Found this place on Groupon when I was looking for oil change deals — and I’m so happy I did!Really nice, they don’t pressure you to do extra repairs, and they changed my oil quickly for the best price around. BEST PRICE AROUND.Recommending them to all my friends.

I decided to try this place out for an oil change since they are walking distance from my house, and appear to have a higher capacity than my normal mechanic. Cost was around $50, but I got talked into wiper blades for an additional cost as well, which was fine. The physical building and parking lot are a bit run down but that didn’t seem to affect the service.

Today was the first time I come to this Location. From now on this will be the place for me and my family. Thank you for the friendly service L. Moreno

I’ve been going to Sunland for about 5 years and now my family are customers too. We’ve serviced brakes, tires, air conditioning, replaced undercarriages, and had many oil changes. No complaints with any visit. We appreciate their friendly service and are glad we found them!

Ken and Nicole are GREAT! My car is running fantastic. Affordable, honest work. I would definitely recommend Sunland Tire! Ken took the time to thoroughly explain the problem my car was having and how to avoid it, which is really important to me :)

Ken was very personable, and professional. He took his time to explain things to me, and check on me regularly as I waited.I went in needing a complete set of front brakes. The evaluated the problem, and had the parts delivered and the job done while I waited. It didnt even seem like it took that long.This is my second time in Sunland tires, and I have been very happy both times. Thank you Ken, for making what could easily have been a bad experience, a welcoming on.

Was in town for vacation when I experienced issues with my brakes. I had a good idea what the issue was and they confirmed my suspicion. The price seemed right to me and the service was completed quickly. The staff explained everything they did and why. Would recomend this place.

We used a Living Social coupon for oil change, tire rotation, inspection. Price was very reasonable. All went well except after we got the car back home, we asked one another if either of us gave them the wheel hub lock to use for doing the tire rotation... neither of us did and so it was not possible that they did the tire rotation. Would have expected them to inform us accordingly rather than just blowing it off.

Awesome service from Ken! Went in to get a oil change and expected to get a ride home for the wait but they had my car done in 20 minutes!! Best service of any Sunland tires since Brian was at Sunland in upland. Refused to go back to upland after he left.

I just waltzed in late on a Saturday for a tire check. Broke. But they were able to help me with a great deal on much needed brakes service. Saved me $400 in parts, etc. Ive been an avid fan for a year now!! Wonderful service👊🏽💥

Horrible!!!! they damaged the hood of my car and said it’s a he said she said, great customer service considering we have a picture of the car on the lift with the hood up and apparently that isn’t policy because it could hit something and yet the manager wouldn’t put the car back on the lift to prove or did prove that it possibly was lifted too high and hit something. Do not take your car to this place! They will cause damage to your car and say it was already like that. Horrible quality and didn’t even fix the problem with our car that we brought it there for. I have never experienced a place that damaged your car and won’t try to fix it or look into the matter to prove or disprove their employee caused the damage. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! Currently working with my insurance now to get this fixed and they will be paying for the damage they caused. 7 years I have had my car and never had a dented hood until it came here. Completely horrified and feel robbed by this place! Their manager ken kept talking over me and not listening to what I had to say instead of trying to fix the problem, especially since we paid nearly $1,900 for them to fix something they never fixed!!!!!

This is the most poorly run auto shop I have ever experienced and would NOT recommend that anybody bring their car there. I took my truck in to have the water pump fixed, and was left with a giant mess. I paid $1100 in total between the parts and the labor, and the VERY NEXT DAY my truck overheated leaving me to have it towed to another mechanic. The other mechanic informed me that the radiator cap was left loose and WATER was put in the radiator. NOT coolant, but WATER. This mistake caused my car to overheat, cost me an entire day without a car, and could have burned out my engine had I not pulled over when I did. Since the work was clearly not done properly the first time, I spoke with the owner and asked that we get a refund for at least the labor, considering a VERY LARGE mistakewas made. He claimed that this was not a fair compromise, and refused to reimburse me the labor cost. This shop is poorly run and the owner was extremely rude. Would not recommend that anyone take their cars there.

Super fast on a Thursday at 11am. Nice customer service. Shop has a firestone sign but is sunland tire. Got a full synthetic change and tire rotation with no issues so far

This place is one of the worst tire shops Ive ever been to. They tried to charge me $29.99 to put a plug in one of my tires, a service that can easily be done for $10-15 max at any other tire shop. Dont waste your time going there, there are plenty other shops out there.

Worst place to take for brakes. I took my Range Rover Sport to get new breaks and rotors on a Friday evening. I picked up the Rover on Saturday evening. I went to duarte to visit my mom, as i was heading back home at night off 210 fwy. Exiting foothill, i felt like i ran over something and my car came to a complete hault and would not move forward. I called triple A and the technician found a huge bolt had flown out of the front brake and was on the street. It damaged the inside of my rim and i could have killed my self. I called them an i am still dealing with this issue. The owner Joe called me back and instead of showing concern, he said he only made $200 profit and was not reimbursing me for a second opinion even when i got approval from his manager Max, his manager regarding the incident. Because I took it to the Range Rover dealer for a second opinion and $160 was to much to pay. I should have taken it somewhere else cheaper he told me and he was not reimbursing me.

Did a good quick replacement and got me on the road..

WARNING! BUYER BEWARE:If you like money in your bank, honest business practices, and your car, AVOID this place!Went in for an alignment, when my alignment was just slightly off. Guys were friendly. Seemed legit. Told me they tried to get my wheels aligned on my relatively new car, but could not. Yet on the way home my alignment was WAY off. They charged me for the service after NOT getting my wheels aligned and leaving my alignment worse off than before!Went the next day to ask what the deal was. They could not tell me using part and mechanical terms at all. All they said was that my caster (not camber) was off and that they would need to ... DRILL.... into my suspension due to broken parts they could only fix that way!I asked what parts were bad and needed to be replaced, and Id replace them. They couldnt say, no matter what I asked. Mind you, my car has never been in an accident, and has been handled with kid gloves since day one. I told em Id check with Volkswagen since its still under warranty and nothing about drilling into something on a car sounded right.Went to VW, who checked my entire suspension TWICE to be sure. First, the mechanic explained that the caster could NOT be adjusted on my vehicle as it was a closed system, and that every part was perfectly fine. In fact, the ONLY thing that was wrong was that IT NEEDED AN ALIGNMENT... you know, the thing I had JUST paid these guys for.I asked VW what would have happened had I taken these guys advjce and let them drill into my suspension. Volkswagen informed me that an entire part of the suspension would need to be completely replaced if that were the case.Avoid these guys, theyre the mechanics your brothers and dad warn you about, the guys who give good mechanics a bad name. They will destroy your car, lie to you, and then smile and take your money. Deceptive, shady CROOKS!
