My tire had a screw in it and it was my first time getting a tire fixed so I just googled this. I’m glad I found this place!! I was in and out within 10 mins and it was professionally done with a patch instead of a plug (which they say will always leak again) and they charge the same price as other places who uses plugs!Jose was super nice, quick and went above to do it professionally for cheap. He took off the entire tire and patched it professionally. He even explained the whole process to me and showed me. Super informative and helpful!! 100% would go back and trust this place.

Been coming here 10 years plus. This guy is honest, hard working, fast, and affordable. He has always done great work for the best price around. If he doesn’t know how to fix it, he will send you to someone he trusts. I try not to go anywhere else for tires, brakes, oil, alignment. I know he does more, I have just never needed it.

Jose is the best! He’s the most honest mechanic I know. I used to get my car serviced across the street at shell gas station. Until I met Jose, he cares about you. I had my tires serviced and he didn’t rip me off.

José was a bad employee rude and didnt put my cap back on my engine call to tell him and he just hung up the phone... very disrespected the way he yelled at customer myself... i dont recomend anyone to go there i would have a second opinion.... very very rude and talking smack in spanish when im fluently mexican

Came to Hot Tires upon recommendation from my brother. I wasnt disappointed. Had check engine light that Auto Zone misdiagnosed as a electrical short. Benito took a look and said error was for the thermostat and was able to fix it the same day by noon. Amazing. Had him fix a few other things and got my car nicely tuned and ready to go. Hot Tires does more than tires. A must stop if you need automotive repairs or tires.

I try to repair flat tire. After look out side he said we cant repair I request please check inside but he said(yelling) NO. So I try other tire shop. They check inside of tire. There are just one small nail. Remove nail and patch it. He is good man but need change mind.

Awesome service! Needed a tire plug after running over a screw. The owner took the time to actually take the tire off the rim and patch from the inside. Much better than a plug! Very fast, very professional, look no further, go here!

I have been going to Jose for about 8 years or so after a life long quest to find an honest and affordable mechanic. I first went to Jose when I was a single mother. I was afraid of being taken advantage of like so many mechanics will do when your a woman. Jose has ALWAYS been more than reasonable and has NEVER sold me something I didnt need. He would even advise me on what could wait and what needed to be done now. I have referred my parents, family and friends to him. Also my teenage daughter with her car and she gets the best level of care and advice. He takes good care of all of us and our cars without over charging.I would suggest that if you call and he doesnt answer, just drive by. He is normally so busy he cant answer the phone but is normally there 8am to 5pm. If he cant take your car right then and there because hes at full capacity and cant take another car that day, come back because he is worth it! In the end, youll save money and your car will be fixed right.

Maybe its just me but was ignored and they continued to work on a car after i asked to swap my tires. Shitry customer service, went to a different shop and paid 20bucks more. Well worth it for good service.

This is the best place to get quality auto service and repair at a fair price. There is no better place, José is awesome. Ive brought in my F150, a Honda Civic Hybrid, Nissan Xterra, Volkswagen Passat and Jetta, he does it all. Hot Tires is the best auto mechanic, period.

Brought Honda replace starter and asked for door lock to be checked I estimated a $100-150 repair. Went to pick up car the bill totaled $400! Owner found old hose charged $50 plus labor for rubber hose! No call for pre-authorization. Got car back 2 door locks were disconnected Brought car back Jose was rude and dismissive told he he didnt touch locks. I was speechless then he rudely told me you have to leave it cant check until tomorrow!! After $400 repair bill! Im a single mother will NEVER bring my car here again!

The worst costumer service I ever experienced in my lifeI made an appointment and they rescheduled me 4 times when I was already there for the appointment, the manager try to hide everytime he looked at meI live a block away from them, but if I have any problem in the future I would go to a mechanic 15 miles away than this oneI hope you dont run with the same trouble if you decide to try them out.
