If you make an appointment time, keep the appointment time, Ive now lost over half a day where my tile guy could have finished tiling the shower but because there was a threat of you arriving at 10am, he was waiting.Updated from a 3 to 4 star, installers got here and quickly got everything installed. looks good. Would have been a 5 star if they had gotten here on time or called and said they were going to be late.

This place has been great to work with. Kristina was very helpful in the selection process and kept us up to date every step of the way. Everyone that we worked with was polite and knowledgeable. Victor was very thorough when he came out to do templates. I knew we were in good hands as he went over every detail of our countertops to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Antwon greeted me by name in the parking lot even though we had never met. He recognized me by the kitchen sink I was carrying. This is evidence that they are each personally vested in their work. The installation crew was extremely polite and conscientious. They asked me multiple times if I had any questions or concerns as they worked diligently on our install. One of the main things that I look for when working with skilled tradesmen is that they take pride in their own work. It was apparent that everyone at Granite Empire took pride in their work and for good reason. They did a great job, and the turnaround time was extremely impressive...less than 4 days from the time I signed the contract to completion. We are new to the area and purchased a home here in Hendersonville and have been shopping for some new granite. Thanks to modern technology we came upon Granite Empire and have had the pleasure of working with Dillon. Could not be happier with both. Granite Empire is AMAZING! I just drove by one day to stop and look as we are building a Barndominium and were in nees of counter tops. Benjamin greeted me and was AMAZING! He had the best customer service that I have ever received from a company.He was very knowledgeable, kind and had patience while I made my decision. I even had a project piece that needed modifications and their service/fabricating team was amazing! They matched the edge PREFECT!!! I know it was a difficult edge to match but Granite Empire made it happen AND it looks AWESOME AND BEAUTIFUL! Benjamin has been there helping me through the process and again has gone above and beyond customer service. The times I called I was greeted and have been greeted with a super nice and friendly voice by Kristina. She too has been so helpful! Their employees try to always help you and make you feel important. Eddie in the installation department is super AWESOME!. He has ALWAYS been so accommodating with scheduling install and wants to make sure it is done perfect . The installers have been so friendly, professional and pays attention to all the details. I could not have had a better experience with getting countertops for my home renovation. One of my contractors told me about Granite Empire when I told him that the company I was working with already was two and a half weeks out from installing my countertops. I called Ben who was super friendly, helpful and efficient. Within three days I had exactly the stone I wanted installed beautifully at the same cost as the previous company, and that included an upgrade on one of the stone products I had chosen! The whole process was easy, quick, fun and satisfying. I cant recommend them highly enough!!

MAJOR RED FLAG!!!!Granite Empire on Murfreesboro Rd. was probably the worst experience Ive ever had using a granite company. I can say this because Ive sold real estate for over 30 years and dealt with a lot of granite companies.After taking measurements of the counters, they said they had to remove the counterops to make a template at the shop leaving me nothing to use for 14 days to prepare food on. Yes, 2 weeks not 5 to 7 business days.The granite I picked out on the lot was not what came into my kitchen. Originally it was 1 1/4 nice thick granite. Once done, it had scratches in it (how does the hardest surface in the world have scratches in it?) See Photo and was barely an 1. When I inquired about the width of the granite, I was told that, what is on the lot is not what you get, those are just to show what is available. Thats a lot of money sitting out on a lot for nothing.The countertop was off 1/2 from meeting the back splash so they then had to create a 3 back splash to cover up that mistake. The installers came to my house after dark to install the backsplash. Thats ok in and of itself but while here, they began to cut a section of the back splash to make it even thinner than it was originally for some reason. With that being said, the granite backsplash is 1/2 in some places and 5/8 in others. Typically the granite backsplash is the same width as the countertop. Mine should have been 1 at a minimum. Thats what I asked for and they still brought 1/2 See Photo ***REDICULOUS***I tried to contact the owner of the company and the woman I was speaking with told me that he wouldnt take my call because and I quote, he didnt like dealing with telemarketing calls. I asked her if I sounded like a telemarketer and she took my name/number and would have him call me. REALLY, are you kidding me. By the way, Im still waiting on that call. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE
