We had a great experience at target today. I believe the young man’s name was Aaron I hope I have that right he was working the self check out lanes around 3 o’clock in the afternoon. What I needed was readily available and well stocked. Employees seemed very well spirited and were available for help. Everything appears to be cleaned constantly so thats really nice to see.

WHERE can I find the corporate office phone number so I can ask for a miracle and discount for buying a awesome drink that helps me out TREMDOUSLY because I am bedridden and immobile and cant move properly at all and I have a DISORDER that theres no cure for and its called Nuerofibromatosis type1 and I have tumors everywhere inside and outside of my body and I dont eat much because I am not hungry either because of my extreme excurating pain and SUFFERING EVERYDAY LIFE FOREVER and theres nothing else I can do about it because theres no cure for my NF1.

The parking lot here was huge! i came in and was quickly greeted by the team member at the door. i asked a question to a team member in electronics and i was given a quick knowledgeable answer. i grabbed what i needed and that same team member charged me up instead of having me walk to the front check out lines which was great. i hope to visit this location again.

Love this Target in La Verne... Recently took my daughter to get the flu shot at the CVS pharmacy located in the Target Department Store. The process was fast, staff was awesome, and pleasant to experience... P.S. you also get a $5 gift card for Target...😎👍👍👍👍👍

I have a high degree of confidence that I will get a quality product and if there is an issue with the item I can return it. (Using strictly online retailers that are unknown quantities has resulted in some items that dont look anything like the description/video or have poor workmanship/low quality materials.)

I gave it a few hours to be reasonable and when I arrived I got all my stuff within minutes, the La Verne store is great and I would highly recommend.

Great location with a lot of selection. It is currently under renovation and will be even better once it is finished. I often come here to do a quick pick up using the parking lot service. It is excellent service, place order and when you get to the parking lot they have your products ready for you. I also go in the store and find employees to be helpful and friendly. Target has a great selection of products including Google Home which now has nest and is therefore the best set of products on the market. Combining Nest with Google AI is unstoppable. Come by this Target and you can get Google Home products.

An easy and fast return of merchandise. Need a smaller size. Good interaction with the customer service rep. Not even 5 min of return merchandise transaction.

This target needs to fix their shelf stock, there is waaaaayyyy to many empty shelves. Either they’re fully stocked and everyone just so happens to buy it all every time I come in or something. If you were to walk in you would lose count of every area that was empty or nearly empty. I go to a different target and they are fully stocked with items so i don’t get why this target can’t be stocked ! Their customer service is great their lines are fast ! But it just sucks when you walk in to get what you need like milk or eggs and they don’t even have that. TARGET CORP. If you read this seriously do something about it.

I like this target. Its not so congested with people. The employees are all nice and friendly. I get in and get out quickly when I am in a hurry.

Waited so long employees were rude!! She came to my window asked for my name. Told me my stuff is in her cart. To give her a sec. Other people pulled up I literally waited an hour to get one bag.

One cashier. 5 people in line. Took the cashier about 7 to 10 to finally call another cashier.

The store was very clean and seemed very new. We were mostly impressed by the selection, but we couldnt find limes. Also the Starbucks was out of most snacks and their oven was broken meaning they couldnt make any warm foods.

Love this Target. Its always clean. Always has parking and the staff is nice. Joe in the electronics section is very friendly and helpful. He answered a question I had in regards to video games and even gave my 5 year old a few chuckles.

I get into the store at 9:30 PM and somebody comes around and tells me that theyre shutting off the power in 10 minutes. I get to the front and the lights go out, except for the emergency lights. The registers are working so they ring up my order, but it wont take my debit card. Why didnt they tell the electricians not to shut off the power until all the customers were rung up? Or better yet, why didnt they lock the doors at 9:30 knowing that everything would stop working and let the customers in the store finish their purchases before they shut off the power?

