There was a wait but its for our own safety. They only allow 20 people at the time which to me is great because I had my daughters with me. Great with social distancing and even provided is with water while we waited outside. Great experience exceeded my expectations.

This is one of those alternative places where you can get a lot of good stuff. I always suggest you go here and look to see what theyve got, cuz usually its a little bit better quality than the 99 cent stores.

Stopped in to see if they carry, heavy whipping cream. (They do not) however they have everything else. Nice decorations, candles, napkins, great gift ideas. Stellar guest service from associates.

Theyre carrying less of a given seasonal product, but, they are carrying a wider variety and selections.

Shopping experience was good however my check out experience was terrible. She left my products behind plastic shield and walked away. Didnt have the courtesy to scan & move forward. Pure laziness. Clearly the check out lady did NOT want to be there. Tip for cashier: perhaps you should quit if you dislike your job & let the manager hire someone who wants to be there. Christian you are an example of Terrible Customer service.

Its not even October yet but already the awesomeness of Halloween Magic is up in the shelfs as soon as you walk in.Great fall decor as well 🍁🍂🌰.Great selection for plastic storage totes, and table top utensils.The Health and Beauty section is very well stocked and priced great too.Over all prices are good 😁

I come here all the time and every time I do the employees always fallow me and my family around like if we are stealing 😤 I dont steal me and my family know better then that if we dont have money to spend why even go to the stores that just my opinion!!! The La Verne big lots is well organized, the illes are neatly arranged and have enough room for customers to marnuve around the staff are friendly and ready to render help
