Workers there were very rude and not helpful!!! According to their store signs everything must go, and nothings held back. I needed a tarp to cover my dog kennel or something to keep them dry from the rainstorm thats expected tomorrow. They tell me theres none, and I saw a customer with one so I asked him where. He showed me. I found a doghouse and in asked cashier how much then they tell me its not for sale. Im angry, yes, because I came on the bus, and I wanted to see my dog kennel be protected. Ugh. Home Depot and Lowe workers are always there to assist you.

Orchard has a good selection of items for most household needs and projects. There are some items where the selection is limited, however the options provided are competitively priced. The store is clean, well lit, and easy to navigate. Check out was easy and the cashier greeted me with a smile after she finished her non-work related conversation with her co-worker. There is a rewards program available.

Its such a great place, but they are closing. Lowes, in their infinite knowledge, decided that a very profitable section of their business should just be closed. So theres not much left there whats left there is up to 70% off, but not much left. I would suggest you go quickly if youre going to go they have a lot of decorations for the holidays. They have some good deals on some barbecues and probably a few good deals left on tools.

I’m very sad they closed down. Family oriented hardware store, had just about everything for self gardening, supplies of variety needs. Advice was always so helpful. They were the best

Unfortunately as others have said, it can be a bit tough to find people to help you, but they are very friendly and happy to help.The store layout seems a bit cluttered, but its pretty alright. Its pretty easy to find what youre looking for, for the most part.I really like this store.

Even though this place always is clean and neat its like....a hardware store light beer.It dosnt have all the stuff you need.And the prices can be high.They never seem to be busy (which might explain why they are so freakishly clean)so I guess other people have come to the same conclusion as me.

Friendly and generally helpful store staff. They always have enough people at the registers for check out, so there is rarely a long wait to pay and leave. Good store.

Sorry to see them close. This was a good location with helpful staff and a cut above Lowes or HD for service, even as selection was a bit smaller. Always seemed cleaner and better-organized than the big-box stores, with faster check out too. Will have to rely more on Ace and True Value Hardware more now, and cope with poor service and chaos of Lowes/Home Depot at other times. A unique chain that will be missed around California.

Very friendly and helpful staff! The store is small compared to the big box stores, but its so easy to get help here.

They are close to home and have much of what I need. The cashiers are friendly and will contact someone if you need help. Go there first if you need assistance as it can be difficult to find help in your own.

Yep, thats OSH, walked the whole store; found 1 of 3 things I was looking for and it was 10% off like eveything else except rope, chains, and small pipe fiting 40% or garage door and window hardware at 30% all else except a few pipes at 20% off is 10% off.

Although this place is going out of business, dont let the 80% to 90% off fool you as some items are still pricey. And store fixtures are pricey as well, most of the fixtures where really worn out and very old.

OSH is always amazing. Screw Lowes for shutting them down.
