Stay clear!! Sabrina has been in the industry for a long time. Since my mom moved into the mobile home park we always saw she had the most homes for sale so of course I told my mom call her she must know what shes doing. I have no doubt that she does know what shes doing BUT she really doesnt care to sell your home once you are locked into contract. Weve been locked into contract for 6 months and her effort to even show the home has been embarrassing. Every appointment she has made mysteriously cancelled hours before (this happened 3-4 times). One person did show up to see the home and on this occasion Sabrina was late and showed up as they were leaving. They do not showcase your home anywhere but their own website. Homes are not listed on the MLS since she is not a realtor (The are a dealer). I had to put my moms home on FB and Zillow just to get some activity going. When calling the business office to get some help they are just as backwards. Weve now talked to multiple neighbors that are listed with this company and we have heard the same story over and over. Its really sad to see given the fact most of these people are retired people on a fixed income that are trusting Sabrina and Maple Ridge to do the right thing.
