I received a coupon mailer at my house and decided to give this car wash try. I was intrigued by the fact that they are an indoor car wash. Which is kind of nice as the workers don’t have to work hard on Brian cars in the blazing sun however when you have overhead and she, it doesn’t give you a true picture of the finished product so often the cars are not dried, detailed, nor the windows done as if they were outside. With that being said, I thought I’d give them a try because I’ve been going to foothill car wash in Upland for 12 years and they really gone downhill. Their prices have gone up 30% but the quality of service in the management, no thanks. I could do it I can do a better job myself and I do. The manager at Lavern car wash is a 26 year veteran of the car wash business and that’s admirable however he did have a little bit of a know it all let me see what I have to say you can’t ask for specific workers that’s just the way it is attitude. But he was knowledgeable. I guess he was the one that dried my car in order to give me a great first impression but they were missed areas of the inside rear windshield as well as the front and the cars underbody meaning where the rocker panels are and below the bumpers, we’re wet with water. I didn’t expect that for being a first timer and especially since the manager addressed my car personally. That’s why I’m giving it three stars but thank goodness For coupons. If I wasn’t in such a rush to get on a plane tomorrow morning, I will check the hour and 15 minutes myself, spends five bucks at a local do it yourself, and do it right from A-to-Z. I dont know why this place have so many bad reviews. Ive been washing my car here for a while and its always fast and good. I always get the executive wash for about $24. You can save if u buy the coupons. Also, theres gas station, market, burrito place and oil change.. all in the same lot. Really convenient.

Wake up to the OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS. I gave 1 star for the location but gush your manager has attitude. I showed him that I paid for large SUV but the 2nd back seat was ignored. No activity was done there, like vacuuming and removing thrash. While the rest of the interior, you will see stain, meaning they were just in a hurry to finish up without checking their job. The manager gave me so much blah blah instead of doing a right job of satisfying clients. Will the manager gives the employees attitude if they dont do their job fast? I think the manager wants to get so much cars for commission or to impress the owner? Whatever it is, poor job. Hello!!

I went to get a car wash the manager Javier Martinez quoted me a very high price of over $100 only for washing the seats and mats without anything else. He would not provide alternate options or help negotiate a better pricing for what I wanted to get done. His actions were very unprofessional.

Yeah dont come to this car wash you pay almost $20 dollars and tip and when you drive into the sunlight you see how bad of a job they did, would not recommend them to anyone.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I paid $35 for the Supreme wash and there was nothing supreme about it. My car wasnt TERRIBLY dirty and it shouldnt be this hard to wash and vaccum. Everyone there was quite nice but their work was terrible. I think its safe to say I will not be back here. Pictures speak for themselves.

Very rude cashier, I received nothing but a bad attitude for a mistake she made overcharging me for a car wash then realized it and threw the difference on the counter. I was still polite, she hates her job and hates the owner, he needs to look for help that are friendly.

These place is terrible. They scratched my uncles limo, they gouged my dads Excursion window going through the machine so this time after renting a car we decided to wash it before giving it back. My dad did not want a repeat of his window so he paid $35 for a hand wash and when he brought it home I was mortified that we would be paying a lot more to the rental place. There was huge scratched everywhere! Like scratches literally went in circle formations from the hand wash. I was in disbelief. Do not take your vehicle unless its a beater and you do not care.

Take your stuff with you everything. Including USB charging cables. You guys washed my car good but took my USB cable😑 not coming here again

Great service, carsh, and interior detail. The best prices and the kindest most professional attitude. Super friendly. This was my first time going their and I will definitely use them again. Likely every six months. Very impressive facility. 🙂

If I could give a negative star review I would! My husband and I visit La Verne frequently as we have a place to say here and have gone into the convenient store multiple times only to be disappointed more each time. Needless to say we will NOT be giving them our business anymore. They are inconsiderate and undeserving of your business.

A little short staffed but they do great work

DO NOT take your car here for detail. They damaged my paint and tried to put the blame on me. They agreed that it was from a buffer so it had to be them yet they still refused to take the fault in it. Almost immediately after confessing it was from a buffer they decided to repair it. The repair was done in a very cheap way and when I tried to talk to them about it they pushed me away and told me they had no time to talk about it.

I always come to this car and they do a decent job until today. I wait long time (more than 20 minutes) to get the ticket to pay. They took first a lot of cars that came after me. When I asked the guy said that he has a lot of work to keep track who came first although he saw I was first and they were taking first another cars.

Took new car to them to wash and wax and on arrival back home found half the door jams not done also some places on the outside were still dirty

They do an okay job at the car wash I suppose. They just miss a lot of dirt and grime even if you get a handwash. I dont believe they even touched the wheels except maybe sprayed them with some water because they were still covered with brake dust and dirt. I wouldnt take my car there if I wanted it spotless!

