Do not buy expensive chairs or items like this from Wayfair. If it breaks, they will refer to Flash Furniture to contact and never get help. I bought 10 office task chairs, now its 205 per chair for replacement of a broken chair! I would go to Costco or Sams who honor to replace even if its litter over 12 month!!

We ordered a couch from wayfair that was to be delivered from this warehouse. We scheduled full in home service and delivery which requires you to be home at the time of delivery. They showed up with 1 piece of my 5 piece sectional. No one has been able to tell me when or if the remaining pieces will arrive. Very disappointing that I can not get answers!

We had a wonderful time celebrating my niece graduation at cheddar! Wonderful place to enjoy family time, hanging with friends or a date!!

Nothing special about this customer, easy in and easy out. Unloading time was about an hour. When backing into dock the customer wants the driver to completely disconnect from the trailer and chock trailer tires. Also there are no vending machines or public bathrooms but there is a pilot next door. Space is a bit limited so keep that in mind when showing up for appts.

I ordered a couch from wayfair and everything was perfect. Got the email and text notifications that my delivery had been schedualed for Friday the 7th of February 2020, I got rid of my old couch and took time off work to be home for the delivery. Rearranged my home and my schedule to fit this delivery in. The day comes, there is a small amount of snow. Roads in and around the delivery warehouse are fine as well as the roads to my home. I get it it could potentially become dangerous. Fine. I call and ask about getting a delivery for the following day and the lady from the 1-800 number said there was no response from this particular warehouse. So my deliver was rescheduled without my consent for the following Friday (2-14-2020) which means I have to take another day off work, I have to go without a couch for a week, miss out on another days pay and wayfair did absolutely nothing to help the situation. AWFUL SERVICE!!!!!
