Mathew in printing/copying was extremely patient. Walked me through different options thoroughly even though it was time for his break. The guy has an impeccable work ethic. He made sure to greet everyone that walked in to the store, take phone calls, help everyone at the printing section and check in with them periodically and also provided a timely service.

Staples should consider doing what Smoothie King did and make a $100,000 donation to the NAACP Legal Defense Fund to promote fair and equitable treatment of all people, and update their training to further ensure inclusion and respect in their stores and throughout their organization.Today, I went to buy some ink for my printer, a new planner, and a few other items and paid with cash after inputting my info (phone number) to check for any rewards. I had a $5 dollar reward - but that was was not applied to my purchase because the woman with the BLUE HAIR at the register was more concerned my money was counterfeit! After running the bills I handed her through a cash device - and running yellow marker through - both of which verified money was not counterfeit - she called a supervisor - who took awhile to show up - and then made a big show of holding up my bills to the light and crumbling in her hand and scrutinizing closely. I’ll drive the extra miles to the Staples in Glendora from now on. Happy 4th to the shabbily dressed woman with the blue hair 🙁

DONT GET Anything printed here you will not get the email the Cashier guy behind the printer that was like go outside and wait for the email it’ll go faster and I walked back in and you have to pay for it again, just don’t get anything printed here it’ll save you A whole lot of time!!!

Discrimination at its best! There is a lady with blonde hair blue eyes that works here. RUDE, prejudice, over anxious and refused to sell us a laptop! She told us there was no more of the one we wanted ... but online said different. She also blocked it so we could not take a picture said it’s illegal and stated we can’t post prices online accusing us of selling online. I told her I’m trying to BUY IT NOT SELL IT!!!!!!! I have 2 college kids in need of laptop and this woman was absolutely unprofessional and making needless assumptions and basically looking down on us! This was the second encounter with her two days in a row and the results were exactly the same... over anxious prejudice and unprofessional!!!! Never again will I go to this staples! Worst experience ever! Someone needs to fire her! I’ve never said that but this one was taken too far!!!

Pinters are simple to use, but the customer sevice at the printing area is ridiculously rude. Its a self service system and i asked one simple question, but the guy there was arrogant and rude. My mistake for asking a question needing 10 seconds to answer.

Worst in-store purchasing experience of my life! Dont go to Staples especially if youre thinking to buy a computer. One, they falsely advertised the listed memory. They list that a computer has 24 gigs of RAM and sell it with 8 gigs of RAM. This is highway robbery and its newest form! Just got done paying over $500 for a computer that was listed as having 24 gigs of RAM but only comes with 8 gigs of RAM. After bringing it to the stores attention I was told that it was a misprint. In my attempt to purchase a computer with more than 8 gigs of RAM I was told that everything in store was on display only and all orders had to be placed online. What a huge waste of my time this morning! I hope I can save many the hassle in the future of dealing with staples!

Staples simply finds me what I need: whether heavy purchases such as printers, laptops, and support electronics et al., or the simpler stationery requirements, Ive never lacked for what _Ive_ needed. Store staff is courtesy & helpful as well. Auxiliary departments offer copier & FAX services, business cards, and tech support. A strong store, indeed!

Horrible experience ever... I went to buy office chair I waited there for almost 1 hour and the receptionist was sitting in the register chair and telling someone els to come help.. then finally Chris came but she was super rude give us horror lessons answers and we left the store within 5 minutes. You can feel that she wasnt planning on to sell anything all she cared was to sit there and relax and get paid. Never again I rather go to Best Buy than here.

When I went in to Staples I needed some copies of three PDF files that were on my phone and I didnt have a clue on how to get them to print but when I went in there Hilda Ramos was working at the time and she was very kind and very efficient and got me in and out of there really quickly. If I would have tried to have done it it would have taken me days LOL thank you Hilda.

I visit this store often to buy supplies for my business and make copies of contracts, I will not be returning to this store ever, Very poor customer service, I was ignored by 3 employees. They also messed up my business card order

Please come prepared with equipment. 1. Had to come back with file on usb since booklets cant print thru email (call before you come). 2. They will help you find what you need, however, itll cost you $30 to buy a usb 3.0 adapter since theyre tech is not updated to thunderbolt. Not worth a 1 time use.

This staples is the worst!!! dont go to the copy center. They either lose your order or they are slow. Workers dont know what they are doing, and they are always contradicting others. I get one quote with one person, then I get a different quote from another person... so bad.