Today is 09/10/19, left the electronics area where the tech guy ignored me when I requested twice to buy a TV.The second time I asked he said, oh, um..., picked up a phone and walked away. Didnt say he would be right with me, just one moment...nothing.He went about 4 or 5 ailse down and was talking to another employee and showing him whatever was more important than a $250 sale.I just walked out. Maybe Ill go to the San Dimas store, see if I get treated with a bit more respect.

I wasnt given a chance to enter my phone number to earn a little extra. When I asked the checker after wringing up my purchase, she didnt know how to go back and enter the number so my purchase earned nothing!!! I was upset. She was sorry but that didnt help me...

Pharmacy technicians were incredibly rude, barely communicated, and patronized me for figurative language. I felt very unwelcomed and was even turned away so they could help another customer first who had not been waiting as long.When some asks if it will take a minute, do you assume they mean a literal minute?

The store is barely stocked and a total mess! Shelves are empty of almost everything i was looking for. Ever since the remodel, this place is a mess!Spoke to friends about it and they said the same exact thing. Very angry, cant get what you need and have to go to WALMART, ugh.

They have all products in large numbers and is the only store in the neighborhood that sells skunk meat

I absolutely love this target.. Small, convenient & right around the corner.. But Im writing a review because my family and I went in there today & the sweetest cashier helped us.. Sky, I believe is her name.. There wasnt a single moment where she was not smiling! Completely brightened our day! And on top of that, my kids got a sticker from her- which no other target employee has done, so it was a nice thought! Thank you, Sky! I personally think employees need to be as happy as she was, itll change someones day :)

Staff is extremely unprofessional, particularly the tech department. Staff there seem unknowledgeable of their own products, warranties and do not seem to care to provide their customers with accurate information. This location has always been this way. With so many other options for Target, best trying any other location.

I noticed that a hearing impaired woman was working there, and she was very able to help me. I love when companies dont shy away from having hearing impaired employees on the floor because they may have difficulty interacting with customers! I will always return to this store for this reason!

I used to love Target, but the La Verne Target is the worst. The store always has empty shelves. Anytime I go in looking for a few things there is always something on my list that is out of stock. I stopped using cartwheel because the items are never available. Also, the lines at check out are always long because they usually only have two checkouts open. Self check out is also always busy. Id rather drive to the San Dimas store and shop there.

Poor remodel. Shelves empty. Where is the stock I come to Target to purchase? I don’t want “fashion” or a great big men’s beard grooming department. I need daily items. I guess I’ll be shopping at San Dimas Walmart (not my favorite, but you gotta buy household goods somewhere).

Good place to go for everything you need. Their cheaper up and up stuff. And their market pantry food is way cheaper and just as good as other stuff.

Kind of a bad experience with an employee there. Went to target at 9:00,to buy detergent. Once we were paying with the Red Card,it wouldnt work,so the employee got annoyed by the look on his face. He tried 2 times,still nothing. I had told him that someone else was coming to help us out,and he didnt even pay 1 SECOND of attention to me. 2 minutes later,he asked, Is someone coming? Like obviously I just told you a few minutes ago. Then my brother came and easily did everything. The card passed perfectly,and the payment was done. The employee should be embarrassed of himself that he couldnt make the card function well and my brother that doesnt even work there could.

I was able to find everything I needed and wanted at this Target. It was pretty easy to get in and out of this store.

I’ve been extremely disappointed with the La Verne store as of late. For the last few months, many of their shelves in the health/beauty section have been cleared and empty. I would think that Target would stock their shelves on a regular basis, but it seems that this store doesn’t do that. I have been coming to this store at least twice a week for the last several months and have left disappointed every time because everything I come for is never in stock anymore. Until this store starts stocking their shelves more frequently, I’ll be shopping on Amazon instead.

La Verne and its Target are horrible. They ticket for unreasonable things. They do not post signs on all their streets but later will ticket you saying there is no street parking within their whole moronic city. Dont support a money-grubbing trash heap like this place. You can get everything they have to buy here and more in close by cities.

This store is chronically understocked. There are ALWAYS BIG BLANK SPOTS IN THE SHELVES.