Always get a real good wash here. Great service. Extremely long wait at times keeps me from giving them the full 5 stars. But overall would keep coming back.

$25 for a car wash and it shredded my paper plates. Instead of apologizing, the manager explained repeatedly that they werent responsible and couldnt catch every customer to warn them if they had paper plates. Now I have to figure out how to get replacements without getting a fine. Im extremely disappointed.

What did I even pay for? I always come to you guys because of the great job you did .... but not anymore. I got my car back and parts had not been vacuumed or wiped down. No air freshener either. Waste of money.

Nice car wash offering overall good service.

I had my car washed on 2/25/2016. After the cleaning was finished, I noticed mt tinted window was scratched and the tint material was damaged. It was perfect when I arrived. The manager of this place told me to prove that they did it. I did not see my car being dried because of where it was parked. I personally think that the guy drying it placed his metal letter near the window and damaged it. I wont be going back. The manager is an inconsiderate dirt bag.

The worst Detail manager I have ever met. Very unprofessional and rude, not mention the job was never finished they left wax all over plastic and chrome. Will never take any of my vehicles there again.

The exterior looked pretty good after the wash, but my interior wasnt even vacuumed effectively. The prices here are outrageously high for the quality of wash you receive. Garey Carwash on Garey and Willow is just down the road and is 10 times better and also cheaper.

Love getting my oil change done there. They work really fast and they tell you what needs to be done. And we get free car washes.

FYI if you have a Tesla they are charging you the hand wash price ($26), saying they won’t drive it through the automatic washer. I haven’t had this problem at other car wash locations. Felt somewhat of a scam. Be aware.

Interior cleaning and vacuuming was horrible could have done better with a house vacuum

Came here for a car wash got the Executive Car Wash. The vacuumed my car not very well. The wash was ok I still had water spots on my car and they didnt dry it because when I came home I had streaks down my car. And they barely cleaned the inside. I still had dust on my dashboard and on the air vents. My panels along the inside of my car door still had dirt on it. My trunk was still dirty I have a trunk liner for my Subaru and it still had dirt on it. So I called and the manager told me to come back and that he will meet me outside. He didnt even come out his assistant came instead and said the water spots need to come out with another solution which im guessing cost extra. Another guy came and cleaned it again bt still had water spots he just wiped it with a plain towel. Horrible service and it took way too long like 45 mins and i was 1 of 2 cars there.

Fantastic service! They didnt try to hustle me into paying more our adding items on. They all speak english and spanish. Prices are good too! And yes, I saw the negative comments...dont listen to them!

Horrible. Maybe the worst Car Wash in the inland empire. The Car Wash Manager Javier is a soulless coward. I paid $40 to wash my van, the interior was UNTOUCHED, the exterior was still dirty and none of it was completely treated with the armor all treatment I paid for.When I drove the car back around to the car wash entrance to show him, he avoided me, would not answer his employee calling out to him to come and see the horrible job his workers did, he ignored ME calling his name and just kept his head down and rushed to push another car thru the carwash.The method by which this car wash lives and dies by is pathetic, they KNOW you will drive away and notice these errors and omissions once you are on your way and they KNOW how unlikely it is for you to turn back to get it corrected. THEY are counting on this, and the sole mission is to get as many cars thru for profits sake and do NOTHING for quality of service. It is a tragic and flawed business model.What they dont realize is how word can spread, and how APT some of us are to express our dissatisfaction at the horrible service encountered there. Well, I will be spreading this like wildfire, to every resident and to every person I come across. It is now my personal mission to save the potential customers of this scam from the anger and frustration that they will experience from Javier, Greg (who doesnt work on weekends apparently) and the disinterested high school staff that works the gas station. ABSOLUTELY no ONE cared that my car wasnt even close to clean.They just wanted me on the road so they could continue RIPPING PEOPLE OFF.

Not happy with the service. My car is new, and I’ve had it for one month. Apparently the wash did not get off water spots on the right side. And they said it’s stained and would need a special treatment. Hmm I don’t think so. I wiped it off my self!

Over all its alway a pleasant experience..I stop by maybe twice a month on my way home from work..

Never had an issue. Guys here work fast and car always looks great when its done.

This place has terrible customer service. They broke my windshield in my brand new vehicle and did not take responsibility for it. Dont go there. They will pretend to care only to tell you that they arent taking responsibility for the damage.

They did not clean or touch the inside of my car. The manager argued about how the interior should be cleaned and even made negative comments about my dog. He had no excuse so he became very rude and patronizing.

Wife went there for an oil change on a new truck and they got her for all kinds of things. Just had a warranty repair done at the Ford dealer and that truck was in excellent condition.

I purchase the VIP car wash and the inside of my truck was not clean. Not to happy! And I tipped before looking
